However, since our team relies on several different project management systems, I find myself wishing it could also connect with those. AirTable simplifies the process of launching and managing both short-term and long-term projects. It supports every stage, from client onboarding and regular check-ins to debriefs and finally offboarding once campaigns conclude for the quarter. I appreciate how it keeps all aspects organized, allowing me to easily see when a teammate is facing challenges or needs assistance. This helps make sure everyone remains aligned throughout the project.

It dramatically enhances work processes by providing a centralized, dynamic, and flexible data management system. I also use Airtable with automation tools like Zapier and some other no-code tools. I will rate it a 10; it’s a great tool.

I faced some performance issues with very large datasets, including slow processing and memory limits. The initial setup wasn't so hard but took some effort to know everything.

The new look can be a bit overwhelming, I preferred the old look since it had more contrast and it was easier to navigate

The best thing that I liked about airtable is the no of features it provides. It is great alternative for sheets and excel. it has a lots more features which is very useful

The Airtable is very complex, it has a steep learning curve. There are vast number of features and it has very high cost

Airtable has solved many problems for us. We have been using sheets before it and it was good but the number of features in sheets is nothing in compared to this. One feature that I liked about Airtable is that we can share airtable databases, and we can set locks that which field they can see or edit. Also it has great integration features. Whenever you make a table in airtable, it makes it visually very appealing and the data feels so clear and not cluttered

I love that Airtable enforces data cleanliness, which then unlocks automations and allows clean data input into AI for processing. I find that their system design allows room for growth beyond standard features, such as automation scripting for not-yet-native integrations and Custom Interfaces for outside-the-box visualizations. The recent release of Custom Interfaces really unlocks the system's potential, letting users visualize their data and focus on what's important. AI is applicable at multiple levels, including agents, automations, and the base level via Omni, making it usable everywhere. The initial setup of Airtable was easy peasy.

As clients progress towards a larger system, the base does become slow.
