Simplifies Managing Multiple Social Platforms with a Small Team
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies our ability to manage 8 different social media / variety of platforms with a small team. We use Sprout constantly since we purchased it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing learning about UTMS and utilizing the sprout tool that adds the links to attach to GA4. Oftentimes during our support tickets we did not receive very helpful information or guidance in this specific area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving hours of time spent scheduling across so many platforms for several different business units. Sprout makes it easy to manage all of our platforms and online feedback all from one place.
Comprehensive Social Media Management, Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, and I really like the UI. It's more appealing compared to using Meta. I also appreciate that they're receptive to feedback and have a great customer support team that tries their best to provide satisfactory results. It's helpful for monitoring different social pages that we own as a brand. The initial setup seemed fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the current plan I have now is working well for me, but unfortunately, in order to leverage more of their AI capabilities, I'd have to increase my plan. That doesn't work well for me; I feel like as a client I should have access to some AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media management, solving the issue of needing multiple platforms. It provides access to previous data and helps monitor our brand's social pages, with a better UI than Meta.
Effortlessly Streamlines Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social lets me easily schedule posts across different platforms and change the copy or content as needed for each site. I also like the analytics; it puts everything I need to evaluate all in one place and lets me easily compare different time periods data. The initial setup was very easy, the onboarding process was a great experience and it helped that the platform is so user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some posts fail to post, which can be frustrating. Posts on Meta platforms often experience this issue. I also wish you could schedule Meta stories with Meta elements on them, like polls or links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for social media management and scheduling posts. It saves me time with compiling data, scheduling, and social listening. I like that it lets me schedule posts across platforms and compare analytics easily.
Effortless Multi-Platform Post Scheduling Ahead of Time
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to schedule posts ahead of time across multiple social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The optimal times given when scheduling are not always correct. I wish you were able to schedule reels on Facebook and Insta through Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives a detailed analysis of your posts across various platforms. So you can easily see the engagement and increases with each posting, making it easier to see which campaigns are working and which should be changed.
Efficient Scheduling with Robust Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting section in Sprout Social, especially the post performance and profile performance metrics. These metrics are detailed and usually quite accurate, which helps us understand how our work is doing. It's also great that we can quickly grab this information to report to stakeholders in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would want the Blue Sky integration to be a bit better. It does not do tagging of handles well, and LinkedIn handle/org tagginf also does not always work. Another challenge is the Blue Sky metrics; they're not integrated yet, either. It would be nice if that could be better to ensure that we can have similar data for all the platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling content across nine platforms, especially over weekends. It's helpful for competitor analysis and has a great tagging system. The post approval feature and detailed reporting metrics make it easy to report to stakeholders.
Sprout Social: Desktop-Friendly with Robust Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like the performance feature that lets me know the best time to schedule posts based on audience history, and I can view the entire month or more at a glance to move things around easily. I love that I can leave notes on the calendar to reference when scheduling, which is helpful because I deal with many posts from different projects going live throughout the month. Sprout Social allows me to post natively on behalf of brands without needing direct access, and I find it the best to use, particularly on desktop.

I don't have any issues!

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts for our client brand without needing direct access to the social accounts and to optimize post timing using audience data. The calendar notes help manage multiple posts by allowing easy adjustments and reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to handle multiple clients on one platform with Sprout Social. The platform makes it simple to schedule posts and effectively monitor social conversations. I also find the reporting features comprehensive, providing all the necessary numbers for reports and case studies. Plus, the attentive team is a standout, offering consistent support and guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a stronger social competitor auditing tool. Also, the ability to upload custom thumbnails on scheduled TikTok posts.

Sprout Social makes it easy to schedule posts, monitors social conversations thoroughly, finds ideal posting times, and provides all necessary numbers for reports and case studies. It enables handling multiple clients on one platform, which is crucial for managing many clients' social presences.
Sprout Social is worth the money.
What do you like best about the product?
Right out of the gate, Sprout Social was an easy setup with immediate usable results. I've had experiences with other services, including those that claim to mimic Sprout for a cheaper price, but they don't. I've also done direct comparisons with other services, even over time, and Sprout seems more reliable and accurate when compared to platform-specific metrics. I've grown to trust it, and so have my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
You DO have to stay on top of disconnections and there is the occasional hiccup when a platform changes something that Sprout has to react to, but that is true of any service. Again, while some others might appear to be more competitive on price (Sprout IS "expensive"), but in the end it's probably worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are scoped with clients to post content, the differentiation between post performance and profile performance is very helpful. The control you have over downloadable reports is also helpful, as are the different formats (CSV, PDF), saves a lot of time.
All My Social Data and Tools in One Platform—A Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
That all of my social data and tools are consolidated into one platform. It saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox dashboard can be overwhelming, especially when you recieve 1,000s of messages each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me hours with publishing and analytics reporting each week. I have significantly improved the quality of our data reports with the help of Sprout and it's historical platform knowledge.
Easy Scheduling and Seamless Approval Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
easy to schedule and share for approval with my manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to add tags to a post and there's no music option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout creates an easy to use platform to schedule all my instagram content. I am able to see what the grid will look like. My manager works remote, so sprout was able to help us create a seamless system of approving social posts and captions.
