A Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows users to customize their view and use of shared, live data to an incredible degree. We have removed several steps in our workflows because of the automated, intuitive way we can sort and see our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is not printer-friendly, and is not available for use offline. The page designer extension is also lackluster and we have had to lower our standard and alter our data entry in some cases to accomodate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable, with it's ability to link records and data points, allows us to cut out much of the human error and typo frequency when it comes to establishing and updating data in multiple places, which we do a lot of.
Always the right tool for the job!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to all share the same data, but be able to pull aside and create my own views to see what matters to me. Also, all the integrations make it easier to cut out repetitive steps that you might need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little features that could make things MUCH better, once you really get into it. I trust Airtable knows and is working on those. But in the meantime it can add a little more work. I want the ability to make the page designer pages into PDFs and then upload them to the same record that they were generated from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of where do I put all the docs and info I need to run a small CPG startup. I don't miss a beat. What do you need? It's in Airtable!! We have an audit for our organic certification? All the audit paperwork and totals are in AIRTABLE! It's seriously stellar.
Excellent collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable allows my very large team to collaborate on projects. It is great for sorting data. We use it for just about everything
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't customize your homepage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us all to work on one database at the same time. It shows history. We get work done faster.
Fun for all
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is fun to use. I love how intuitive everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with teams can cause destruction of your tables if you're not careful. Also being able to add team members to only fill out forms would be nice without having to get a full membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. I like creating a view that allows me to manipulate data. I can drum up a specific list easily.
Excellent for organizing data and ideas! I have used it for years and I love how flexible it is!

The flexibility and being able to adapt how you view your information depending on the task you need it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so much flexibility can make it confusing at first but once you get familiar it opens up a lot of possibilites. More templates could be helpful.

I use it a lot to stay on top of clients and appointments. It helps with keeping track of details!

You can amicably visualize your data, optimize processes, create interactive databases, work simultaneously with your colleagues, and much more

What do you like best about the product?
Every user can create their own view and sort, group, and filter however they see fit. They can create as many views as they want to make their life easier and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if one could connect bases together. For instance, if I have a labor pool I'd put those people in one base. And in my other bases, I'd pull from that labor pool base and it would keep track of who is assigned where.

Keeps me organized, with an easy-to-use interface.
Incredible business tool
What do you like best about the product?
It compresses numerous disparate software, programs and actions into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, however a small thing I would love to see are global variables in interfaces that can work across tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable for managing orders from our vendors, shipments of those orders around the world, quality control processes of those orders and final inventory.

Airtable is really easy to use and has loads of great functions.

There isn't really anything I just like about a table at the moment.p

I run a small etsy business that also sells on other channels. Airtable has been a vital tool to collate my orders and customers, perform automated tasks and manage stock levels.
