Gong has improved individual contributors and go to market efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has became a source of truth for recording customer calls, reviewing customer conversations, sharing recordings externally, recaps for representatives and action items or topics discussed for all of those interested in the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes about Gong at this time but looking forward to more enhancements

Helping solve time spent analyzing customer calls and objectives. Streamlining internal collaboration. Helping integrate into other tools
Gong is a savior
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a summary of the entire meeting and everything reaches your inbox within 10minutes of finishing the call

Haven't got to a point where I can dislike gong yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me analyze the call and it has completely eliminated the need for taking notes. Anytime I want to ask or remember something, I can go to the call, search the keyword and I have the whole information.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to view timeline of activity within an account. My meeting follow-ups take easily 80% less time to send out and are much more impactful. The forecasting tool is fantastic. This is infinitely better than having to manage a completely manual google sheet with my manager and another with my team for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a ton going on with UI features and navigation buttons. There's a lot of the platform that I don't use because I forget about it or don't know about it because it's in multiple navigation layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing manual effort required for recording meetings, analyzing calls, and following up with stakeholders in a timely manner with the most impactful information.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me stay focused and engaged in all my meetings by taking all the notes for me. It is extremely beneficial because it allows me to be actively listening to my clients and discover real pain points that they have, leading to business for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Gong is that it sometimes can not show up on the meeting, and I just wish I would recieve a notification if the person I am meeting with has declined the Gong recording so that I can prepare otherwise for the meeting (notebook pen etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is recording my meeting and taking notes for me so that I can be acitively engaged in my conversation. This is benefiting me because I can actually listen to the person, instead of taking notes and trying to multitask. I also do not forget anything because I can go back to the recording.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the call transcripts, and the call summaries. I love that Gong keeps a running log of all customer interactions -- even those that are not with me, or are not otherwise linked to the customer's account anywhere. It really helps when trying to uncover possible missed communication. I love that you can ask Gong a question about a meeting ("Did I ask the customer XYZ?") and Gong can find the answer without me having to listen to 60 minutes worth of recording. It's very easy to use and easy to navigate. I use Gong every single day.

Nothing. Gong has been absolutely wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong keeps a record of all customer interactions, whether by phone or by email. It catches emails that some other softwares miss. It's a huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the AI capability while scanning through the transripts. It helps me surface meaningful information such as any points of contention or opportunity that may have occured. I can ask the AI questions about the call and it quickly returns a summarized response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company uses gong for all our customer calls. However, we do require the customer consent before gong can record the meeting. If the customer wishes to schedule the meeting in another platform, we're unable to have gong record the meeting as there isn't the capability to require consent outside zoom/gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to capture meeting notes, understand areas of opportunity across the portfolio and keep our eyes on the overall performance of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's features and development is matched very closely to what their customers are asking for. Everything is extremely intuitive to use. In particular, I love being able to search call transcripts for details I may have forgotten, and using Gong's AI to generate follow-up items to save me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that comes to mind. If there's anything, I wish it were more customer success than sales driven, but I don't feel limited by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it much easier for me to refer back to calls. I have several hours of calls per day and can be hard to keep details straight, and Gong takes care of that for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive and AI-driven nature of Gong is literally one of the only ways I can continue to be successful in my career in sales. For example, as someone frequently clogs her own calendar with customer meetings, I find it very hard to remember to enter in notes into our CRM, and sometimes even forget what I need to do as follow-up to a call. Since using Gong, specifically Gong Engage, it's cut down any (sometimes all) time I spend on follow-up, freeing me to focus more time on larger priorities.
It's also amazingly easy to find call recordings and notes, in order to remind myself of meetings from months before, especially if it's a prospect who has ghosted me and then shows up all of the sudden, wanting to revisit the conversation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see it integrate with Outlook, specifically for our To-Do list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My call follow-up and admininstrative tasks related to customers has always been a struggle for me. Since we implemented Gong a fews years ago, just as a call recording platform, and then just recently with Engage, it has exponentially increased my productivity and pipeline development

- Feels more prospect and new sale oritened but expansion sales with existing customers is just as important

- Paying attention to the conversation and not worrying about notes.
