Airtable is a Swiss Army knife for projects, tasks, and data.
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has its own robust infrastructure and the flexibility to let YOU set up your own systems the best fit for you. Your data can migrate across different tables; formulas do the heavy lifting; and new reporting dashboards are easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has a bit of a learning curve. It's not just a glorified spreadsheet. If you throw a bunch of data into your Airtable instance and don't think it through beforehand, you may regret wasting time instead of doing it right from the very beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all have data, and it all lives in cute little separate silos. Airtable takes data from any platform, any research, and brings it all together for capture and analysis.
Great features and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Airtable is the ability to customize your table(s). That way I can see only what I need to in a way that works best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automations that worked with Airtable without having to use an in-between app like Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Airtable for creating content calendars for my business as well as my clients. I love that I can add my clients or their staff to a specified board without them having to pay for an account or see my other boards.
Need to organize and collaborate? AirTable.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean interface, the well thought-out templates, and collaboration tools built-in. Everything is thought of and I just need to take advantage of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just that I don't use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable solves organization for me, as well as having others contribute to tables as I see fit.I'm much more productive than with using other software I've tried for these tasks.
A great product
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an amazingly flexible, intuitive, and fun product to use. It can also handle very complex customized systems. I don't know of anything else quite like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into some limitations when going deeper into the complex relational database uses of Airtable. It can be a little too easy to mess up systems that you have painstakingly created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Airtable for several purposes, the most intensive being a custom CRM.
Very easy to understand and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Interface, built in commands to perform task and no need to write formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit limited in building relation to other sheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as my CRM for client tracking and team tracking.

I love Airtable, has way more functionality than most people see
What do you like best about the product?
It's super simple to use but also has great functionally for building apps. You can use Airtable as a robust database.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no canvas capabilities on Airtable like there are on Notion or Coda
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Built an MVP for my startup!
Very flexible tool for all sorts of organizational needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very flexible and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to create links across databases easily, it's usually a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with keeping materials stock, engineering documentation, and system deployments.
Why more companies should be using Airtable for their teams
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we are able to used shared bases to work from, so anyone from our team can update the bases at any time. We use Airtable with our marketing company to help separate events and staff information. It is our go-to program to use for all of our backend information. We also love that we can easily share recaps with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative for us using airtable is that I hate the app. As user-friendly as airtable the website is, the app is not. Also airtable has now updated the filters when you use it online so if you have a filter turned on on your computer that is not yet accepted on the app you cannot view that information at all and you can't turn the filter off either until you get back to a computer.
I also do not like the base limits. For us we have to have over 100 bases because of the size limit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Airtable we used to use multiple ways to complete our back-end information as well as update staff to what their schedules were.
With Airtable we are now able have staff apply via a form and then directly link them to the event they are working with us.
We also use it to complete recaps and we are able to add photos easily, which was a huge need for us.

Airtable? It's like a collaborative spreadsheet, only better
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable makes creating and collaborating in a relational database so easy and effortless! Before I got used to working with Airtable, I always wondered why it had to be so complicated to achieve simple things like adding a drop-down function in a cell of a spreadsheet or getting nice-looking views you can share with other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
IMHO: Adding other users to a base could be a bit easier/more intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to create relational databases e.g. for competitor intelligence, which I can share with others and work with them in the so-called bases. And everybody loves gallery views, which I create individually for their needs. In the end, it helps us have a single-point-of-truth, instead of several files stored somewhere in our share point libraries.
Airtable has been a significant resource for keeping track of resources, projects and ordering
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, allows connections with many other tools to have a snap shot view in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike as of yet and I've been using it for over 2 years
