Comprehensive Social Analysis with Easy Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social listening and insights. I like that it combines all accounts and platforms in one center. The software is easy to use, which is great. I enjoy listening to brand mentions, and it helps to know what's the feeling of the brand by the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe paid ads integration (for insights and comments, etc, not management).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social brings all accounts and platforms into one center and helps us understand users' feelings about the brand through social listening and insights.
All-in-One Platform with Room for Improvement in Client Review Process
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is all in one system. Scheduling, analytics, and team discussions can all be made through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the review process with clients can be tricky. They don’t love that they can’t see the posts after they reject them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it an easy platform for scheduling, seeing analytics, and performing community management.
Effortless Social Analytics with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about three years to track analytics across our social platforms and for posting. I appreciate that the setup process was straightforward, which made it easy to get started quickly. I find it valuable that Sprout Social allows me to see profile performances across all social channels and provides a weekly recap of followers and engagement metrics via email; this is very helpful in keeping track of our social media presence. Another feature I love is the ability to post across multiple platforms with just one click, which greatly increases efficiency and saves time. The analytics provided by Sprout Social are a significant reason for our continued use of and satisfaction with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to easily tag people and companies across each platform using Sprout Social. This limitation forces me to go back and edit scheduled posts later, which is inconvenient and disrupts my workflow.

Central Hub for Social Media with Room for Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place, making it convenient for managing social media content. The tools for reporting are easy to understand, which is really helpful for reviewing metrics. I also think the Sprout Social metrics visuals work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to post all at once but customize for each channel. I always have to post for Instagram/Facebook separately because, for example, the copy on Instagram needs to say 'link in bio' whereas I can post the direct link in Facebook, so it's repetitive. I also wish there was more information about the metrics, like what are impressions vs. engagements and which should I be sharing out? I also wish I could edit a post via Sprout Social.

Great Social Tracking, But Features Need Better Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Managing a record of all social posts and their performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Features can feel half baked and disconnected. For example two very helpful features do not work together, the "customize post per network" and "Send to Advocacy" items are unable to work together, so I need to use the benefits of doing all my social posts from a single screen then proceed to go to every single post for each network that I want Advocacy to have and add them individually. So close to being great, but not all the way there.

Feature set to differentiate from just using the platforms.
Great Workspace Separation, But Reporting Needs More Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seperation between positve comment handling and the support work space.
What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting is not as robust or customizable as I would prefer. it would be great to have the option to exclude tags instead of only including them. i dont like that all of the errors when publishing are held at the bottom, they should appear next to where something is missing or wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us with our social listening, allowing us to view what people are talking about in regards to the company, but may not be tagging us. Streamlines our posting and engagement processes on the team. Also helps organize and track and report on the performance of our CS Social support team.
