Some bumps but secure and works for enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
With the new update, Keeper is better looking and easier to use. The 5 licenses available to our employees' family members were a bonus. Supporting a company over 400 users, we were looking for granular control, and generally Keeper allows users to manage their passwords without too much concern. Keeper checks many of our boxes.
Because of this, more and more users in our company are integrating Keeper into their daily use.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a slight challenge to integrate Keeper into our stack: Since our Active Directory is still internal, the autoapproving of devices requires setting up a Windows server running Keeper Automator and Keeper Commander on our internal network. This was a bit of a pain, but support assisted.
I would like to see more granular autofill and URL filtering. The default settings are a bit aggressive (the average user is overwhelmed by the prompting; auto submit sometimes breaks for certain websites). I feel 1Password's GUI is still king for friendliness, but Keeper is one of the top in class for security and enterprise.

Keeper Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a very intuitive and user friendly solution. We are slowly deploying the solution out to our end users in our organization . I have been using the platform for about a month now both for personal and business use. I particularly like the Keeper fill feature which makes it so much easier to create, save, and utilize secure and complex passwords. The admin console is also easy to navigate which has been helpful. Another helpful feature are the training videos from Keeper. They are short, informative,to the point and will be a great for sending out to end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any issues so far although one thing that is a little frustrating is that I need to log out of my personal vault in order to access my business vault. It would be nice if there was a way to have both open at the same time for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager will definitely reduce the risk of sharing passwords via email, Teams messaging, sticky notes, etc. It is a highly secure platform and the Breachwatch dark web monitoring tool is another added security layer that scans employee's vaults for passwords that have been exposed on the dark web and immediately alerts you to take action and protect your organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of password Management from Edge, means we needed a third party tool to fill the gap from Single SignOn.
Keeper provides a great management interface and user interface for this.
Keeper provides a great management interface and user interface for this.
Keeper is extensive, protective and extremely easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Keeper Password Manager is the ease of use and the constant reminders of saving new passwords. It also has a great feature that tells you how many weak passwords you have in your organization. It was a ver y easy and simple implementation, we were able to roll it out to our entire company in a few short weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of Keeper is the support. While we have not had to reach out often, it seems the times that we do, the support staff did not have an extensive amount of knowledge on the system, and we needed to figure out how to fix the issue on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had an internal sheet that held all of our passwords. We would manually have to back that up each month in the event the internal sheet was lost, deleted or someone actually changed all the passwords that were saved. Keeper allowed us to have that sheet saved on a secure external system without a need for us to manually back it up. Keeper has a great history track of passwords that we can follow and look back on in the event of an issue with the current saved password.
We are new to Keeper Security and so far so good.
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a password manager due to having so many passwords to keep in many different forums. This can get confusing at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep passwords in one secure place and that is a great benefit as I am on many platforms, boards, and round tables that require secure sign on. It also benefits and keeps my mobile devices secure as well.
We have been using Keeper Password for around 4 years. The staff loves it.
What do you like best about the product?
With over 100 passwords, Keeper simplifies my daily routine. Keeper is webbased so there is no core integration needed.

The initial setup can be tricky with a few websites.

I use to have an index book that I would log my passwords in. Now everything is securely in one spot
Simple, secure, and easy

I wish it was easier to import passwords from ios. As of now, I have no idea how to do it and most users in my org use an ipad and safari. I have to create an appointment for someone to teach me how to do it

Its ability to store OTPs, as compared to LastPass, which cannot do that.
