What do you like best about the product?

The Smart Inbox feels less like a dashboard and more like a mission-control screen that keeps every conversation—from comments to DMs to mentions—exactly where it belongs. Instead of bouncing between tabs, we literally operate from one place. The approval workflows also felt like an upgrade to our entire content process. They removed all the “Did you approve this?” messages we were used to sending each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, I’d say the learning curve is slightly more detailed than expected—not difficult, just deeper. But honestly, that’s only because Sprout has more features than the average user expects at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the best at coordinating all existing platforms, and has the most in-depth features as well as the best UI out of the social aggregators I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features I would love to see implemented like bulk hiding of posts, and the analytics can often experience hiccups that mess with numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is our holistic centre for all social media interactions on many projects, and it helps us manage many games across many platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that we like most about Sprout is the ease of use. The dashboards are very intuitive and allows for seamless integration into our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have, in the past, found it a little difficult to get what I need when I have a billing/payment question or need to switch account administrators, things like that. We ultimately get there but I feel like it takes a bit longer than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a higher ed institution so Sprout allows us to monitor what our current and prospective students are saying about us. This is a very important part of brand management and customer service.
