User-Friendly with Reporting Perks, But Instagram Hurdles

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sprout Social, which makes social media planning and publishing straightforward. I also value the reporting and the dashboard as they provide significant insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Sprout Social has caps on the number of images for carousel posting in some channels. Also, posting through Sprout Social automatically lowers my engagement on the platform, especially on Instagram, because Instagram can tell it's auto-posted versus manual and reduces the reach in the algorithm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media planning and publishing, solving the problem of coordinating manual posting across several channels. It's easy to use, with valuable reporting and dashboard features.

Easy Multi-Platform Posting with Helpful Post Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Able to post to multiple platforms and get analytics from the posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nextdoor is not on Sprout. As a State agency, we utilize Nextdoor alot, and we aren't able to post from Sprout or get the insights from Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with posting. It saves time on posting, alt text, and data retrieval.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms is very helpful. Additionally, the ease of being able to edit the post within Sprout Social is also very beneficial and time-saving. It has also been easy to train out to the rest of the team as and when needed. Lastly, the ability to see all analytics in one dashboard is irreplaceable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts can fall off randomly and get disconnected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us time. It helps us post on different platforms and schedule days and weeks in advance, ensuring that we have a good backup of social content ready to roll. We can also see all our analytics in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of Sprout Social. The tool's configuration is something we appreciate, as it helps us manage our social media channels efficiently. I also like the responsiveness of the Sprout Social team. Whenever we face issues while working with the channel, they help us resolve them quickly. The smooth and easy setup of the tool made it convenient for me and my team. These aspects help us save time on managing our social media channels, allowing us to focus more on other marketing priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great to improve the commenting section in Sprout Social. It would be even better if it could be added to the calendar. This way, it could be more integratable for when a social media person is using the calendar, allowing them to comment or interact with comments directly within the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us save time and eliminate manual work for managing social media channels, allowing us to focus more on other marketing priorities.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media scheduling and reporting. I love how easy it is to use the platform and how responsive the team is if I have any questions. Their top-notch customer service has helped solve pain points for us and streamlined a lot of my social scheduling. The initial setup of Sprout Social was super easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish listening and the smart inbox were integrated, not in 2 separate tabs. It would help me keep an eye on everything better, and not have to switch between tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me keep all accounts organized, makes content review by management easy, and streamlines my social scheduling with great customer service.

One-Stop Solution for Multi-Brand Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Sprout Social is a one-stop shop where I can schedule posts for all of my brands with just one login. It maintains a calendar for all the brands at once, which is great for the multiple people working on various brands; they can see what's already posted and what doesn't need to be. It's nice having one singular spot to go to. Managing social media for three to six brands, each with multiple accounts, is a lot, and Sprout Social helps keep everything organized. It's helpful because it handles multiple functions and keeps the team collaborating. The single login and unified program are really useful because I can easily check drafts or posts, know what's been scheduled, and avoid overlapping someone else's post. It saves a lot of time and effort, making it much easier to collaborate. Also, getting set up on it was simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the posting options are maybe not as clear as they could be. Like, when I'm posting a video, I thought there wasn't an option for video titles until I had pulled up where it said to have the AI do the captions. And for some reason, the video title is within that dialogue instead of it just being a line item on the main page. A few little things like that really need some tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is a one-stop shop for managing multiple social media accounts. It helps me schedule posts across all brands with a single login, keeps a calendar for everyone, saves time and effort, and makes collaboration easier.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
It makes pulling metrics and post scheduling easy
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive, which can be a problem especially for smaller orgs

I use it to pull metrics reports from multiple different channels, and I also like that I can schedule those reports across multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule your content all on one platform is fantastic! I also really love the listening tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small issues with tagging folks when scheduling content. I'd also like to see some more useful analytics. I find the social media listening tool a bit difficult to navigate. I wish there was a way to make it a bit easier to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approval processes are now seamless with Sprout Social. Also great to see what is being said about the company using the social monitoring too
