Enhances Social Media Management with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social useful for managing and scheduling our social media and monitoring brand health. I appreciate its collaboration, scheduling, integrated AI, and data sharing capabilities. I like the desktop and app features, and the clean user interface makes it easy to navigate. It's great for our semi-remote team; we can see work, manage projects like a jigsaw puzzle, approve entry-level employees' work, and update on the go. The initial setup was easy, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have difficulty with editing/ accessing prior posts and I'd like to see an ICS feature to export to Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage and schedule social media, monitor brand health, facilitate collaboration, and seamlessly share data with my team, even while remote.
Fast Setup, Comprehensive Social Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very fast to set up and provides good connections with major social media platforms. It's valuable because maintaining our own API to six major social media platforms across eight profiles would be time consuming and costly, so Sprout Social's business-ready connectivity is incredibly helpful. We also use the API connect function to export our data into Google Big Query, which works well for our needs. The initial setup was smooth thanks to a knowledgeable team member who helped onboard us correctly with setup calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t use the posting tools - ideally the price is split between use. We pay full price but only really use ½ the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the problem of collecting large amounts of data from multiple social media platforms. It provides business-ready connectivity, saving us time and cost of maintaining our own APIs.
Comprehensive Customisation and Reporting Make It a Top Social Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
On the upper-tier plans, the profile customisation plans are very comprehensive. The ability to create custom reports is also very handy, and the social listening tool is also useful for more niche situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive, but if your business can afford it, it is probably the best social management tool available. The process for post approvals being locked in each group is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we have around 30 social media pages / accounts. Sprout lets us schedule and manage everything in one place without having to log in and out of different accounts. it is also better from a security perspective when we're working with external freelancers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social's mobile app availability, which makes it easier to manage social media on the go. The quick reply feature and content management are also beneficial for staying engaged and organized. I also value the social listening and market intelligence feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Sprout Social doesn't have a built-in hashtag generator.

Sprout Social helps prove the ROI and business impact of social media efforts, saves time on writing captions, and facilitates content management on the go with its mobile app.

Sprout Social has the most comprehensive set of Social Media management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social's pricing structure is not agency friendly. Its also fairly expensive compared to other solutions.

Sprout Social allowed us to manage dozens of customer accounts with a small team.
Sprout Social: The Ultimate Sidekick for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout Social for almost a decade across multiple brands. I've actually requested it as a tool as an employment contingency I find it so vital. Sprout makes managing multiple channels in one place a breeze. Publishing and scheduling is flawless and Reports are a job-maker. I've grown to appreciate Social Listening on a whole other level. End-to-end, Sprout is an excellent sidekick for any social media manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their Social Listening could pull audio from places like Instagram and TikTok since brands are not typically mentioned specifically in written captions. The Reports/Analytics can get a bit clunky if you're trying to separate organic and paid metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most social media managers are posting across several channels and/or accounts and Sprout's publishing suite is a time-saver. Additionally, having straight-forward and insightful analytics allows me to report my program's impact to colleagues, stakeholders and leadership with ease.

I love how Sprout Social provides beautiful and detailed analytics that are incredibly helpful for understanding likes and audience insights. The ability to create custom reports is a standout feature, allowing me to craft specific insights that align with my business needs. The platform's capability to manage multiple social media accounts efficiently is invaluable, easing the complexity of handling numerous profiles simultaneously. Additionally, the initial setup process was smooth, which is a significant advantage in eliminating potential frustration during the onboarding experience.

I dislike the lack of direct support from all platforms when using Sprout Social.

I love how Sprout Social helps streamline customer communication by solving customer conversations efficiently. It saves considerable time, which is incredibly valuable. One of the standout features that I highly appreciate is the review management capability. This feature allows me to pull in reviews from app stores and respond to them, along with social media comments and messages, all from one convenient platform. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social is very easy, which is a great advantage.

All-in-One Platform That Simplifies Everything
What do you like best about the product?
Having an all-in-one platform, specifically the analytics and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing and scheduling content also lack some basic things that other scheduling platforms have, the main one being the ability to filter media based on used/unused. This is critical for us and not being able to do this basic thing has resulted in duplicating media and mistakes.
