What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI generated data and insights. It makes reviewing customer calls very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't surface the exact recordings I'm searching for as simply as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easier for me to be more present during client calls reducing my need to take notes. Gong also helps to maintain an accurate log of customer requests and account progression.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it so much easier to capture value, notes, follow up and key actions. it makes coaching easier, selling better and organizing both personal actions and teams much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I've also wish that gong was able to proactively update CRM fields based on conversations - even if it verified those updates first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me keep track of calls, follow ups and account strategies. It helps me take fewer notes and stay in the moment in calls. It helps me coach my reports and help others, and reminds me of history with accounts,

What do you like best about the product?
Gong simply makes my life easier, whether this is with forecasting, follow-up or coaching. Gong was ahead of the curve with their usage of AI and this makes it incredibly simple to quickly gain insights on an account/call and take action.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particularly that I dislike about the platform, I haven't had any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is a massive time-saver, particularly when following up on calls. It is also great for understanding your tendencies on calls and improving as a salesperson.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides me with concise, actionable recaps of every recorded sales call, highlighting key discussion points, next steps, and important customer insights. This saves significant time by allowing me to quickly review essential details without re-listening to entire conversations.

The platform’s conversation intelligence goes beyond simple transcription. It analyzes tone, engagement, and talk ratios, and identifies buying signals and objections-delivering insights that help refine sales strategies and improve future interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong’s workflows and summaries are somewhat rigid, which can be frustrating for teams with unique or highly customized processes. Also the tool is very expensive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong eliminates guesswork in sales calls, helps standardize best practices, and identifies at-risk deals early.

Listen Later for mobile
Speeding up calls to 1.5x speed to make listen later more efficient
Ability to see who is speaking when, and the topics at those points

What do you dislike about the product?
mobile app not intuitive as id like
would like to insert a sales methodology (not the process - MEDDPICC) so that i can help coach on better discovery, in addition to the coaching it can provide on process.

What do you like best about the product?
I also love the ability to search any account for specific items like feature requests, frustrations, product praises, or any other customer insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, to be honest. For my use case, Gong has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember or write down every little thing from my calls. Being able to go back to my account and search the entire account about specific things has been huge. Relying on their AI insights that point me exactly where in the call something is discussed has saved me so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the automatically generated content, like the highlights, action items, and transcript. I am a PMM and rely on the recordings of my conversations with customers for case studies or other content interviews, and Gong's features help me ensure I don't miss any key details or highlights. I also use Gong regularly to review sales calls to check in on messaging adoption and evaluate what seems to resonate with prospects. Gong is easy to use. I have been using it for over 5 years across multiple orgs/roles and the new features that get added are always spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to be nitpicky, it would be about the search. Sometimes I am looking for a keyword in call transcripts, and the transcription will have spelled the word wrong or mistyped it entirely, usually this happens with proper nouns. Again, being very picky here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is providing complete transcripts for me in addition to generating call highlights. These highlights are beneficial to me for pulling out key information from calls and making sure nothing is being missed

Amazing for managing tons of meetings, whether you originally attended them or not!

What do you like best about the product?
I attend a LOT of customer meetings in support of a sales team as well as a product team, often with weeks or months in between. It's impossible to keep track of/remember everything discussed when it happened. Knowing that I have Gong running in the background of these meetings, I can confidently put my pen and notepad away, knowing that it will take more thorough notes during the meeting than I ever will and they are easily searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably more of a gripe about how disorganized our own instance of Salesforce is, but sometimes it is very hard to pin down the exact accounts/contacts that I am looking for prior meetings on. Gong relies heavily on it's integration with SFDC, so Gong's hygiene is only as good as your SFDC hygiene, which can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking conversations with more clients than I could ever do on my own. Makes it so much easier to go back to discussions from months ago and catch myself back up on everything we talked about. It's also extremely useful for going back and listening/searching transcripts for meetings that I was not able to attend. Less information lost between sales reps talking me through a recap vs. reading/listening to what actually happened.

Can't really "Bucket" prospects which can make it difficult to organize a large prospect base.
