Amazing for customer success. Great for taking notes on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of.

What do you like best about the product?
Realtime evaluations . It keeps us updated of our stats and helps us listen to our calls realtime
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is cool with gong no complaints at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it keeps us updated with our stats . One stop shop were we can both reveiw and listen to our calls recording . With gong we will be able to look back to our mistakes listen to it and learn from those calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong does the heavy lifting of note taking customer calls for me. This means I can focus fully on the conversation in real time with the customer and know I can revisit the notes and recording after the fact. This makes it excellent for ensuring action items and tasks are tracked and followed up on. It's also spectacular to be able to share snippits of the conversation with internal and external audiences. I use Gong every day for customer calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any AI tool, sometimes it attributes conversations about multiple groups/parties incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of ensuring I can be fully present with my customers and not have to worry about making sure I captured all of the notes and action items. Gong does 100% of that for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI features that captures relevant highlights, next steps, and makes searching Gong call by topic very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't pull the right account up when I'm searching or I have to dig to find the right Gong call because it gets buried in with emails that are logged to it as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Customer Success and Implementation Manager I use Gong to review calls our sales team had with new clients before I onboard them. This allows me to come to our kickoff meetings already understanding aspects of their business needs and goals. Customers then don't have to repeat themselves and we can hit the ground running with their implementation.

not much. If call starts before no recording availble before the calendar start time.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who does numerous customer meetings, especially scoping discussions where the stakes are high and details complex. Gong has become an invaluable tool for me it helps me keep track of "what the hell happened" during those sessions, ensuring I don't miss any critical points.

I really like being able to search the transcripts, ask questions about the recording, the analytics that measure speaking time and the ability to share the call easily with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of our customers are based in Scotland and Gong can struggle with their accent. Also Gong is not cheap. For small teams or start ups the cost can feel prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to focus fully on the call without having to take notes. It give the whole company visability on what our customers pain points are so we can help solve them

What do you like best about the product?
Relistening to important calls, the accurate call summaries and next steps, and easily sharing recordings with customers or prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
None - best conversation intelligence tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate call summaries and note taking with accurate next steps, being able to relisten to calls to make sure I didn't miss any details or to pick up where another rep left off.

It is great to have all customer data recorded for later use, and to share with the customer when they ask to recap their software demo

It can sometimes misinterpret words and commands due to different accents from users
