Easy, Familiar Task Tracking That Keeps Clinic Work Organized

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I have many small tasks to track every day. I use Smartsheet to manage patient follow ups, printing diet charts, appointment confirmations, and content planning. I don’t come from a technical background, but I could start using it without any help. The layout feels familiar, like a simple table, so adding tasks and dates is easy for me.

It was easy to set up my sheet for weekly clinic work and content planning. I just created columns for task, status, priority, and due date and started adding my daily work. I didn’t need any special setup or training to begin.
I open Smartsheet almost every day to check what is pending and what is already done. It helps me plan my clinic day and also manage content work for the week, so I don’t forget follow ups and small tasks.

The features I use most are status, priority, due dates, comments, and attachments. Attaching files like diet charts and notes to tasks is helpful because everything stays with the task and I don’t have to search for files later.
I also find it easy to connect this with how I already work. I track expenses in another app and then note related review tasks in Smartsheet. It fits well into my routine and doesn’t feel complicated to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I notice is that Smartsheet works best on a bigger screen. On smaller screens, I prefer to note things down and update later from my laptop. Also, when I add many tasks in a day, I sometimes forget to set the right status and have to correct it later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I used to handle clinic tasks and content work in a very loose way. Some days I focused only on patients and forgot content deadlines, and some days it was the opposite. There was no clear picture of what was pending and what I had already finished.

With Smartsheet, I now keep a simple running list of my work. When I complete something, I mark it and move on to the next task. This helps me stay consistent instead of working in bursts and then catching up later. Over time, this has made my work feel more controlled and less rushed, especially on busy clinic days. I also don’t miss small things like printing diet charts or follow-up calls because they are already listed there.

Intuitive Spreadsheet-Style Interface with Flexible, Collaborative Project Management

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has a familiar, intuitive spreadsheet-style interface and supports collaboration. It’s also very flexible, which makes it a strong fit for a wide range of project management use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you start layering automation, permissions, and cross-sheet formulas, things can get complex very quickly. I also find the offline functionality limited, which can be frustrating when I’m not reliably connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us plan, track, and collaborate on work in real time, while still keeping a spreadsheet-style interface.

Flexible and Reliable Project Management with Integration Capabilities

  • February 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet's perfect balance between simplicity and powerful functionality. The familiar spreadsheet-style interface makes it easy to get started, while features like automation, Gantt charts, dashboards, and real-time collaboration add strong project management capabilities. It gives clear visibility into task ownership and progress, reduces manual follow-ups through automated alerts, and keeps everyone aligned in one place. This combination of ease of use, flexibility, and strong collaboration tools makes Smartsheet highly effective for managing projects and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features, such as complex automations and dashboards, have a learning curve and can feel overwhelming for new users. Performance can occasionally slow down when working with very large sheets or heavy formulas. Additionally, customization options for reporting and formatting are sometimes limited compared to fully dedicated project management or BI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet improves project and work management by centralizing tasks, enhancing visibility, and facilitating collaboration through real-time updates and automation. It reduces manual tracking and errors, addressing issues of poor visibility, scattered communication, and inefficient tracking, making project execution smoother and more predictable.

I love the functionality of Smartsheet, particularly its formatting capabilities and how it works well with other project files. It's great that Smartsheet sends emails to update on due tasks and reminds people to complete the tasks that are due. These features keep everyone up to speed and ensure I'm updating the tasks that are needed, which helps with efficiency and meeting deadlines. The initial setup of Smartsheet was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to exporting, it's not the easiest to get it exactly how I want.

Versatile One-Click Views and Mobile Forms That Make Data Capture Easy

  • January 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the versatility of being able to transform spreadsheets into different views with a single click. In addition, I take advantage of how easy it is to create forms that let you upload data or photographs directly from your mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a row limit per sheet, which quickly falls short when I’m trying to work with large inventories or very high volumes of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s excellent for project management, as it lets you monitor progress in real time while keeping all documentation centralized in one place.

Portfolio Visibility with a "One Team" Feel Thanks to Standardization and Collaboration

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate and standardize are the two most critical features that make Smartsheet the tool of choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features and functionalities that I would have expected to translate (especially some basic ones that are found in MS Project or even Excel) like in cell rich text formatting, exporting pdf with the today's date line, and a few others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing project plans across 30+ sites and thousands of users was non-existent prior to Smartsheet. Every client interaction felt like working with a completely different customer even within the same site and team. Implementing Smartsheet made it easier to be more consistent and reduce timeline delays. It also helped with Risk identification and management - providing more visibility into any critical path delays.

Smartsheet is great for creating project schedules and expense tracking.

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to add an attachment to an individual row is what sets Smartsheet apart from other spreadsheet platforms. I like the Gant layout and the ease of being able to create a project schedule that I then export and upload onto Procore. The formatting and data all stay the same when I export and upload. I use it weekly to create and update our project schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s frustrating not being able to easily modify multiple rows at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us organize and track our business financials, especially for project expense tracking, because we can attach documents and files to specific rows. That added context makes it easier to stay on top of expenses and sets us up for success when creating expense projections.

Easy to Use and User Friendly Product

  • January 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
They are easy to use and offer a familiar look and feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we rearrange the rows, the formulas get corrupted. When we rearrange the cells, the linked formulas should not be corrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to design the steps in project management. Since each project is managed differently, I designed specific pages for each project. It's an easy and useful application.
