I really appreciate the ability to share content across a wide variety of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very expensive. You have to allocate a lot of resources just to keep the subscription active.

It helps me create and share content across various platforms.
Easy Social Monitoring and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is easy to use. As the primary content creator and poster for our company, the Publishing and Dashboard features make it easy for me to pre-schedule posts and track their performance. I also appreciate the reporting functionality, which allows me to easily pull results from each widget to create reports for the team and executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ability to quickly pull results a bit difficult and also the left panel of features gets a bit confusing in terms of what is used for what. I think they could offer less options on the immediate home page to help navigate things better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social provides insights and analytics for audience engagement and demographics. It simplifies scheduling posts and tracking performance, while the reporting functionality allows easy result extraction.
All-in-One Comment Management and Clean Calendar View That Keep Us Renewing
What do you like best about the product?
The comment management is the only reason i continue to renew my subscription. Having all replies in One place (regardless of the accounts) keeps me from logging into multiple platforms just to check and see if anyone has complained. The calendar view is very clean and makes it easy to see what's going out at what time. Being able to generate a client report while sitting on the couch half-asleep with your eyes closed means something. The listen feature also adds some nice value, as clients will often pretend that it's a high-end advanced piece of software which really helps justify the costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is literally copy-pasting forever. Posts will sometimes not go live (and Sprout won’t acknowledge that anything went wrong). You then try to reschedule them, and lo-and-behold they work perfectly fine. What a great error. There isn’t native linkedin carousel support either. Lastly, i’m being petulant here, but i hate how after i take a five-minute break, the login session times out and i start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire sales pitch is based on using One platform for everything – scheduling, monitoring, reporting, client approvals, dms. As far as comment management and organizing your inbox goes Sprout really does help bring order to the chaos. You’re not constantly jumping back and forth between browsers and/or tabs. That is what you pay for - less apps open, quicker responses on comments, posts going out daily without you having to manually do it yourself.
Smooth Content Scheduling, Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how people can review right in the platform. I also like the content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it could be better at sending to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling and writing content, which makes it easier to send to clients.
Keeps Social Media Posting Organized and Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized the entire social media posting process is. It allows me to separate everything into categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integration could be more seamless for Shopify clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media capture from a store standpoint.
Sprout Social’s Comprehensive Social Media Toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's tools are the most comprehensive I've worked with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Sprout Social is so comprehensive, the learning curve can be a bit steep. But it's worth the training and effort!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is enabling us to more effectively manage content with a VERY small social media team.
Versatile Scheduling and Monitoring With an Easy Interface, But Needs Improvement in Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
You can use it for many things like, scheduling, monitoring, analytics, competitors. It has a friendly user experience and interface, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccurate analytics - consistently. I will only use the data from certain data points, but everything else I usually have to pull natively in the app.
Performance/failed posts.
Instagram integrations and capabilities aren't always updated in a timely fashion, i.e. having more than 10 images in an album or saving the thumbnail photo for a Reel when posting as a Mobile Publisher.

Helps me have all my scheduling and analytics in once place.
Time-Saving Social Media Management with Room for More Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling, publishing, reporting, community management, and calendar planning. I also use the Employee Advocacy platform. The integration between the main tool and Employee Advocacy is my favorite feature. I really like that it helps with efficiency by allowing me to manage almost everything in one platform, which is particularly valuable when scheduling Employee Advocacy content from the main Sprout platform. It has streamlined my workflow significantly compared to my previous experience with separate platforms, saving me time. I appreciate that Sprout simplifies reporting efforts and makes it easy to digest metrics. Sharing our planned-out calendar with stakeholders who don't have a seat is super helpful for ensuring alignment on content going live. Setting it up was easy since Sprout is one of the more intuitive social media platforms I've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social could really benefit from having more integrations with other platforms. It would be great if it could connect with Adobe Express for publishing or sending content from there. I also find the social listening feature a bit too expensive; it would be nice if it were more cost-efficient. If Sprout integrated with other social listening platforms that our business already pays for, that would be great too. The pricing model where you pay for each seat also makes it a bit pricey. There are platforms out there that don't charge per seat, which makes them a tad more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social increases efficiency by handling multiple tasks in one platform, simplifies reporting, and helps align content with stakeholders. The integration with Employee Advocacy saves me time, benefiting my role as the main organic social/EA lead.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is easy to understand and navigate. There are several different options to seek or/and reach out for help if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to create poll and carousel posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage our company's social media goals with strong analytics reports.
Clean, Efficient Interface That Makes Posting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user interface is clean and efficient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can sometimes feel too repetitive--obviously that's how social media posting is but I wish it would keep settings, such as keeping location for every post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just posting for a lot of clients at once and making work way more efficient.
