Keeper Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The feature set of Keeper brings a lot to the table and provides the ability for very granular secret security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeper could use a better SAML integration and I hope that eventually they increase that capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a consolidated location for secure storage of secrets in an auditable and managed fashion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend that when considering products within this sector, Keeper should be considered due to ease of use, administration, and rapid setup.
Pretty good! Improvement over LastPass
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to manage centrally, in some aspects. Feels a lot more modern and less clunky over LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Items of shared folders are owned by the creator of the record and not the folder itself. Makes it impossible to manage some records without reaching out to the person that created them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is fluid and responsive, which makes it easier to use overall. Feels modern.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a strong look!
API and no shared logins.
What do you like best about the product?
The API allows us to have a separate login for all servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a struggle to get the API working with linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have to have a seperate Account for 100s of servers the API is the only way to do this properly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keeper is very easy to use even for inexperienced users.

Easy to use, perfect to protect
What do you like best about the product?
You can have your password protected and on every device; you can also fill automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
the price of breach watch is too high in my opinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one place, all password, wherever you are
Keeper Security has been great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I only have to remember the one password. I previously would keep a written list of my passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into any issues yet. It would be helpful if there was more information in the quick start guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much faster for me to login to all of the sites I use without having to search my notes for passwords.
Great Passwork Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Keeper suggest to autofill all of the info at once without needing to fill each line seperately. I also like the feature to create new secure password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the Keeper disconnects quite often and you need to reconnect again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to remember all the passwords and also not having the same passwords through different websites. It also makes it more secure way to save passwords,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and decide for yourself.
I (mostly) love this app!
What do you like best about the product?
The security, functionality, and rich feature-set of this app are all very good. Keeper is available on every platform I use, and of all the password managers I've used, this is by far the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've talked with the Keeper team about this several times and they refuse to budge on this. The Chrome extension logs you out every time you close Chrome. I REALLY wish there was an option to disable this functionality and keep me signed in if I choose. The reason comes down to human nature... Here's what I mean.
I use a 63 character password for Keeper which is a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols. This is great for security, but since I am logged out of Keeper each time I close Chrome, I have the following options (none of which are good for security)
1. Remember this super-long password and retype it each time I open Chrome.
2. Keep Chrome open (which I do).
3. Shorten my password to make it easier to type.
4. Keep a local version of the password so that I can log into the Chrome extension faster.
I'm sure there are other solutions as well, but I really feel like Keeper should give me the option (and include a warning) to stay logged in to the Chrome extension when I close Chrome.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, we use it as our password manager so that each account has a unique, strong password. Secondly, we share passwords with team members for software that only allows a single login.
Keeper has been an excellent addition to our IT records retention
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords are transferable when there is turnover in the department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the autofill doesn't work appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of any service accounts people in the department create, before these got lost and went un-shared leading to huge delays for password/account resets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent way to keep track of account info and service accounts that isn't reliant on institutional knowledge.
