What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive and AI-driven nature of Gong is literally one of the only ways I can continue to be successful in my career in sales. For example, as someone frequently clogs her own calendar with customer meetings, I find it very hard to remember to enter in notes into our CRM, and sometimes even forget what I need to do as follow-up to a call. Since using Gong, specifically Gong Engage, it's cut down any (sometimes all) time I spend on follow-up, freeing me to focus more time on larger priorities.
It's also amazingly easy to find call recordings and notes, in order to remind myself of meetings from months before, especially if it's a prospect who has ghosted me and then shows up all of the sudden, wanting to revisit the conversation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see it integrate with Outlook, specifically for our To-Do list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My call follow-up and admininstrative tasks related to customers has always been a struggle for me. Since we implemented Gong a fews years ago, just as a call recording platform, and then just recently with Engage, it has exponentially increased my productivity and pipeline development

- Feels more prospect and new sale oritened but expansion sales with existing customers is just as important

- Paying attention to the conversation and not worrying about notes.
- Quicker follow ups as well as coaching to continue to improve the conversations with customers are helpful.

Great sales tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as it can automatically join my calls. Saves me from missing things in my notes. Easy to share and playback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not certain that prospects like seeing Gong on calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is helping to better understand customers/prospects. Being able to go back and double check notes and read body language is incredibly helpful.

Gong has been the most useful tool I have used so far. All my call recordings, the notes it generates, the team scores cards and what not.

It’s way to perfect, I don’t think gong needs any improvement

The platform helps me maintain complete records of my calls and analyze interactions with customers. It also assists in summarizing calls and generating follow-up emails efficiently.

- Feel like I could get more out of it past the recording and Ai functionality, I'm sure the analysis could serve me more if I learnt the full functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
it evaluates the calls and the conversations summarizes them and I can use gong as per my preference

It logs me out even after a few minutes of inactivity

Helping me review my calls, listen and go through the best calls and when I am looking for something specific they are easy to find too.
Capturing insights for account and professional development!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes business insights digestable and so easily accessible for our team across the organization. This facilitates a space where feedback can be provided and which ultimately contributes to our individual professional development as sales professionals. It's not simply a recorded call or AI-generated email, but a reflection on how you are approaching your prospects and customers and overall, company mission.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to zone in on connect rates and understanding what is driving this key metric. Also, it is inviting the Sales Development team to really understand the prospects our team is sourcing for our sales account executives and the quality of discovery achieved.

Everything is catalogued well and is easy to access. The note taking system is very good.

Thus far I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about Gong.

Gong makes it very easy to look back at calls without needing to create a transcript on my own.
Great for coaching and call summary
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic recording of all calls, end of summary call, view into individual and team calls, call history, help coaching self and team and finding specific parts of a meeting by searching words.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account view timeline can be confusing when trying to find a call, but after using it I understood how it worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker time to follow up on calls and assign tasks for follow up. If we ever need to go back to a call and verify something, it is easy to find that part of the call.
Helps streamline and stay on top of things so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Love how Gong shows talk time during a call and summarizes the discussion and action items.

Gong is on top of opps, good bad or ugly, so you will get notifications on bad deals.
