Best safety net and back up tool for your business.
What do you like best about the product?
How accurate the summary, transcript & information is. It may take a few minutes to upload but I use gong daily and I genuinely love the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the session time out and upload time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
generating a summary of my calls, making it simple to keep track of every call on an account and with a customer.

It's a super helpful tool when reviewing my personal calls, as well as my mentees. The site itself is very easy to navigate.

Perhaps an explanation of each of the options so all users can easily understand it.

Gong is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
The AI-driven deal intelligence is a huge time-saver, enabling me to focus on high-priority deals without manually combing through notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer volume of data it captures can sometimes feel overwhelming. Filtering and focusing on the most relevant insights requires consistent effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits have been incredible. First, I can now coach myself in real-time. For instance, I’ve adjusted my pitch delivery based on Gong’s insights about talk-listen ratios and improved how I handle objections. It’s like having a personal sales coach available 24/7.
Really love Gong's AI integration with video
What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong can easily integrate with our Zoom account to record our calls for business. What's better is the AI-integration the summarizes the video. Which means that I have 3 options- I can listen/watch the video, or review the transcript, or just read the AI summary. Either way I have move than enough ways to get notes from the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. Everything is very useful for my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps that I don't have to take notes during the call. I can write down a few key points but leave the majority of the work to Gong. This in turn helps me stat focused on the prospect/customer so that I can listen to their needs and respond appropriately without worrying about writing everything they say word for word.
Amazing transcripts and summary's
What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the best transcripts / summaries compared to other call recording platforms I have prevoiusly used. I do not need to manually take call notes on a call anymore and can focus on the conversation. It has a very robust platform. It is easy to use and use without thinking about it, it integrates well to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to search for prevous call recordings if the occured over a month ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking & call sharing across the company. Everyone can look at our client calls and see what sentiment the client was feeling on the call and a summary without having to speak with the agent who held the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to review my calls, learn from others calls, quickly create a follow up email and find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have yet to find anything I don't like about Gong. My access is limited due to my company subscription, so I wish I had access to more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to review my calls, so that I can become a better seller, it ensures I am not missing any imporant information from prospect conversations and it helps me prepare for future calls but providing quick recaps. The AI features make it easy to pick out informaiton.
good for meeting notes
What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong for post meeting notes. I use their ai to search through the transcript and retrieve information from the calls.

It takes longer than neccesary to analyze a call

I no longer need to write meeting notes. I have the transcript and integilence about the sales call on hand

Ease of use, continual innovation adding new capabilities and features, seamless integration with other tools, helpful insights to improve customer engagement and identify risks

The UI changes frequently as new features are released

Tracking trends in customer conversations, ensuring consistent positioning of new products/features, capturing customer requirements and concerns
Best tool for CSMs and AMs
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is being able to have a complete overview of Account interactions and ask AI question like, what agenda items would be helpful to have on our next QBR.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are less expensive competitors but they don't have the robust functionality that Gong does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me insight into meetings that I can't attend and an overarching understanding of accounts and their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things I love around gone one thing it particular that recently has been something I’ve used a lot is watching calls from the positions above me since I moved into a new role and seeing all the different things, it picks up and analyzes and using it as a tool to learn. And also has a lot of other great features around tracking pipeline. Your calls the AI features of how I can improve and be better. It’s just overall a super great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say is at times I struggle to find certain things, but it’s just cause it’s such a great product and could be complex but otherwise I think everything’s great
