All Social Platforms in One Place Across Brands
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting all my social media platforms together in one place across several brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the price has gone up significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables our company to quickly schedule posts across all social media platforms and monitor their performance. Time saving is important for us as we are a small team. It also allows any other team member to jump in quickly as needed and see the full campaign setup across all platforms in one place.
Easy to Use Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and understand the different features. Also I like how easy it is to pull and review metrics on top of publishing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the link in bio option. I wish there were different ways our links can be visually put together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the problem of publishing content easily and being able to analyze past data to make better strategic decisions moving forward.

Effortless Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social for scheduling social media posts for our public university because its ease of use is such a big help. It allows us to post on multiple platforms at one time, which is great for managing different channels. The calendar feature in particular is useful because I can see everything I have posted and change dates if needed. The initial setup was easy for our team, making the transition smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Smart Inbox could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows me to post on multiple platforms simultaneously and see everything I've posted. I can easily change dates if needed, which simplifies managing social media for a public university.

I like that I can track analytics and look back throughout the year.

I wish I could have music for my photo posts. It is also a bit difficult to tag people.

I had an issue with connecting accounts and the team was able to guide me straight to the problem and get is fixed quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Sprout Social for scheduling, planning, monitoring, and performing reviews. I really like seeing everything in one place and find it easy to reschedule and edit. The analytics are conveniently located in one spot, and the tagging system is really useful for filtering specific posts or campaigns. It's a great planning and analysis tool that makes social media management easier. I like being able to filter by campaigns or tags for a quick overview. Additionally, it helps with long-term content planning. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that link click tracks aren't available as a metric. The CTR tracks every click, not just link clicks. It'd be great to have a unique user metric too, not just impressions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to see everything in one place, easily reschedule and edit posts, and access analytics. The tagging system is useful for filtering posts by campaigns, and it helps with long-term content planning.
Efficient Scheduling with a Clear Calendar View and Helpful Tagging
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is a great way to schedule content efficiently, and the calendar view makes it especially useful for seeing exactly what you’re posting and when. I also like that you can add tags to posts, which makes it much easier to track and organize different types of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the competitor reports, it’s sad that more platforms aren’t available to report on, like TikTok.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Sprout Social platform much easier to use than other tools I've tried. I also like the Sprout advocacy tool, which enables our employees to amplify our brand's messages. When my CMO asks for insights into the performance of our social content, Sprout makes it easy to grab numbers, compare against our competitors, and show the impact of our efforts. Right from the start, I was impressed with how intuitive the Sprout platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dialing in the listening tool so that I get the insights that are most relevant to my industry can be tricky.

Sprout Social provides me a comprehensive look at my social content's performance and identifies trends through its listening tool.
Sprout Social Makes Scheduling Easy with Rich Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social to schedule posts ahead of time. I like that there are suggested optimal times for posts. I love all the data that I can find in there as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to schedule stories on Instagram and Facebook. I know you can do it on Instagram but I need to post links in my stories. So I wish there was a way to schedule story posts and be able to add music and links and such. I also wish I could schedule carousel posts and photos and schedule music with it too. Is it possible to connect multiple Instagram accoutns? I am having a hard time with that so I wish that was easier.
I also wish there was a way to see the current feed and how my next posts would look in the feed so it all looks cohesive together.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is solving the trouble of having to go in daily to each app and schedule content. It is so much easier to just schedule it all at the same time across platforms. Otherwise it would take me at least 10 minutes to get content up each day on each profile.
Sprout is a timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule across several platforms, and size photos at the same time, is a great time saver for a Team of One. Also love the smart inbox to do quick temperature check on our brand
What do you dislike about the product?
Too focused on X, which is becoming a dead site for most of us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the timesaving aspect that benefits me the most. Quick ability to add alt text, fast sizing of photos for each platform, etc.
