Overall, everything is good

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it works quickly in Chrome. It has all the conveniences, including autofill, account generation, and a convenient search.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile phone, it sometimes behaves strangely. When trying to log into some application, the system offers visa card data instead of login and password and does not allow choosing login instead of the card. I have to search and copy the password manually.

Another glitch is related to auto-login on websites. That is, when I open a page, the keeper recognizes it, fills it in, and tries to log in. But if the password is incorrect, the keeper just starts messing with the page. The site says the password is incorrect and asks to re-enter it, and the keeper immediately enters the wrong password again, and so on in a loop. And once, when logging into the bank, by the time I figured out what was happening, my bank account was already blocked. In general, the keeper should monitor that if the same site page with login and password appears again after a second, then something went wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Раньше в моей голове было огромное количество паролей. А теперь мне легко получать новый пароль и хранить его в хранителе.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is an excellent password manager, that supports multiple devices so that you could keep it around anywhere. Your passwords as well as private and payment information are stored in an encrypted safety vault, which is pretty convenient, as there's no need to remember the info. Login details could be divided into categories and have a photo or file attached. The application autofills the data into the platforms and enables you to log into with fingerprint. Keeper comes equipped with a random password generator, that fosters having different passwords for every platform. The program provides useful features, such as cloud backup copy or synchronisation between multiple devices (Emergency Access). Also, Keeper supports many two-factor authentication methods (SMS, Touch ID, Face ID, Google Authenticator, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphical user interface could be more user-friendly and transparent, as it might be challenging to configure and customise the application. Personally, the price could be lower, as Keeper is a simple tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeper is the best place to store login information as well as payment card information. The application is well integrated with many platforms so that it's an excellent timesaver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a password manager a password management solution with powerful security features and secure information sharing system, you might consider Keeper.

What do you like best about the product?
it fits well on my iPhone, and displays nicely. Easy to copy pswds.
What do you dislike about the product?
when my thumb print does not get me in. But that is perhaps more an iPhone issue than a Keeper issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time saver, speed of use

A great place to store all ur personal info, cc#s, passwords & logins, safe and secure

The level of security isn't that great they don't give you the option of entering a password or code to open app so applock would be needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to store private info of employees, and business associates safely
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keeper is a great way for storing private info of almost any kind but if you need secure storage keeper is not that secure no option for password to enter app

What do you like best about the product?
It is definitely a secure tool. Also forces you to be more disciplined in password security
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a hassle to login initially and to manage. But being lazy with your passwords is a security risk - so the trade off is worth it. In a business environment, there should be no compromise.

Defeating a Harried Mind

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Keeper for at least 5 years. It keeps my all my vital alphanumeric data (like licenses, certifications, policies, and passwords) in order and stored safely, thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get snarky prompts to purchase a function, write a review, or recommend the program to a friend. While I enjoy clever sarcasm, shaming/guilting me/pressuring me into something doesn't work. It does the exact opposite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not use Keeper for official business. I cannot due to HIPPA. However, it does enhance my ability to do certain aspects of my work in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Can save innumberable number of logins and passwords which can be distributed to employees ala cart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy sometimes and not log in the first shot. Managing the folders can be a bit clunky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security issues as it makes sure that your logins can't be hacked. It also allows employees to be given access only to what you want to give them access to without showing them the passwords.

A way to securely share complex passwords with cowokers

  • November 21, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Not too long ago, all passwords were the same to allow for our teams to easily access servers and accounts. Now, we use Keeper to share randomly generated passwords (from within Keeper) that enhances our security. Keeper has applications and a web portal so we can access our credentials from any machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface is a bit clunky, and slow to load. Their iOS application works but is out of date on the UI front. Feature wise, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had security issues with people using easy to guess passwords, and having that be the password for multiple services. Now, we have complex 16+ character passwords that we can simply copy and paste from Keeper into our servers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking at Keeper from a cost perspective compared to the competition, I'd say they may lack in a few areas but offer most of the same functionality.
