User-Friendly, Cost-Effective Social Media Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social really easy to use. It's cheaper than some of the competitors, which is a big plus for me. I like the tagging feature a lot because it helps with our reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a new product for us, so we're still learning. So I'm not entirely sure yet, but we haven't fully explored the reporting function. Just having a really simple and smooth interface and being able to have SSO sign on for our corporation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social makes everything really easy because it's all in the same place.

Convenient, Accurate Tracking That Helped Us Grow Our Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is super convenient. All my data is stored in one easy place, and the tracking is very accurate. Because of that, I’ve been able to measure our results clearly and grow our social media platform quite a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social is quite difficult to understand for beginners. At first, I struggled to find things like where my monthly reports were until I turned on notifications, which then sent me an email every week. Also, my accounts keep disconnecting, which is really frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and managing our social media data each week is seamless. Once the accounts are connected, everything is in one place, and it provides accurate, up-to-date data across all of our social media platforms. I am able to generate reports to my company due to this which super helpful.

Seamless Scheduling, Impressive AI Features

What do you like best about the product?
I majorly like the AI functionality in Sprout Social, which helps me write captions, especially when I'm having a thought block. It helps me create in different tones and voices that I plan for my social posts or captions. The platform helps me extract analytics of the social pool I'm scheduling, generate reports, and seek approvals from managers. Additionally, the integration with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram is seamless. The onboarding process was quite smooth with assigned personnel ready to help and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I put out a prompt which is not clearly taken up by the Sprout Social platform. So I think that seems to be a little off sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts in local time zones, extract analytics, generate reports, write captions using AI, and seek approvals.

Streamlines Posting but Lacks TikTok Features

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is the way I can bulk tag my assets. It helps get them ready quickly for the analytics team instead of going through each one by one. It cuts down my tagging time in half since I can just group them by which ones are similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a few features that are missing, for example no collab feature for TikTok’s or ability to add TikTok titles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts and get client approvals, solving the problem of native posting across platforms. I love the bulk tagging feature, which cuts my tagging time in half by grouping similar assets for the analytics team.

1. I can schedule post and schedule promotion at same time.
2. Getting periodic report is easy
3. Easy to access all the social queries on same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Not able to schedule promotion of Instagram Carousel Ad
2. Lengthy steps to tag profiles
3. Need detailed access to promote ads like Facebook Ads Manager
4. Does not provide Reach in report metrics (Organic Reach + Paid Reach)

Its one platform for all my social needs, but need to improve some features

Efficient Social Media Scheduling, Needs Improved Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to schedule many social media posts at one time and view them on a monthly calendar. I also enjoy the way the interface looks. Being able to schedule posts ahead of time allows me more flexibility in non-work hours. I can schedule something to post at 9:00 PM and trust that I don't have to check my phone to see if it went up. I can get ahead of my workload by auto-scheduling social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more thorough and included more metrics like other platforms do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts in advance, which frees me from manual posting and offers flexibility. Viewing posts on a monthly calendar helps me stay organized and manage my workload effectively.

Intuitive Tool with Excellent Integration, But Pricey although very worth it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Sprout Social. Getting a lot inside the tool is really nice, and we've definitely seen an uptick in engagement and brand awareness since using it. The tool allows for consistent viewing and feels natural and easy to use throughout. When I go to different sections, I intuitively know where to go since I've been in other sections before. It's a nice marketing tool. I also like how it connects nicely with our CRM and our DAM, making it a great, easy tool to use. The initial setup was very easy, from linking all of our accounts to just getting some backend settings set up. We were up and running in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more users be able to hop on the interface. It's just so expensive right now as it kinda sits. I would just like to see more people be able to use the tool. I think it's a tool that shouldn't be just limited to one person in our company. So it's really difficult for us to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage all our social media accounts centrally. It solves coordination issues with its publishing feature, letting us post to multiple platforms at once and manage reviews efficiently. It boosts engagement and brand awareness while remaining user-friendly.
