A great app all round
What do you like best about the product?
I can access Keeper on my phone, via the web app - both things synced up and backed up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike really - hence why I am still using it after 3 years !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me adhere to the myriad of password requirements I have to meet with my job!

What do you like best about the product?
It is kind of easy to use. Intuitive at times and has the ability to back up, save print. I feel lost not having it around.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a bit expensive. And this aspect may derail a great product. Over time I feel more companies like Google may enter the space with products which ay do most of the job at a lower cost

What do you like best about the product?
Only one single password should be remembered. Works on all my devices: Windows, Android, iOS and has integration with web browser. Easy to use interface (folders, attachments), possibility to generate password with different levels of security (numbers, symbols, length).
Possibility to login using the fingerprint sensor on Android/iPhone.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rearranging folders via drag/drop functionality would be very helpful. Subscription auto-renewal maybe surprising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Keeper as my work and personal passwords storage. It's my personal decision and I also recommended it to my colleagues. It is very handy to operate with passwords that need to be changed regularly because of the embedded password generator. It's very easy to use and perfect for work and personal needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it and you'll love Keeper. You won't need to try anything else.

What do you dislike about the product?
URL's to websites don't work well on the iPad and iPhone version. clicking on them results in a blank screen.
Integration in the internet browsers on the iPad and iPhone would be nice to have also.
Making new folders and moving items should be made easier like in windows explorer (drag and drop functionality). it's quite a task if you want to rearrange accounts and folders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chance you keep using easy passwords is smaller since, even the most impossible to remember passwords are not an issue anymore; keeper remembers them for you so why fear!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a while to get used to the fact you have the app. I tend to be stuck on my 'old' passwords which are easy to crack so when installing it make the app generate new (and safer) passwords for all your your websites etc. and install it on every device you have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick sync across all devices while maintaining data encryption. Increased integration within apps in the latest iOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
While initially good value the price seems high compared to competing services but I'm sticking with Keeper for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now using far better password structure and diversity than ever before, allowing quick access to finance and secure services across multiple platforms.
I was able to teach it to a smartphone illiterate

This is one of the easiest and coolest looking password apps out there. It has multiple ways of importing/exporting passwords and.able to share household accounts with my husband.

I have not Found a single thing I dislike

Keeper makes it easy to keep your household passwords separate from your work passwords and even keeps those passwords you want hidden from others away from prying eyes.

I have been using keeper for many years and it works great. My work apps make you change your password often...it's the only way to keep track

Not much to dislike, it's easy to use and I have never had a problem with the app

After having yet another near miss (5m accounts hacked etc) started using 1Password, rapidly changed to Keeper as it works on every platform I use and as a Chrome extension too! Reliable and able to choose the password complexity I need/want for each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Colour schemes could be improved, a bit too Matrix :-)

Simple and straightforward, what's not to like.
As a user, excellent but understanding administration and updating needs some attention

Answers are always available. Logging into accounts through Keeper is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difference between Keeper Desktop and Keeper on my mobile devices is not clear and how to update the respective application is obtuse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large number of accounts with unique passwords as well as managing my wife's accounts and passwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deal with the update issue and find a way to help updating passwords as well as deleting unused passwords. Take some of the confusion out of using application as part of my browser (Safari).
