Streamlined Scheduling with Helpful Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout Social is how easy it makes scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms. The calendar view keeps everything organized and helps me plan ahead with confidence. I also really value the detailed analytics, which provide clear insights into performance and help guide future strategy. On top of that, the approval workflows are a big plus for team collaboration, ensuring content is reviewed and aligned before it goes live. Altogether, these features make managing social media much more efficient and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about Sprout Social. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and continues to meet my needs without major drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me solve the challenge of staying organized and consistent across multiple social media platforms. By allowing me to plan my social calendar in advance and schedule posts ahead of time, it removes the stress of last-minute publishing and ensures a steady, strategic presence online. Additionally, the analytics feature lets me track which content is performing well, so I can make informed decisions and refine my strategy. Overall, it saves time, keeps me organized, and helps me focus on creating content that resonates with my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is the competitor benchmarking feature, which allows you to easily identify areas where you can both celebrate successes and find opportunities for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics can be more date. I would appreciate more AI insights integrated in the platform. This would help with the ease of use and getting insights quicker and in a more succinct way versus manual analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management with calendar planning and analytics is solved to make us stronger marketers.

Sprout Social - The most user friendly solution

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has many advantages, but above and beyond them all it is the most user friendly of all the platforms that does what it does. Analytics is easy to find and it is also accurate. Post scheduling is laid out for multiple platforms in a manner which is easy to see and recognise or edit. The Smart Inbox is the perfect tool for dealing with customer support issues, even with queries across many platforms, keeping updated on messages, and even reposting social content. Features for teams work well and it is easy to track and assign issues. It is easy to implement new platforms in the settings, and integrates well with analytics tools. We use it daily for all of our social media operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is unfortunately also the most expensive platform for doing what it does. Competitors might not provide the same level of service, however they are an order of magnitude cheaper and therefore not everyone will be able to afford Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is exceedingly difficult to manage multiple social media platforms without the use of a tool like Sprout. Scheduling posts across these platforms, making sure they go live when they need to, and responding appropriately is all a challenge in and of itself without Sprout, couple that already tedious task with anyltics, and it becomes night impossible. Sprout takes that otherwise impossible chore and makes it easy, giving you lots of professional tools to get the job done fast whilst focusing on the data that matters most to you.

Great Social Media Scheduling Platform, But Lackluster Service

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's publishing, social inbox, AI, and robot tools are fantastic. The service is easy to use and offers a wide suite of tools to help with scheduling content. The smart inbox is a great way to be able to view and respond to direct messages and comments from the public. In addition, the smart inbox offers a neat way to open cases and direc the cases to peers. Sprout's AI overall is very well. Their AI service is built into multiple areas, but my most favorite AI feature is their ALT text generator. In addition, Sprout offers a few "robot" automatic bots to streamline alerts and questions. Overall, a very good service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encountered several issues with Sprout's customer service and onboarding process. There were promises made that turned out to be untrue, and initially, we did not receive any onboarding training. The 24/7 customer service was also lacking, which made our experience with Sprout's service disappointing. However, when I brought these concerns to Sprout, upper management responded quickly to address the problems. We eventually received onboarding training, but it was nearly four months after we had signed our contract. To their credit, Sprout did acknowledge and take responsibility for the issues and the poor service we experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problems of scheduling posts, being able to quickly review how are posts are performing and interacting with customers through the smart inbox feature.

Great Usability and Reporting, but Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and comprehensive reporting functionalities in Sprout Social. The publishing tool streamlines my content management and allows easy upload and scheduling, freeing up my time. The competitor performance tab in reports helps me benchmark and improve my brand's online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm concerned about the pricing of Sprout Social. There are crucial analytical features that my team needs, such as tagging and campaign-specific analytics, but they are inaccessible due to the high cost, which is beyond our budget. This limitation prevents us from obtaining focused insights from specific campaigns, which is a significant downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time by scheduling posts in advance and gain insights from analytics to track performance, making social media management more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see and measure all of my content on different platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't measure or suggest trending content. Example: hashtags don't show how used they are, if i want a trending hashtag I have to go into Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving a time management issue, it took a lot of time to go in between different social platforms and accounts now it's all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
As a content specialist, some of my favorite aspects of Sprout are:
- user friendly for even beginners
the ability to connect multiple profiles
-the ability to see how the post will look on the platform before scheduling
-social listening opportunities
- being able to share to a personal profile AND company pages
-the calendar is one of my favorites pieces so I can see everything in one spot by platform
-getting a notification when something is wrong with a post
-analytics are pretty neat and all inclusive. Love the visual aids that are provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint is Having to pay per user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually post!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has made it much easier for us to manage multiple social channels across our organization, while also adding in videos, collaborators, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be hard to justify. We can't afford some of the upgrades that would make it easier for us to manage our presence, and there are few options for discounts, even for non profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to schedule multiple messages across multiple platforms easily and with few issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout for it's ease of use, especially since we use Sprout multiple times a day every day! It is extremely user friendly in terms of it's Smart Inbox and Publishing! We love the tagging feature to monitor customer feedback as well. We also are super thankful we can pull in organic and paid comments to monitor. It was extremely easy to integrate all of our social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest things that we dislike about Sprout are things that we just cannot afford. Social Listening is extremely important to us and we wish we could access a fraction of it without going over budget. We have met with our customer support rep about pricing and it is a just a bit outrageous for us. Similarly, we hoped we could add more profiles to our account without any extra fee. Including Reddit, which I don't believe is an option now.

We also don't love the reporting tools and find them a bit inaccurate. We end up doing a lot of calculations ourselves because we can't rely on the reporting tools 100%. Otherwise, we are grateful for Sprout and I have been using them throughout my professional career!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us solve the issue of bandwidth within our team to respond to comments on all of our social profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the use of the optimal times to schedule social media posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, haven't run into anything that I dislike. Sprout has been working wonders for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us compile all of our accounts into one area, not having to sign into our different social media accounts saves me lots of time.
