User-Friendly Platform with Effective Content Scheduling and Engaging Advocacy Function
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Sprout Social is; it has enabled us to involve members of our extended communications team in content creation and scheduling, making it a time saver across the board. I also appreciate the platform's ability to schedule content in bulk, which significantly reduces the time I spend on reporting. The Tags feature is particularly helpful in pulling specific content to report on much faster than doing it manually. Advocacy is another aspect I really like, as it allows employees worldwide to easily find content to share on their own channels, thereby increasing awareness of our company. The ease of filtering content that needs approval under the Needs Approval section is incredibly efficient, allowing us to quickly approve content across various business units. Additionally, we've had great support from the team since the beginning, as they are always ready to dive in when needed. Overall, the features offered by Sprout Social contribute to more efficient processes in our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited filtering options available for content discovery in the Advocacy feature. The current search functionality is restricted to searching by title, which poses challenges when titles contain errors or when content hasn't been appropriately tagged. I wish there were more robust filter options to make finding content easier. Additionally, I cannot tag personal pages for LinkedIn when scheduling, although I've heard this might be a limitation with LinkedIn itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social invaluable for bulk content scheduling and speeding up reporting. Its user-friendly platform involves our team in content creation efficiently, and Advocacy boosts our company's visibility through employee sharing.
Effortless Social Scheduling with Insightful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it simple to schedule and manage social content across various platforms. The analytics provided are helpful for understanding post performance, and the tagging system offers valuable customization to align with our internal objectives.
A newer feature, which lets us add a link to the first comment on Facebook, has made it easy for us to experiment with posting graphics or photos with a link in the comments rather than traditional link posts.
Since my team publishes a large amount of content on several platforms, Sprout has streamlined our planning and review process.

What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening features can be confusing to set up, particularly if your main goal is simply to monitor posts from specific accounts and you don't require additional analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media content across multiple platforms and useful, customizable analytics for tracking KPIs.
Efficient Posting, Room for Access Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find the tagging feature in Sprout Social incredibly helpful both for regular tags and campaign tags. This tool is invaluable when I need to search for posts containing specific keywords, such as 'burger' or 'promo,' aiding in efficient content management and strategy planning. I also extensively use the community management tools, which are a key component of my workflow. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was quite easy for me, and I particularly benefit from the Smart Inbox, which is central to my daily operations, even though I wish I could like Instagram comments directly from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by the confusing access levels in Sprout Social. It claims that I have the same level of access as my coworker, yet she is able to access more features than I can. For example, I am unable to create campaign tags, and our representative could not explain why this limitation exists. Additionally, while I find the Smart Inbox very useful, I wish I could like Instagram comments directly from there, instead of just being able to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts across brands and data collection. Tagging is very helpful for finding specific posts, and the smart inbox enhances community management. I wish I could like Instagram comments directly from the inbox.

Effortless Scheduling and Collaboration Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to schedule posts and set approval levels. I like that we can also chat alongside the posts if things need to be changed or edited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a post is deployed, I ran into issues when a caption needed to be edited. Facebook needed me to do so in Sprout and Sprout wouldn't let me do it in the app. I had to delete everything and reschedule. Other than that one thing, I've had a pretty easy time using sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to schedule post in each social platform. I love Sprout's scheduling and linking of accounts right in one place. I also use the recommended posting times based on engagement data.
Streamlined Social Engagement, Needs UI Tweak
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social brings all of our social streams together, making it easy to efficiently manage and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. The filtering functionality is incredibly helpful, ensuring that we do not miss any comments, which is critical for maintaining good customer relations. I appreciate the user-friendly and visually appealing interface, which makes navigating the tool a pleasant experience. The ease of the initial setup is particularly commendable, as it allowed us to integrate Sprout Social into our workflow with minimal hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first click reply on a comment, the text will not automatically receive text I am typing and it throws me to a weird page from hitting what I assume are shortcuts I do not know about. It would be better if, once hitting reply, the text cursor automatically went to where we are typing the response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social integrates all our social streams and makes it easy to filter comments, ensuring nothing is missed while being user-friendly and visually appealing.

Overall, the scheduling functionality gives me confidence in managing and posting content efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social allowed the use of trending sounds and music in pre-scheduled posts. This limitation affects my ability to fully engage with audiences on platforms that value current and dynamic content.

I use Sprout Social to schedule Instagram and Facebook posts easily, ensuring I never forget to post. It's user-friendly, allowing me to navigate it without training.
