Sprout where everything is regroup at the same place
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can take care of all social media with one plateform is amazing and also the plateform is user firendly

Sometimes auto reply text is not displayed

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is necessary for me to do my job as a data analyst. While my primary focus isn't in social data, it is frequently a boon to the analyses I'm working on in terms of adding outside context to the numbers I'm primarily focused on (typically revenue-based)
What do you dislike about the product?
As more of an "infrequent" user than every day, I can sometimes feel like I have to relearn everything when I log in as opposed to natively understanding each feature, but I'm not sure that's a problem any system in the industry has a solve for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding our social media analytics/performance is critical to our business objectives and Sprout makes it possible and easy to do so

The scheduling tool is the best one around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity. Having the industry standard often means having one too many features that not everyone needs or simply clutters the UI

My agency manages several social media profiles for clients big and small, and having a dedicated tool to do it all is quite amazing. If its related to social media, Sprout does it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the cross-platform publishing functionality. My team can now share posts across all channels at the click of a button. We also can answer all consumer engagement in once central location!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platforms that allow Sprout integration remove some of the technical features (like not being able to tag someone in the response of a comment). Sprout also has limited reporting on certain profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent answer consumers on different platforms, and syndicating content across all channels seamlessly.
Sprout Social provides the information I need with ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the social listening feature, Smart Inbox, very valuable. It allows me to save time and engage easily. Obviously, post-scheduling is also a huge plus, especially with send time optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to see engagement soon after posting. I can't gauge how well a post is doing without going directly to the website. I also have difficulty replying to tagged posts other than a simple "like."

Scheudling and social listening.
Super streamlined for social platforms and has great reporting options.

The access to our GBP information is excellent to have right on our social platform for immediate post notifications!

It can be a bit tricky to navigate on your own without proper training.

Reporting! We've been able to find a report that works for us to get our ROI.

The problem that Sprout Social is solving is what I can do to improve my content, and it is benefiting me by causing my engagement rates to rise
Does a decent job, reporting could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar view for publishing, and they regularly email relevant & helpful content for social marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is too basic and doesn't offer enough filter customisation. If you manage multiple orgs on the same channel, the calendar view doesn't give you enough visibility to see at a glance org the post is assigned to.

Scheduling content in one central place, giving team full visibility over content schedule for the month, and providing reporting & insights into performance.
