Keeper Password Manager is a reliable and secure solution for managing your passwords and sensitive information. Its user-friendly interface and robust encryption make it easy to store and access your data across devices. With features like password generation and autofill

Great Software! (With improvement suggestions)
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is excellent at managing company passwords securely, generating strong passwords, and sharing passwords among common users. The admin portal is very helpful as well, giving many options for access control, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features that are missing include automatically adding Keeper Desktop to the startup apps in Windows, not allowing shared folders within shared folders, and effective customization of generated passwords (to accommodate special character requirements, etc.). Though Keeper has records for names, addresses, and payments, Keeper Fill does a very poor job at filling these into the various form fields across websites. Web browsers do this easily (though less securely), so I hope that Keeper can set up their game in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insecurly stored passwords and repreat password are two things that Keeper helps prevent.
Excellent Solid Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper was easy to deply and altough it is still a shift for those who have not used a password manager, It is starting to take hold in the corporate structure. Passwords are getting more secure and BreachWatch is providing insight on how secure passwords really are.
Integrating it with Azure Entra ID has been excellent as well as far as continue account managment

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't follow the concept of separated vaults. It uses shared folders inside 1 vault. This seems to make passwords slightly less portable but really its just a mindset shift
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our corporate employees have so many Cloud application accounts and a ton of passwords. Password reuse is rampant and very few of them have to change their passords. Many of the passwords were compromised in data breaches. This is helping to curve insecure password sharing and password reuse, creating a separation of our systems.
Keeper is a functional password manager that focuses on security.

The ability to effectivly manage passwords among several teams and external sources. Having the functionaity to send onetime passwords to external sources greatly improves the ability to ork with contractors.

Some of the settings and managemnt features are not the most intuituve. Setting up the different security settings within the hierarchy of the managment system can be cumbersome.

I struggle to get the password manager to easily create a new password when I need one. it feels clunky doing this. I wish there was a simple way to just create a complex password example without going through hoops.

Particularly for users of the PC desktop app and Keeperfill browser extension, the tool makes it easy to create and use complex passwords.
We also had several credentials that are shared by several staff. Keeper's credenital sharing makes it easy to share those records and keep them up-to-date, securely.

Fast growing service with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The web UI is clean and simple, as well as the ability to share a personal tool with our employee's so they can be secure with both work and personal data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first implemented Keeper we had significant delays in being able to open the web vault due to our portfolio size. This seems to have been most addressed but did take some back and forth with the team.
We are also not a huge fan of the fact that when searching in the webfault, nested folders default to open vs. closed.

Working well in our org
What do you like best about the product?
Our team moved over to Keeper from another password vault and have been mostly happy with the move. The setup was a bit more extensive than expected for Keeper but once it was up and running, the experience has been smooth. Password creation is easy and the vault plugin works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inital setup ran into a few challenges, it would be nice if you could easily have both a business and personal keeper vault and toggle between them. This would encourage employees to improve their password habits even outside the workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows easy password sharing among our team and also with external contacts. The external feature in particular is nice because in addtion to providing a link to retreive a password, you have the alternate option of providing access without actually revealing the password. Browser integration makes Keeper easy to use.
