Keeper Password Manager has been a great tool for our IT department
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to selectively share passwords with individuals or groups within our organization is excellent, as well as the ability to do a one-time share to outside entities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to complain about with Keeper yet. It has been a a great solution for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminated shared documents containing logon credentials as well as the practice of emailing or messaging credentials to others when they need to logon to servers/services, etc.
Affordable and Effective Password Manager

Keeper is easy to use and affordable for SMBs. Also has a variety of useful add-on's that are not too pricey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension has some usability quirks.

Centralized password manager for IT team. As an administrator, I have the ability to open a team member's password safe if needed in an emergency.
Keeper Password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - portability across devices and simple to access and share passwords across the team or keep in a personal volt. other managers iv used doesn't give you this ability or only allow for it to happen at an admin level and not at a manager level or below.
What do you dislike about the product?
tries to auto-complete and auto-fill unless turned off manually and where you have multiple accounts/ logins for a service it just attempts the first one rather than asking which one to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing client accounts we can save the login credentials and allow the whole team to access the accounts without needing to remember passwords or giving passwords out - in addition as staff move on from the company these passwords are safe and the member of staff can be locked out from accessing them or taking them away.
Keeper Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper's excellent extension makes it more accessible and provides a different experience than the web version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like you have to re-sign in every 10 minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good password manager and replacement for Lastpass
Keeper has been a great tool for us!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy sharing between colleagues along with the departmental auto-split makes Keeper a great tool for us as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit clunky to work out the sharing features initially, but once you're up to speed it's not so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have logins for multiple websites that we can now share. We love having folders per website, etc.
Keeper, granularity of controls is double-edged sword
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Keeper is granularity to which it can be centrally managed. From being able to make sub-admins inside of "nodes" (effectively departments and sub-departments) to how shared-folder permissions can be applied exactly as they should be on a per-user or per-team basis; there is a litany of ways to mix and match all the tools that Keeper gives you to make the environment exactly how you want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part of Keeper is getting started with it and learning all the ways that the environment can be set up. To elaborate, we have run into the issue a few times that a user or team who was supposed to be able to do a certain action (such as edit a record or be able to add other members) was not able to do it. The culprit, one setting that over-rode the settings we were initially working with. Keeper support is always incredibly helpful to troubleshoot this, but sometimes it can take a few days for this process to be completed. A 24/7 chat would be great for those issues that don't really need an email chain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a SMB so we don't have the internal bandwidth to do full SSO but we needed a solution to securely store, and in the event of termination bar access to, all of our credentials.
Reliable, easy to use and integrated with Azure AD for native SSO
What do you like best about the product?
One of our key requirements is to use SSO across the board. Keeper provides native support for Azure AD integration with automatic user provisioning. This is incredibly useful for a Cloud first company.
As for the password management features, we're yet to find a feature that we need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing secrets with external parties is a little cumbersome, but functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth for the corporate accounts.
Trackability of all actions
History of passwords
Multi factor code support.

Very convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is a great way to keep passwords organized, updated and available for those who need them, when they need them.
The chrome extension is super helpful.
The chrome extension is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having two different sites for managing/admin and accessing the vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having passwords organized, in a safe place and with easy access, while controling who can see what, is super helpful.
Best Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
A keeper password manager is a best and most effective solution. We are using keeper as a password security vault. It is a more secure and zero-knowledge tool. It is straightforward to use we can enable many security features like azure single sign-on, Apply privacy policies like a privacy screen, permission etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have to provide support services from GCC or Asian regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all the passwords in the vault and provide access through the keeper instead of sharing passwords with internal or external users. Now we can say we have enabled Zero-password knowledge in our organization.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of the mobile app with the smartphone web browser. This makes is easy to create new accounts as well as to log into existing accounts. Also, love the random password generator. Makes it extremely hard for anyone to guess!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislikes I have are more due to the security posture of my organization than the tool functionality itself. For example, for desktop application use, the vendor has made it easy to install a plugin that can mimic the mobile app's functionality. However, my company restricted the ability of individuals to install plugins due to security vulnerabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the many applications that we have to contend with, it is a secure location that we can 1. store passwords. 2. share account info as needed/authorized and 3. utilize the random password generator tool to create unbreakable passwords.
