Effortless Social Scheduling Across Multiple Accounts

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule out all of my social posts and connect to multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to easily post videos is a little annoying. I typically have to post those directly from the social media platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being a forward planning with the social media for the region. It's so nice to not have to worry about posting every day and I can do it during optimal times based off our data.

Intuitive and Efficient Social Media Scheduling

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social really intuitive to use. It's easy once you get the hang of it, especially for scheduling posts and stories across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I also appreciate how it saves us time by allowing us to see, across our team, who is posting what. Being able to amplify what the national team is posting into our regional posts is valuable. The setup was very easy, like signing up for most things these days, and the walkthrough was intuitive and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes embedding links isn't the easiest when scheduling a post, or tagging other stakeholders. It might be user error, but having a shortcut key function to include links or an option for tagging on Instagram and Facebook would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to solve timing issues, scheduling posts at optimal times. It organizes our social media plan, allowing soft and hard launches without spreadsheets. We efficiently schedule a month's worth of posts, saving time and enhancing coordination across our team.

Easy-to-View Publishing Calendar with a Helpful Approval Workflow

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar layout of the publishing calendar. It makes it easy to view everything at once. I appreciate the approval workflow option as there are multiple people that run our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that I do not know how to use that clutter my dashboard and menu. It isn't extremely user friendly. I sometimes struggle with using it as a newer social media manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my need for a planning calendar that tracks everything where I can visually see the months ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the analytics it provided, as well as the ability to tag social posts as part of larger campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only things I didn't like was that it cancelled a scheduled post if an account tagged was private
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me track specific analytics for large scale campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the interface is when I'm scheduling content. I also enjoy being able to share a preview link with clients for review. It makes scheduling content easy and allows me to do everything in one place without having to use too many other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting section is difficult to navigate and to filter exactly what I want to see. And I wish I could schedule Facebook stories via Sprout Social.

Powerful Reporting and Link-in-Bio Tools for Social Growth

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use the reports to understand how we're growing on each channel and to understand what type of content is performing best. I also like the link in bio capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is designed for large teams, rather than operations where one person manages all social media channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metrics reporting to prove that my work is supporting the goals of my organization.

Streamlined Social Media Management with Intuitive Features

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to run our social media accounts, and it helps me solve scheduling and content calendar issues. I like that everything is in one place, accessible, and easily adjustable. I enjoy the inbox feature where I can view notifications from every platform and respond in real time. I also like that when I'm scheduling content, it automatically recommends the best dates and times for posting, which streamlines my process and allows me to focus more on the content itself. The review process with my manager is another feature I enjoy, as it mitigates approval conversations outside the platform and lets us communicate and edit without endless meetings or emails. I also find Sprout Social to be user-friendly and easy to learn, and it was very easy to set up as a new user under our enterprise team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I don't utilize all the features that I could be utilizing, but can sometimes find the training modules to be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves scheduling and content calendar issues, and keeps everything accessible and adjustable. The inbox feature helps me respond in real time across platforms. It recommends optimal posting times, streamlines the approval process, and reduces the need for meetings or emails.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Simple to use, and only one complaint.

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage all of our social media accounts in one place, and the reporting features are detailed and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When posting to multiple platforms if you are including tags for pages then you have to open up multiple tabs for the post. For instance if you do a regular post with no tags you can post it to Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, X, etc. all with one click, but if there is one or more tags, then you have to do each post individually, rather than being able to do it all in one tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage social media pages for several of our locations and it can be difficult to keep track of them all, but Sprout keeps them all in one place and keeps everything simple.

Smart Inbox Keeps Every Customer Interaction in One Place

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the Smart Inbox. It consolidates all messages and comments from different platforms into one stream, which saves me a lot of time and ensures I never miss a customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app, while functional, doesn't offer the full range of desktop features, which can be limiting for on-the-go management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of fragmented communication. Managing multiple platforms natively was overwhelming and led to missed messages. Now, with the Smart Inbox, I can manage all interactions in one place. This benefits me by significantly reducing response times and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Intuitive, Fast Scheduling & Reporting

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is intuitive, fast, and allows for very specific reporting with campaigns and tagging - which is critical when it comes to proving organic social's success with different content formats and topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's listening tool is a bit limited for a company with a name such as NiCE, and we still have to do a manual listening sweep for mentions. Hoping this gets easier with AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making administrative work (the scheduling, reporting, etc.) as fast as possible, so there is more time to be strategic, research creative concepts, and create holistic social media campaigns.
