What do you like best about the product?

It's ease of use. It was easy for me to find all information.

What do you dislike about the product?

If you press the backspace button, it restarts the form.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping forecast easier among other things.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the fact that Smartsheet provides all the most important information that you would need to complete the request for ex: The name of the Contractor name, counter signers, contract manager etc..

What do you dislike about the product?

To be absolutely honest, I don't have any downside about Smartsheet. I love it!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet has all the steps to having a complete document.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Smartsheet for its flexibility, as it can be customized for project management, governance, task tracking, business planning, and business process automation. Another feature I appreciate is how Smartsheet integrates with enterprise tools, which is very valuable. It's also easy for users to get started with it, especially since it resembles Excel, which makes it simple to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some advanced features have a learning curve. And certain administrative and reporting functions could be more intuitive. Performance can occasionally slow down when working with very large sheets, and additional built-in analytics and visualization options would further enhance the user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet significantly improved how we manage projects, track deliverables, and collaborate. Its flexibility and ease of use, along with powerful automation and reporting capabilities, make it suitable for complex program management.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s very convenient to use and multiple users can work on the same sheet simultaneously. You can tag team members, leave comments directly on specific rows, and attach files easily.

It has a steep learning curve for new users.

It helps in workflow automation.
Saves a lot of time and helps colloborating easy. It also has a wonderful customisable dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Smartsheet is how it can take messy, scattered work and turn it into a clear, trackable system, without forcing everyone to completely change how they already work. It still feels familiar, like a spreadsheet, but it functions more like a full project-management platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

Smartsheet can be frustrating at times because its spreadsheet-style layout gets cluttered quickly, and managing larger or more complex projects can start to feel clunky. Some of the more advanced features aren’t built in, so I often end up relying on additional configurations or add-ons to get it working the way I need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an intern working with a contracting engineering team in Sydney, what I find most useful about Smartsheet is how it takes the chaos out of project coordination and keeps everyone aligned. It helps solve several day-to-day problems that engineering interns often run into, especially when you’re juggling site updates, contractor communication, and documentation all at once.

I like that I can share it with others, both externally and internally.

I think creating a new project should be simpler and more straightforward.

It helps me to see all the required items with owners and due dates.

What I like best about Smartsheet is how easy it is to keep projects organized and collaborate with multiple people at once. I use it to track deadlines, manage tasks, share updates, and keep everyone on the same page.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I dislike is that some features aren't very intuitive, especially for new users. It can also take a lot of clicking to make simple updates, and I wish some of the formatting and customization options were more flexible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet helps keep projects, deadlines, and communication organized in one place instead of having information spread across emails, spreadsheets, and documents. It makes it easier to track progress, stay on top of multiple projects at once, and collaborate with my team more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

The flexibility to control an entire project in one space. To be able to control back end spreadsheet style workflow with intergrated forms that I can send to end users is brilliant. To be able to populate entirely spreadsheets from external data this easily is a dream and to then be able to easily present that date in different formats. Further being able to automate actions sets it apart from other spreadsheet style products I have previously used. The product so far has been fast and reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve is steep, the university courses do help with this but figuring out all the things the program is capable of and how to best intergrate that into my work flow has taken a lot of time, largely due to just how much you can actually do with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to automate data gathering and and then automate responses/workflows based on the dataset gathered. It is a very slick and streamlined way of handling complex tasks across the organisation where multiple people need to be working on the same projects collectively.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simple UI. It feels more streamlined than Microsoft Excel, while still being flexible enough to manipulate and tailor for different projects. I also like the reports vs. sheets feature, along with the ability to slice, filter, and group data within reports. The comments and attachments features are especially helpful and really support collaborative workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it can be a bit limited in some of the formula functionalities. Not being able to reference column headers in formula equations makes some Excel equivalent formulas non-translatable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In absence of a dedicated CRM for collaborative travel management, Smartsheet fills the gap. It combines project management, collaborative communication and joint planning in one space.
