What do you like best about the product?
It handles everything for me -- it automatically records my calls without me having to add it, it spits out a very clean transcript, and the AI summaries are surprisingly good
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup took a bit of time, but once it was set up, it's been smooth sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting me go back to old calls to search and reference them

What do you like best about the product?
The meeting notes and time savings by auto generating the bulk of a follow up email where I can tweak and ship it! It's so easy to use and enables me to hold people accountable for their action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
They haven't hired me yet. I do not dislike anything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings to run / follow up with meetings. Accountability in team selling environment. Ability to replay important information-rich meetings after the fact and not have to rely on written notes.

What do you like best about the product?
the analysis or we can say summary with the transcript which allows to understand the agenda on the call along side helps individuals to improve themselves and learn new things

sometimes because of accents or speed the transcript have some errors which I believe can be fixed

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the calls are easily found, and the summaries and transcripts are accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you book a call and go on the call right away, it may not be recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically records all calls, ensuring that no important details are missed. These recordings are intelligently organized and categorized by clients, making it easy to locate specific conversations whenever needed. Additionally, the system provides highly accurate transcripts, allowing me to quickly review discussions without having to rewatch the entire call. In most cases, the transcripts are so precise that I can rely on them entirely, saving time and streamlining my workflow.

Amazing Recording and Transcription/summary service for customer calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcription. we have lots of existing video demo content which we need to either produce equivalent written content for, or share with customers with markers for them to skip to the area relevant for them. The gong transcription, summary and video marker tools make it so fast for us to skip to the right part, remember what's been said in a meeting, or create cropped demo content that can be shared
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many negatives so far. It would be good to be able to upload a video thats been recorded by someone else (e.g chris) and have the transcription notes say "chris said" rather than Holly said, since I (Holly) uploaded it for transcription. this is minor though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- taking meeting notes for me, meaning i can focus fully on what customers are telling me, without writing or typing.
- creating videos with markers to skip to the most relevant part of the conversation
- Transcription. Sometimes I copy and paste the meeting transcript into our internal company AI assistant, and ask it to convert the transcript into text for slides, brief descriptions, email content etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Autogeneration of emails to customers
you can search a word from the conversation and find where it was said, makes the searched super easy
What do you dislike about the product?
summarize feature sometimes add it's own thoughts (like "X should hire Y", in a conversations that was just between colleagues)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
watch previous calls
find only the relevant parts from an entire conversation to watch, saves time

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the ai tool to ask questions about the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes awhile for the calls to load, so if I need to go back to review a client's demographic info, I can't get to it and review immediately after the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to go back and be coached on how I could handle specific kinds of calls differently.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript is really good on Gong. It's really easy to use. It is really a good application. The transcript feature on this app is really phenomenal. Ease of implementation on this application is really good.

This app has really supported in my daily task of call monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing such dislike about gong. Everything has been really smooth. I use this on daily basis to review my call. This has really helped me to find the key areas for improvement. The integration on this app is really good.

These should be an options for chat or direct customer support if we require any assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app has really supported with the call feedback and hybrid call monitoring as well.
