Limited experience but enjoying it nonetheless!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have much experience with tools for sharing passwords, so my ability to compare Keeper to other solutions is limited. However, what I like best is that it was an esstential piece of a creative workaround that we implemented to help save costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside isn't likely related to the product. I work with colleagues using different OSs and browsers, so my ability to help them troubleshoot and use Keeper efficiently is sometimes hampered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows sharing of credentials.
I like Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, easy to make changes and updates. The app is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log in again when I open the Admin console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining hundreds of passwords.
Very easy to use and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features about Keeper Password Manager is the built in two-factor auto generator code. This saves me time from having to pull out my phone with a third party authentication app. Their auto password generator is also fun and easy to use. Implementation was a fast and my team loves the app. We were able to integrate all our credentials from our former manager seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislike I have of the app is languaged used for sharing credencials. I've had users be let go and needed to retain their credentials. Without being the owner, I had to manually recreate each record in order to change the passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is storing all my company credentials in one secure place. This helps when I'm on the go, via mobile app, or when using it on desktop.
Full Featured, Minor Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the password manager works very well and overall I have a good experience of this product. It allows for easy enterprise management, gives users the ability to safely and conveniently store and recall passwords, and will also store passkeys which is HUGE as more sites across the internet adopt these for authentiation. The customer support team is very helpful and responnsive and the documentation is very rich and deep.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some fuzzy logical bits like passwords showing up as weak in a user vault and strong in the enterprise security audit, or vice versa. There are a few other issues with reporting and information that can cause some uneccessary leg work to follow up on issues that do not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were users who were reusing passwords across many or all of their accounts. This allows us to monitor and regulate this. It also gives an ecrypted password vault to securely protect credentials to prevent credential theft.
An exceptionally helpful business tool

The option of sharing folders with passwords with my team securely.

The price is kind of high and some of the functions aren't usually needed in a limited company.

Wish I Had Discovered Keeper Sooner
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can create new accounts, create passwords and links and go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I've found yet. We've been suing this at my company for about 18 months and everyone likes it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have stopped users from saving Excel files with passwords in them.
Powerful Password Manager for All Users
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper has been very helpful with my password management needs, especially when it comes to creating more secure passwords. I also love the ability to change passwords quickly and on the fly, use auto-fill for passwords and 2fa, and the ability to have a personal account as part of the business plan is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have come across is auto-fill does not always fill, but it appears to be an issue that only impacts certain sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is solving users reusing the same password for all of their accounts, enabling them to use security best practices.
Robust feature set, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to share passwords with an entire team rather that having to share with individual users when needed for specific teams. Sharing credentials without providing the username or password details to an end is also helpful and creates additional security. The roll out process was simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have had challanges when there are multiple sets of credentials for a single site. This has been easier to accomodate with other password managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way for multiple users to have access to the same credentials, without them having access to the details, or be able to modify them. By having this, it solved the issue of having to update credentials when offboarding.
