What do you like best about the product?
Keeper employs advanced encryption and a zero-knowledge model, ensuring my data remains highly secure and private while maintaining a clean and intuitive layout, which makes navigation effortless, simplifying tasks such as organizing passwords and managing user access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't figured out a way to share payment information between colleagues, as there are multiple people who should be able to use the same payment card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy-to-use layout makes it simple for me to ensure that colleagues keep their passwords hidden without reusing old passwords. This keeps passwords on post-it notes to a zero.

Keeper is the Best

  • May 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it on all of my devices! I never worry about needing to track a password (or it only being saved in Google vs Apple) and I love that I can use secure passwords every time I make a new account. I've been a loyal customer for the past 8 years or so- I use this both personally and for my business. I also have the Chrome extension! I love the product
What do you dislike about the product?
I am 90% satisfied but I do think there are slight tweaks that can be made to improve the technology. There is not instant syncing between devices, so maybe have an option where you can manually sync? Otherwise it just shows up like you don't have an existing account. Also, the passwords the app generates are not compatible with most websites- they are "too complex" - maybe have a setting where you can change the kinds of passwords the app generates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always have access to all of my passwords - I also use it to store other information securely, like flight and travel details. I trust the security of the technology and I like that I can make my passwords secure when setting up new accounts.

Keeper Password manager

  • April 21, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - portability across devices and simple to access and share passwords across the team or keep in a personal volt. other managers iv used doesn't give you this ability or only allow for it to happen at an admin level and not at a manager level or below.
What do you dislike about the product?
tries to auto-complete and auto-fill unless turned off manually and where you have multiple accounts/ logins for a service it just attempts the first one rather than asking which one to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing client accounts we can save the login credentials and allow the whole team to access the accounts without needing to remember passwords or giving passwords out - in addition as staff move on from the company these passwords are safe and the member of staff can be locked out from accessing them or taking them away.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy sharing between colleagues along with the departmental auto-split makes Keeper a great tool for us as a company.

It can be a bit clunky to work out the sharing features initially, but once you're up to speed it's not so bad.

We have logins for multiple websites that we can now share. We love having folders per website, etc.
