Easy to communicate with fellow on projects and keeping track of tasks to ensure they're completed in timely fashion.

I have not had any issues so far with using Smartsheet.

What I like most about Smartsheet is its simple spreadsheet style interface which make it easy to organized tasks, track project progress and collaborate with team members. It helps keep everything in one place and improve overall workflow

Sometimes the interface can feel a bit complex for new users and some advanced features take time to learn

Worst Support Experience in my 16 years of IT Support.
What do you like best about the product?
There weren't *any* redeeming qualities in the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well - they forced MFA on all accounts (while trying to add the ability to register MFA [noble]). Then, struggled for weeks to undo the mess. All the while, my users were unable to use the platform (many weeks). When I asked for a refund - flat denial.

Easy Data Sharing and Flexible Document Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access all the company data and share it with my coworkers without any issues. I also appreciate that the docs can be edited at any time, so it’s easy to make updates whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t have many features for creating docs and sheets, and it seems to stay with the same options all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that we can access our compliance data and other business information while keeping private data protected and access secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet for managing tasks and workflows, and it keeps all of our team on track and accountable. I really like its forms and automation features, such as design request forms, photo request forms, and Canva forms. These forms automatically populate into a sheet that everyone has access to, so everyone can see the information and progress of the task. I also found the initial setup to be simple.

With Smartsheet, I can manage tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress in real time. What I like most about Smartsheet is its flexibility and ease of organizing projects. The spreadsheet-style interface makes it simple to create tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress without needing complex training. I also appreciate the real-time collaboration features, which allow team members to update tasks, add comments, and monitor project progress easily.

It may take some time for team members to fully understand all the functions, especially when setting up more detailed workflows. Another area that could be improved is the pricing structure, which might be a bit high for smaller teams or organizations. Offering more flexible pricing options could make the platform more accessible. Additionally, improving integration and customization options could make it even more powerful for teams that rely on multiple tools in their workflow.

Smartsheet no longer a reliable platform
What do you like best about the product?
I created some advanced applications in Smartsheet a couple of years ago. It has great functionality (plus some glaring weaknesses) but at least it had good support back then.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having recently resubscribed I am unable to access my old sheets and reports etc and Support simply ignores my many requests for assistance. Plus, they recently changed the billing method so that every user pays which makes it very expensive. Plus, they require a minimum of 3 seats on the Business plan which means that I would have to pay $1000 per year when I am the only developer.
In short, do not buy Smartsheet. It's now an unreliable platform and too expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple team members can access the site easily with an account in addition to it's ease of use in general. If you are familiar with excel, it is very similar in nature, if not easier to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest downside to smartsheet can be the load times. I work with a lot of sheets and there can sometimes be delays in the time it takes to load more heavily populated pages.

Timeline management over multiple projects occurring during parallel and sometimes overlapping timelines.
