Essential for cross-functional operations
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is incredibly easy to use and transparent on how data is structured across databases
What do you dislike about the product?
The new AI based builder often creates structures that require as much time to fix as it would have been for me to build from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small business that needs to have business processes and data structures across functional areas without breaking the bank. Airtable is flexible enough to satisfy this role
Perfect Solution for CRM and Automation Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love Airtable because it allows me to manage everything in one place, unlike Google Sheets. Its automation capabilities are impressive, especially using AI, letting me send Slack messages and emails effortlessly. It's streamlined and easy to use, making tracking leads and managing different projects simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably adding more like a project management tool type of thing, more like ClickUp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to manage multiple companies in one place. It simplifies tracking leads as a CRM and automates processes like sending Slack messages and emails, boosting efficiency.
Airtable for Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Airtable for my project tracking as it is a very intuitive, easy-to-use tool where I can link tables/data and build visuals to share them with my team with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using Airtable, I did not like that I could not share with external users, but now they have the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team visibility to projects and project statuses along with outstanding issues.
Significant time saver when building apps that require data curation
What do you like best about the product?
When building our app that required an easy ability to capture data on public forms, Airtable was our preferred solution by far! Its seamless ability to capture, curate, and integrate that data into our backend code was an enormous accelerant to our development cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't much to dislike. All in all, Airtable was exactly what we needed to get started, and we continue to use it today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason we chose Airtable was to curate a list of Q&A which professional services organizations would use to generate proposals for clients. Or, in our case, automatically generate these proposals/contracts.
Flexible, versatile, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable assists me in so many ways, from day-to-day tasks to big picture planning. The software makes it easy to share information and customize everything. Their help ticket system is fast and thorough in their responses, even going as far as to create workarounds (plus how-to videos) to make Airtable work for what I need it to. And the free version is very usable for most tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their billing model is confusing and limiting. (For instance, users with the free account can't collaborate on bases with users with paid accounts.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They continue adding fields and formulas
Great Software with Many Different Applications
What do you like best about the product?
I love the multiple applications of Airtable. I use it in my nonprofit job, and I can use it to organize different programs, manage projects and tasks, organize scholarship students and sponsors, and coordinate volunteer groups. I have it open every day and find it so easy to use. I have introduced my coworkers to it, and they like that it does not have a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I dislike about Airtable. My one complaint might be the mobile app. It's not something I find myself opening often on my phone because it's slow to load and more clunky to use than the desktop or web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of having 10+ different programs in our nonprofit organization, plus administrative and fundraising tasks to stay on top of. Airtable helps me to organize all of that into an easy-to-manage place.
AMAZING!! We use it for everything
What do you like best about the product?
It's literally become the way that our team maintains communication
What do you dislike about the product?
The scripting and views could use some work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our team and product launches, content, calendar, etc
Airtable is my organization dream
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable is that it works like a spreadsheet but thinks like a database.
It’s super visual, ridiculously flexible, and easy to customize—so you can track anything from content calendars to client projects without getting lost in endless tabs or messy formulas.
You can link related info across tables, switch between grid, kanban, calendar, or gallery views in seconds, and even set up automations without touching a single line of code. Basically, it makes organizing data feel less like a chore and more like building something that actually works the way your brain works.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like Airtable’s flexibility, but it can get slow with large bases, and key features like advanced automations or higher record limits are locked behind paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable keeps all my information, tasks, and resources in one organized, searchable place, so I’m not bouncing between spreadsheets, docs, and random notes. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes it easy to see the big picture without losing track of the details.
Manages info—plus the ability to customize exactly how you view and calculate your data
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about Airtable was how it combined the flexibility to organize different kinds of content with the power to run complex calculations, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that sharing the information can be a bit tricky—especially for people who haven’t used Airtable before, as there’s a bit of a learning curve for them to navigate and view the data easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of scattered, hard-to-track information by giving me one flexible, searchable workspace that also automates my calculations and works across completely different types of projects.
Great platform for app-building, bespoke flows, data gathering and analysis, and more
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very feature-rich in comparison to the competition, is customizable to many different business types and needs, and is easy-to-use while also providing good access to powerful automation and scripting capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface lags behind some of the competition, it lacks organizational features, and there's no straightforward way to handle MoM/YtD-type calculations. Some of the recent AI-additions are half-baked relative to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Airtable to manage our marketing plan across all channels, both to internally streamline and organize ops and to create automated dashboards and reporting views that can be shared with stakeholders. We also use Airtable to handle the logic of specific campaigns and promotions that require some degree of scripting and automation in their flows, and we use user-facing forms to handle surveys and campaign opt-ins.
