    What do you like best about the product?
    Multiple team members can access the site easily with an account in addition to it's ease of use in general. If you are familiar with excel, it is very similar in nature, if not easier to navigate and use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would say the biggest downside to smartsheet can be the load times. I work with a lot of sheets and there can sometimes be delays in the time it takes to load more heavily populated pages.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Timeline management over multiple projects occurring during parallel and sometimes overlapping timelines.

    What do you like best about the product?
    SmartSheet makes it easy to create checklists and send them off to people to share. It also allows you to set up tasks and easily create Gantt charts.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the only downside is that you can do just about the same thing with Excel saved on OneDrive, but SmartSheet allows you to do more and put up some better guardrails.

    Sharing easy to use task lists with people, especially non technical people or those outside your org

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love Smartsheet because I can integrate it into just about anything I need. I’ve essentially built my own CRM with it, using automations and timelines to keep everything organized. Overall, it’s been the best tool for the way I work.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    What I dislike about Smartsheet is that I often have to start from scratch, then build and test things repeatedly to make sure everything works the way I need it to.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I don’t like having to pay for a CRM, especially since they can be expensive. Instead, I’ve built everything I need into it, and that setup works for me as a workaround.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Smartsheet actually helps me to make reports and standardize some reports. It's friendly at some point, and the feature is valuable to me because it saves time in my reports and my job. The standardized reports allow us to create a survey, upload it, and then generate a specific report with filters, making it efficient by just filtering.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    In the reports, sometimes it glitches, so the information needs to be manually refreshed. If data isn't entered with the correct format, it causes big issues. I understand we need to standardize data entry, but sometimes it's not possible, which can mess up the whole project or process. At the beginning, the setup wasn't easy for me. I had to watch tutorial videos to understand it, and it took me around six months to fully grasp it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Smartsheet to track my projects and do inventories, helping with team logistics and task tracking. It saves me time by making and standardizing reports, allowing for easy filtering.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Smartsheet for project management and tracking tasks, and it helps me organize timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress across different teams. I love its flexibility, as you can customize sheets to match different frameworks, automate reminders, and get a clear view of timelines and progress. The customization lets us tailor each sheet to fit different projects instead of forcing one rigid structure on everything. We can add the columns, statuses, and workflows that actually match how our team works. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly easy; creating sheets and inviting team members was straightforward.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some advanced features aren’t very intuitive and take time to learn. It can also get expensive as you add more users or need higher tier features.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Smartsheet for project management and tracking tasks. It solves scattered project information issues and unclear task ownership by keeping everything in one place, making deadlines visible, and helping the team stay aligned on priorities and progress. Customization and automation add to its flexibility.
