Clean Interface, Easy Setup but Not as Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social very clean and easy to use. I also like the link to bio function for Instagram, which is quite handy for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Sprout Social cannot integrate carousels into link or Instagram ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides a clean interface that shows my clients how their social media posts will look on the platform, allowing them to approve or disapprove. It's easy to use.
User-Friendly with Room for Enhanced Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social is super user-friendly with great UX and UI components. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it has more stats on engagement in more detail. I'd like to know the times of day my audience is most active and how I can reach them better.

I use Sprout Social for pulling reports from social media platforms, collating and understanding stats on my work for socials.
Feature-Rich and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social to batch organize and distribute social media posts for my research group at the University of Michigan. The calendar is fantastic—it's clean, easy to use, and great for planning out strategies over a month. I can organize posts thoughtfully, decide on a theme like 'fun post Fridays,' or craft a series of posts that deep dive into certain topics. I particularly like the suggested post times feature, which helps drive engagement with our audience. It identifies when we’ve seen the most engagement for posts, something I wouldn’t track manually because it would be too time-intensive. The tool's feature-rich design and ease of use make it highly recommendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to find someone I want to tag in a LinkedIn post - the search feature is not always reliable that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to batch organize and distribute social media posts, collaborate on messages, and choose the best times for engagement. The calendar is clean and helps in planning, while the suggest time tool saves me from manually tracking post engagement.
Sprout Social Makes Managing Social Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience and ease of use. I use Sprout almost daily to schedule posts. I love that I can schedule by the month. This makes my job easier as I can plan in advance. It's great for my team because we all manage multiple pages across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social offers a lot of great features, but the amount of features can sometimes make navigating the site difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for has multiple pages to manage for multiple locations. We also have a large marketing team. Sprout Social allows us to each manage our locations' pages while still collaborating on our social pages.
Reliable, Exactly as Set Up Every Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can trust everything will go out exactly as I set it up, no changes, no error, exactly how I wanted it

You cannot add text to stories or add more than 10 pictures

It benefits me because I feel confident that all my posts are being completed exactly how I want them to
Centralizes Analytics and Enhances Content Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social centralizes all of our analytics and inboxes in one place, making it easier for review and management. This feature saves time for our small marketing team and makes it easier to identify trends within our analytics since we can compare different platforms' performance or a single piece of content shared across platforms, all in one place. It's more user-friendly than the clunky Meta Business Suite interface for managing content and analytics. Also, the initial setup of Sprout Social was user-friendly and intuitive, and we had no problem getting set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not currently support much in terms of video content, so we can't, for instance, edit together an Instagram Reel and schedule it on our Sprout calendar. It also does not allow mixed media (photo + video) Facebook content to be created within Sprout. Certain types of content we have to create or post natively on the respective social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content and track analytics. It centralizes all metrics, DMs, and comments for easy review and timely responses, saving time and optimizing our strategy. It's more user-friendly than Meta Business Suite.
Self-Explanatory Platform That’s Easy to Start Using Immediately
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The entire platform is self-explanatory and it made it easy to start using immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a quicker way to schedule a post within the same screen across multiple platforms. We are able to duplicate the copy and creative so it isn't starting over from scratch. However all on one screen would be preferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked visibility on our social media impact and had no way of reporting. This was solved immediately once we started using the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to create cases for easier access and replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now , it takes upto 2 minutes for a message to reflect on the platform.

Easy Way to View All Your Social Media Platforms in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of which you can view all different social media platforms

Sometimes attachments and links are hard to view

I use sprout for my customer service job and it does wonders in seeing all my customers needs and helping me resolve them
Streamlines Social Media Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to manage my brand's social media accounts. Because of Sprout, I don't have to manually schedule content in each platform. I love having a place where all of our community management lives with the smart inbox so that I can easily do all our community management in one place, not having to go from platform to platform. I love having everything in one place, and the reps are also super helpful. The reporting is something I use very often, and I think it works really well for my needs. Being able to build out customized reports is fantastic. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening tool is something I really don't understand and don't think does a great job of pulling what I need. It doesn't seem accurate for tracking hashtag campaigns in the past, so we have stopped doing those altogether because of it. On my Sprout app on my phone, I can see things that are trending on social under the publishing tab, and I can't find that in the desktop version and I wish it was there because it's super helpful. Right now, we're doing a campaign where we're trying to go in and find stories across our platforms from the years and I want to be able to filter our smart inbox by messages that contain images, but that's something I'm not able to do that would make my life 1000000x easier.

I use Sprout Social to manage my brand's social media, eliminating the need to manually schedule content on each platform. The smart inbox centralizes community management, and I love the efficiency of having everything in one place. Customized reporting is also a fantastic feature for me.
