What do you like best about the product?
Usually reliable in scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging other users and accounts gets glitchy, posts fail to schedule sometimes, accounts regularly disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to post on multiple platforms and view social analytics

I like the filters you can use to manage cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that fact that when you try to work by date or in a reverse order, when you action a case it then brings you right back to the top of the page.

It is allowing me to manage and analyse social media prompts from a variety of sources
Decent Tool with Room to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
It’s pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and the implementation wasn’t a headache compared to some other tools I’ve tried. I like that it has a wide range of features all in one place, so I don’t have to bounce between apps. The scheduling and analytics are the features I use most often, and they save me a lot of time since I’m in the app pretty frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels clunky, and accounts randomly deactivating is a huge pain — especially when I’m trying to stay consistent. Customer support can take a while to respond, which makes those glitches even more frustrating. Even though there are lots of features, not all of them integrate smoothly with other tools I use, and that adds extra steps I don’t always have time for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps keep all my accounts organized in one place, which saves me a lot of time. The scheduling tools make it easier to plan content ahead, and the analytics give me quick insights without having to pull data manually. Even with some hiccups, it definitely helps streamline my day-to-day social management and makes posting across multiple platforms way less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social's platform is extremely user friendly, the UX design is unmatched compared to other platforms. As someone who has used many different social media platforms in their life, I know that they're all much the same these days in terms of what they offer. However, Sprout's is by far the most intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout social is quite expensive compared to other platforms. I think they can be more transparent in their pricing. I've asked several sister companies what they're paying for similar services, and it seems all of our contracts are different.
I've had a different account manager every year due to turnover, I'm actually not sure who my manager is at the moment. This isn't always a problem, but if I were to have an issue I am not sure exactly who to go to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This biggest challenge Sprout helps me with is my lack of team resources and time management. The platform acts as an easy-to-use, one stop shop for curating and posting content regularly, easy-to-access data for reporting across all social media channels, and listening information to study brand health and competitor analysis. All of this wrapped into one management platform saves me a ton of time and energy when it comes to posting, reporting, and data studying.
Great but profiles unconnect and long videos are unable to post on Instagram.
What do you like best about the product?
The overview of the stats and the ability to post on all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the most that the profiles unconnect, sometimes the tag system fails and I can't post longer videos on Instagram (have to do it manually).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout give me an overview of all the stats and allows me to compare different channels or tags performance.
Intuitive Scheduling, Needs Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's smart scheduling feature and the best time scheduling feature, which make scheduling for the week ahead and across multiple platforms way easier. The interface is easy to use, and the user experience is pleasing, making my workflow simpler and more intuitive. Even though I didn't set it up myself, the app was easy to use, and I felt it was intuitive right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports aren't that good, helpful or customizable. The AI agent hasn't really improved, advanced nor kept up with the times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to easily schedule posts for the week across multiple platforms, which simplifies and makes my workflow more intuitive.
Very Neutral sometimes experience glitches
What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and easy to use. I like how I can naviaget through my client pages easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches to the point it won't save my work. I also have issues with uploading and cropping posts for Instagram and the location tags never work.

I like that they finally adapted to the new IG ratio.

Does not pull in as much information as searching natively on the app (ex. Geolocations)

The website is very helpful. The interface is nice.

The filter resets each time I switch to a new client. Please keep the filters applied—it would save so much time if I didn’t have to reapply them every single time!

I wish I had more permissions to create tags for reporting but I understand this is done on the end of Cox.
