What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for tracking sales reports. With these reports, I can improve my sales because the data helps me understand which clients are easier to convert into deals. It also records calls, which helps sometimes when I need to remember important details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, it’s really expensive for me since my earnings aren’t that high. On top of that, it feels very complex to set up. At the beginning I also had data privacy concerns, and sometimes it doesn’t work accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me figure out which deals are easier to crack with the help of quality leads. It saves me a lot of time, and my deal-closing ratio improved by 28% compared to when I wasn’t using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well organized Gong is. I also enjoy the AI features, especially being able to ask questions about specific accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no end-user way to improve your own experience; it’s entirely in the hands of your admin team, who may not prioritize the app the same way you would in your day-to-day work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me with taking meeting notes, which benefits me by ensuring I don’t miss any follow-up items. It also lets me review notes on the account later or when I inherit a new account so I can check in on sentiment and keep track of follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to go back and listen to my calls. I also like sending my manager calls from GONG so she can give me feedback. Another upside is that it helps me see tasks I haven’t touched in a while, which makes it easier to stay on top of follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any dislikes yet. That said, sometimes it doesn’t capture all of the BANT information from a call even when it’s provided, but it does let me add it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GONG helps me a lot when I have overdue tasks. It shows me what I need to do and, in some cases, what I need to say as well. It’s also made it easier for me to share a call with my manager for feedback, which is my favorite part.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent call recordings and conversation analysis. The AI-powered insights help me analyze customer trends and risk. It also has a user-friendly UI/UX that makes navigation easy and intuitive. Their customer support is responsive, and the onboarding resources are helpful. Strong integrations with CRM tools, as well as email and meeting platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Premium pricing can be a bit expensive for smaller teams. The initial setup can also take some time, especially when it comes to integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, it gives me the history of customer conversations and meetings. It saves me time on note-taking by providing call recordings and transcripts.

You have to pay for some nice to have features as part of higher licensing tiers. I would love more in the base offering

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics, being able to understand my pace, and how much I'm talking compared to my prospects. I also like how the feature has, kind of, target benchmarks for what you should be aiming for. It's been helpful in better understanding my demo tactics and making improvements. I thought it was really easy to set up, and once it was integrated with our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the searchability and being able to find specific snippets. I think the AI components can always be improved, but I think they're pretty good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong saves me a ton of time by taking notes during sales calls. It also lets me record and share call insights with my clients.

I find it very useful for gathering client context and continuous improvement, as it allows me to analyze which aspects I can improve in the future. What I like most about Gong is the ease of use. I especially value the ability to connect past calls and emails, which allows me to gain the full context. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong is easy to use and very fast. The transcription feature is kind of accurate, which means I don't have to take notes myself and can focus more on the meeting. It helps me pay better attention to both customers and colleagues. Setting it up was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Gong doesn't support languages like German and French. It also struggles to recognize different speakers if they're not in the calendar invite. This often happens when my calendar invite gets forwarded internally within large organizations, and those meetings don't get recorded in Gong. For data protection reasons, it seems speakers' assignments are either technically not possible or they are redacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me quickly identify effective sales campaigns. It's easy and fast, with fairly accurate transcription, so I don't have to take notes and can focus on meetings, paying more attention to both customers and colleagues.
