It's better than Agorapulse but did not solve all my issues like it branded itself to be
What do you like best about the product?
helpful is that I can schedule all of my SP platforms at once. It gives me best times to schedule, easy to swap one day posts with another one, EXCELLENT customer service. I use it basically M-F. Love now that we can schedule all SM at once and if we want to customize per SM we can or just bulk schedule--> game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot post threads like I did in Agorapulse though this service is more expensive. Duo authentication code is annoying-- I get it but at the same time it complicates the app usabiity as I do not always have my phone on me and more than one person uses SS in my company so email doesn' work. I also dislike the fact that I cannot schedule IG stories if I want to add text to them or stickers. What's the point in having that feature if we can't really exploit it in benefit of the algorithm to drive engagement?
SM analytics are not as great as you brand them to be. Something is always off and you always blame Meta or something that isn't your platform when I had no trouble retrieving accurate data from Agorapulse.

having to go to each SM platform and post from there. providing data. providing scheduling features. providing tagging for internal analytics providing a one in all inbox for all messages we might get.

What do you dislike about the product?
Y'all integrated with BlueSky but it doesn't even work, wish this would have been fleshed out before you brought it to us. I still have to post manually with any posts that include a link which is 99% of our org's content because Sprout catalogues the links as characters in the post and notified me that I'm over the character limit to make a post before I even add a typical caption to accompany the link. Additionally, my posts fail occasionally for no apparent reason which is frustrating to troubleshoot with the volume of posts we get out in a day.

I do like that Sprout Social helps to format images for Instagram.
I like the AI option to get my image descriptions started--I always need to edit, but it saves a little time (and sometimes it's really off and I get a laugh.)

frequently disconnects SM accounts from the tool
If you're not in this regularly, you may have trouble finding things you need again.

helping to connect with current students, graduate students and alumni; hoping to build better development opportunities.
User Friendly and Analytics Galore
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are able to be able to post to multiple platforms at once and see a detailed view of the analytics of each post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging for individual platforms seems to be an issue. You cannot tag a certain person on all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to share our impact on the community and see people's reactions to our content and stories.

What do you like best about the product?
The social listening tool is helpful and the analytics are great - that’s probably what I use sprout for the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be consistent technical issues and alerts happening within the platform. My colleagues and I have all experienced issues from simply logging in (gets stuck on a blank page) all the way to social platforms continuing to disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a consistent spot to pull analytics. It seems like different platforms report differently so it’s nice to have a single platform I can rely on.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it displayed how our social channels were doing month to month. It was fairly easy to use and navigate. Support got back to us quickly when we had a social media tracking issue. Used it monthly for board reports

I wish that it had more industry comparisons and an overall "social score." We ended up switching to a new program that cost less money and offered more

I am not sure they are re-inventing the wheel here with social media tracking, there are a few companies out there doing a bit more to help with more in depth tracking and use

It's really expensive and most companies likely don't need all the features

Sometimes a post will fail and you're not sure why. Doesn't allow 20 images for Instagram carousels, or custom thumbnails for TikTok.

Scheduling content in one place across multiple channels and seeing what is scheduled.

I don't like that the photo repository is only available as an addon. I also don't like the social following. it seems a bit difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its solving having a centralized location for posts and notes. its helping to have an extra layer of information access for my team
