Keeper keeps you safe :)
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrates in your favorite browser. I was easy to install and implement in our orginization. The cost is minimal for the protection it provides.

More integrations for password protected systems.

There's nothing I can think of at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secure enterprise password management system
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is feature-rich with robust reporting, single sign-on integrations and capabilities, and password risk scoring on top of other features you'd expect to see in an enterprise level password manager. We also like the layers of encryption and protection that are included out of the box. Most of our staff find the product easy to use and they use it in their daily work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could scale our deployment month to month instead of having to wait for our renewal to downsize our license count if that becomes applicable. The device approval process is also human-dependent (requires admin action), which may result in delays in users being approved to install Keeper on new devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to deploying Keeper, non-IT staff did not have an easy way to securely store their growing numbers of passwords. We also needed the ability to share passwords within and between teams, which Keeper does.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Breach Watch, password change assistnce and ease of management from admin perspective and extending family license for enterprise customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more development around the browser extension to be compatiable with various SaaS vendors. May need to colloborate with major SaaS players to allow keeper to autofill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
track of all our infrastructure service account/breakglass accounts with auditing capabilities
effective and simple
What do you like best about the product?
integration with Chrome and Android phone
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that it does not support special characters in copy-paste within the Windows application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The perfect integration with the browser saves me a lot of time and I no longer remember my passwords that are too complicated at all.
Essential Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Browser and app flexibility makes using the tool very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security will have multiple layers, but if using biometric controls to speed up the process. That would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regulating business critical access
Useful software for password and account management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share the passwords between team members and to provide them securely to third parties
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the Keeper browser extension on Mozilla Firefox and sometimes over small editable fields, the Keeper icon will cover the field and I cannot enter any information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a consulting firm and often need to share passwords with clients. They have strict security settings which forces us to send encrypted passwords. Keeper helps us solve this problem
Great UI and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Moving from LastPass to Keeper, the change in UI and ease of use has been great. Keeper provides great features. Zero data breaches and a clear dedication to ensuring credential security are not forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have found the Google Chrome extension may not work and require areset. This however may be an issue with Google Chrome and not necessarily Keeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing company credentials and monitoring password policy compliance within the organisation.
Strong Search and Usability, A Few Features Missing
What do you like best about the product?
When I search, I have confidence that it checks all parts of the entries for my terms. That means if someone gives me a shorthand name for a site or just the address, I can add those to the general notes or create a new field. That way, I can always find that entry when I use any of the associated terms.
I have not seen any issues when using Keeper in coordination with dozens of other users. That means the technicians in the field are getting the right information that I am putting in to help them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better deliniation of who has access to what entries. When I created a new entry for credentials only related to myself, it ended up in a shared folder despite being in "My Vault". I'm sure I could be using it better, but it was not obvious by context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is securely sharing asset and remote access credentials and instructions for hundreds of assets in the field.
Keeper is great for the enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new SSO feature and how it syncs with AD using SCIM provisioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing from keeper was the manual work needed before integrating SSO and SCIM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is helping us safeguard critical and elevated account credentials.
