Gong Ai is a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
Using the built in AI to interrogate calls my team have had is a great way to unearth trends etc in customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't pull trends across multiple calls or clients at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to listen to hours and hours of calls to get insights

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong summarizes conversations and highlights next steps. It keeps me on track with my clients and allows me to reference back to previous conversations. Gong's AI ask bar is incredibly helpful for gathering key pieces of information that you were not able to write down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI doesn't quite grasp what we are talking about. There will be little errors in who said what. I'm sure that will improve with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong not only records what is said, but it provides action items for me based on our conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like most is one of the most recent additions 'ask anything'.

How many times have you been in the situation where someone asks something about a deal, a meeting or communication from months ago? A small detail that now has a big impact.

Well ask anything enables one to search all calls, meetings and emails for that detail and read/listen back.

This is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email follow up suggestions could take more context from notes. And in general the aim could learn a bit more on the person or company specifics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting notes, recording meetings, forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working and growing with Gong for about 2 years now. Great team, friendly and amenable, always trying to help and strategizing for our business - great partner, great results

the only downside is that I cannot think of more things for Gong to do! I will keep thinking and they will keep delivering

Best Call recording Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The way it creates meeting notes is awesome!! always helpful and we don't need to listen to entire call, the detailing is out of the box.
This AI feature is something that has helped me alot for my daily project management tasks where i usually spend my time on meeting with clients, Gong Deos the work for me

Nothing!! as far as i use it it fulfills my needs

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Gong was during my own orientation, it gave me an all-access pass to view other customer facing calls and really learn how real-time CS calls goes with customers. It is also vital when recalling customer interactions and taking notes - the post-call transcript is a life-saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is room for the AI transcript tool to improve - sometimes it does not quite capture all of the key points from the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been helpful from a CS perspective in allowing me to focus on customers as opposed to note-taking and recall.

What do you like best about the product?
Best tool to act almost like a CRM - great for deal reviews, looking at forecasts, and obviously the best for call reviews and auto generated notes

more people should know about the overall functionality because we use too many tools and Gong can do a lot

The Best Tool for Workflow Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI Feature. I can quickly ask questions regarding a specific call or the whole account. Helps the transition from Sales->Success. Also improves workflow efficiency because you can quickly ask the tool what you need to follow up with. I use Gong daily on all of my calls. Easily integrates with our workflow and automatically attaches to all calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, I wanted the AI Feature to be on the account level and this year Gong came out with it. Very impressed! Eventually, I would like it to be able to do automatic call follow-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps record all calls and creates quick follow-ups.

Nothing. It is an excellent product and an excellent company.

Enabling sales reps to use MEDDIC and other sales frameworks in their calls, upskilling themselves and others and providing an instant resource for new starters.
