Having all of our different social channels and accounts in the one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Facebook comment interface hard to navigate and sometimes it takes me a while to sort through all the messages and threads - this is easier on FB itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it most for social post scheduling and customer service - responding to messages

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for content scheduling and publishing because I can view the content calendar a month in advance, which gives me a good idea of how the grid will look. The easiness of scheduling across different platforms makes social media management straightforward. Community management is simpler and quicker, and it ensures that nothing gets missed when engaging with consumers. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I have no negative feedback so far, making my experience very positive.

Having to log in every time

Sprout Social simplifies community management, making it quicker and ensuring nothing is missed in consumer engagements. I love the content scheduling and publishing features. The content calendar view allows me to plan ahead across platforms easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive interface, rarely ever glitches, great for team collaboration and multiple clients for agencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is very high, social listenign features are an additional cost. You can't do all posting from Sprout, such as LinkedIn carousel of pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies with schedulign and monitoring all in one place, the ability to work across a team and fill in for each other when someone is out, tracking who posted what.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social because it helps me get organized and work quickly. It's great for scheduling posts, responding to comments and reviews, and monitoring analytics. I find the interface easy to handle; it's simple and basic. I'm also appreciative of their support team, who gave me tips that helped resolve an issue I faced with failed posts. The initial setup was easy to learn thanks to my boss teaching me the basics and the provided tutorial. Overall, it's highly recommendable if you have a lot of social media platforms as it helps control everything in a single app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social has problems when it comes to scheduling posts. Sometimes when I post something on TikTok or Instagram, it often makes the scheduled post not successfully post, and it disappears like nothing happened. I think it could be more optimized for scheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule posts, respond to comments, and monitor analytics. It helps me get organized, work quickly, and stay updated on social media activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and organization are what stand out most to me. Sprout Social frees up a lot of my time, so I can focus on strategy instead of constantly having to post. The automation process gives me more flexibility and control over my schedule, which makes managing everything feel much more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I think could be improved. The collaboration tool for Instagram consistently causes my posts to fail. I also keep running into issues when trying to delete or complete messages in the Smart Inbox. On top of that, many of Sprout’s tips, tricks, and help articles seem to apply only to the additional paid features rather than to general users. Overall, it doesn’t feel like the platform is designed with smaller companies or teams with limited resources and budgets in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the analytics is an incredibly helpful tool. It’s designed to make it easy to visually spot trends and top performing posts, which helps us plan our content more strategically.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to reply to audiences with Sprout Social, as it pulls in Stories, tags, mentions, and more, so I rarely have to go to the app natively. It's great for community management across various client accounts. I can respond to comments and DMs, prioritize tagging of tickets for reporting, and cross-collaborate by tagging in colleagues. Working directly in Sprout Social makes my workday easier and more streamlined. The daily use is very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could make reactions to post comments, or easily delete DMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social lets me respond to comments and DMs, prioritize tagging for reporting, and collaborate with colleagues, making my workday easier and more streamlined. It's easy to reply to audiences without needing to go to the native app.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and analytics are the best part. Sprout makes it really easy to track performance, pull clean reports, and prove ROI without spending hours in spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting is strong, I wish there were more flexibility/customization in certain reports without needing to export everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of staying organized across campaigns and dates. The content calendar and post scheduling tools help ensure consistency and reduce last-minute scrambles, which benefits planning and overall performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how comprehensive sprout is! I can get so much of my job done in one platform, plans there are always new tools coming out to help me even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we are still missing some of features on the platform, like adding photos and videos to a single post on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the need for multiple technologies within our organization! We can do so much all in one place which saves time, money, and resources.
