Makes managing social media much, much easier and painless

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it quick and easy to manage social content, schedule posts, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot include audio with posts directly from the Sprout Social interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is significantly reducing the time and effort needed to manage a social media calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly user-friendly, which is essential for our global social media team as it allows us to manage everything in one centralized location. The platform makes community management tasks efficient, straightforward, and convenient. I especially appreciate the filtering and tagging features, which are invaluable when categorizing inbound messages by product. This functionality ensures we never miss important communication and can quickly access specific messages and posts. The ability to collaborate actively within the platform with my teammates is a significant advantage. Additionally, Sprout's onboarding experience was seamless due to the exceptional support provided by their team, making the initial setup process easy. The decision to switch from a different software was driven by a desire for a more user-friendly solution, and Sprout has delivered on that promise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some of the features on the back-end, such as granting permissions for posting, approving content, and replying to inbound messages, are confusing for team members to set up, particularly for a global company with different teams requiring separate group settings. Additionally, the social listening capabilities of Sprout Social were initially less robust than expected, lacking the filtering, longer historical data logs, and diverse dashboard views we desired. Although I'm hopeful for future improvements, these areas currently leave much to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Sprout Social makes community management efficient and convenient, allowing active team collaboration and ensuring no inbound messages are missed. It is user-friendly and centralizes all social media tasks, with great filtering and tagging features for easy access to specific messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating posts to multiple sites, which is incredibly beneficial for managing our apartment community's social media presence. This feature allows me to efficiently schedule social media posts ahead of time, ensuring consistent and timely updates across platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The ability to create posts for multiple social media channels simultaneously not only saves time but also maximizes our online reach. Additionally, the visibility feature is a standout aspect as it provides a comprehensive calendar view, showing both the days we have posted and the open days available for new posts. This calendar view facilitates better planning and content strategy, making it easier to maintain an organized posting schedule. I also found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be really easy, which contributes to a smooth onboarding experience for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the small view of the post on the calendar is problematic. The preview screen is small for people with bad vision.

I use Sprout Social to schedule posts ahead of time, making it easy to create and manage social media content across multiple platforms with a helpful calendar view.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super helpful to be able to plan my month ahead using the same post for two different social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I have is that we can't organize our uploaded media by themes or assign names to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing posts can be chaotic and Sprout Social helps with this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to post content on multiple platforms for multiple stores at once
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't post stories for Instagram and Facebook. Only Instagram. Also, can't use story features like you can when you post from your phone on IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting does a great job for my executive briefs each quarter. It provides the stats I need for my reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social allows us to effectively support our 500+ local stores through posting content to each of their profiles in a seamless way. It also lets us stay on top of industry conversation to stay ahead of trends and issues that allow us to protect the brand. The team has also been a great support through frequent touchpoints and training opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost may be an inhibitor for some organizations to join the platform, and there could also be more seats for users without having to pay extra out of pocket, especially for larger organizations that require multiple accounts and teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to post to our 500+ local store accounts with ease and manage our corporate accounts and track performance, with ease.

Great for Remote Teams, But Needs Better Photo Editing

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for teams that do not work together in person! We currently have content writers who aren't in our corporate office and the approval cycle is a great way to keep things organized. We are in Sprout every day, so it is important for us to stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log in every single time I go to the site (I know, I know, it is a security thing). I think what needs the most improvement is the ease of use of changing photo sizes and having editing capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having great analytics all in one place and having the ability to get around having to use Meta Biz Suite (IYKYK).

Excellent for Scheduling and Reporting, Especially Competitive Analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great for scheduling content and reporting at the post and profile level. The competitor reporting is something that I use often to see how our social performance compares to our direct competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike about Sprout Social! The only pain points are often API limitations of the social media platform itself. For example, you can't tag photos on LinkedIn posts in Sprout so if we have several accounts to tag we opt to post natively in that platform rather than use Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to look at our social media performance and content all in one central place. It helps us respond to DMs, comments and monitor brand reputation and scan for any potential issues with social listening.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is user-friendly and offers a wide range of features, from planning and publishing to customer care, reporting, and influencer management. It's convenient to have all these tools available in one place, as not every platform provides such comprehensive functionality. I also appreciate the ability to create separate team environments in Sprout, which helps organize different business units into their own swim lanes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting posts, the results are often messy, with duplicate rows containing the same data. Cleaning up this data can be time-consuming and makes the process more difficult for my reporting team. I would appreciate an option to filter and export only published data, rather than including deleted data from a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my clients' global reporting consolidated in one place makes it much easier for me to review and analyze the data. I do wish the platform offered paid Instagram data just as it does for Facebook, but I understand that this limitation is due to API restrictions.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable feature is the one that allows you to customize each post according to the social network where it is scheduled for publication. I also highly appreciate the option to schedule the first comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current absence of an option to set cover images for Reels is a limitation. It would be beneficial to have this functionality added as well.
