What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong to review online meetings, and it's great because I don't have to take notes during meetings. The UI is nice looking, and I find it easy to find key points in the meeting timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong is its ability to automatically record, transcribe, and analyze sales calls with very high accuracy. It gives clear insights into customer conversations, helping teams improve communication, understand buyer behavior, and close deals faster. The dashboard is user-friendly, and the AI-driven coaching recommendations are especially useful for sales managers and growing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Gong is that the platform can feel expensive for smaller teams, and some advanced analytics features take time to fully understand and use effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
i love how it turns my calls into actionable next step items. its seamless and quick. Its fast and reliable and the integration to my slack/SF is great. The ai summeries are great as well

it does sometimes take long to receive the call recording when trying to move fast but not that big of a deal.

Essential Meeting Recordings and Transcripts—Plus Great Ukrainian Transcription

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is our go to tool for all meeting recordings, transcript, summaries and whatnot. We would not be able to function without it. And especially I would like to say huge thanks to the Gong team for making a Ukrainian transcription a reality. It's not available at Google for example, but Gong does it. Totally worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit sluggish sometimes and the library navigation can be improved, made more modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording and transcribing. Notes.

Boosts Efficiency with Insightful Features

What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly the search and filters are to find the calls that I'm looking for. I also appreciate the new AI summaries. From an efficiency standpoint, it makes it easy to find the calls worth reviewing, especially given the sheer amount of calls I could be listening to. It helps me pinpoint exactly which ones are most relevant to what I'm looking for in a fast way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to integrate with Claude to search all transcripts. It'd be nice to have that as a searchable database directly within Gong instead of using something like Claude. It makes it more manual, takes more time, and we're lucky to have the expertise on our operations team to build that integration. Without it, we'd be really limited using Gong directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong gives me insight into emerging challenges our ideal buyers face and ensures alignment with our messaging. It helps us understand buyer frustrations and adjust our outreach to speak in their language effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very intuitive and helps keep me on track, while also providing great insights and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s frustrating that I can’t have contacts in more than one flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me organize my day and clearly see what stage I’m in with each prospect. It takes the guesswork out of meeting prep and outreach, which makes it easier to stay on top of my pipeline. I especially love the to-dos feature and the meeting briefs—they keep me focused and prepared.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much easier it’s made my admin work, especially with the notes and the post-meeting email write-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features are only announced in the notification area. It would be nice if new features also had banners on the home page, so they’re easier to notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes detailed notes during meetings so nothing gets missed or forgotten. It helps also make sure the notes include clear next steps, and I use the scoring to check whether I’m covering everything I need to in my calls.
