Centralized Social Management with Room for Reporting Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have the ability to see everything from different social platforms all in one place and respond. Also helpful to be able to see and respond to app reviews as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better:
- Would be helpful to be able to set different SLAs for different types of interactions
- Would be helpful to have reporting that includes automated completions/actions.
Additional features:
- Would be helpful to be able to edit review responses.
- Would be helpful to be able to bulk delete cases that were incorrectly created due to a rule.
The AI is also not very accurate and the rules you create don't always work. It doesn't always catch everything you have in the rule.

Great Features but needs better access to some APIs

I like the scheduling and analytics tools and the ease by which you can do all those things and also organize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you are unable to do certain things like threaded tweets, upload a custom thumbnail for TikTok.

It helps me pull data to help with business ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the long-standing relationship I've had with Sprout Social, having been with them since their beta testing phase, which has built a strong sense of loyalty and trust over time. My team also appreciates and likes their platform, indicating a general satisfaction and ease of use among my colleagues. Additionally, I find the initial setup process with Sprout Social to be particularly easy and straightforward, facilitating a smooth transition or onboarding for myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout Social has limited features available for lower paying tiers, and accessing features related to influencer management could be made more available or useful within those tiers.

I use Sprout Social to manage social media, eliminating the need to post directly on platforms.
User-Friendly Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social is detail-oriented. It allows me to be a detailed social media manager, which is essential for my role. Additionally, the platform is very credible and provides a lot of up-to-date data, making it a reliable source for information. Another feature I appreciate is its user-friendly interface, which not only simplifies my own use but also makes training my employees significantly easier. The ease of use ensures that I can navigate the platform with utmost ease, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Sprout Social can be limiting or repetitive at times. Specifically, the social listening tool does not pull out all the posts as much as I would like, which is something that I believe could be improved.

I use Sprout Social for scheduling, reporting, and analytics, solving chaotic studio layouts and improving detailed social media management with its user-friendly interface and detail orientation.
Easy Data Integration, But Costs Add Up Quickly

The ability to connect all of our data sources is quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost seems to expand disproportionately with every little thing we want to do.

Bringing all of the data sources together into one dashboard.
Customizable Posts and Thumbnails, But Posting Issues Persists
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can customize posts per profile. I also like that you can select a thumbnail when uploading videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have using sprout is that you can schedule mixed media posts. So posts that include a graphic and a video. I have to manually posts those on a cell phone.
Another downside of using Sprout is that posts seem to fail more than I like them to in Sprout. Sometimes, when I click the "reason" for the post failing, it doesn't have an actual reason; it says "unknown."

It's helping me not have to post so many social posts manually. I manage a lot of social account for a digital media company, so I need to be able to manage them on a platform.
Efficient publishing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to efficiently schedule across multiple platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting metric appear to differ from native analytics of Meta etc, which is discouraging and causes confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to quickly schedule substantial amounts of content.

I love the tagging element but would be great if we could automate this more somehow.

Great Social Scheduling and Reporting, But UX Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It has simplified social media scheduling on all platforms. The social listening tools and custom dashboards you can build in the reporting section are very useful

The user experience can be tricky at times and could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had different scheduling tools for different platforms, which have now been syndicated in Sprout Social. It also integrates with Service Cloud, which was a big bonus.
Clear planning and evaluations, but some features are missing
What do you like best about the product?
The clear planning of posts on multiple social media channels as well as the detailed evaluations. User-friendly. The customer support is good. The integration of new channels is easy.

Some features are missing that one would have directly available in the apps.
