Incredible for Collaboration but Lacking in a Few Key Quality of Life Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search through everything from comments, mentions, and DMs to find the specific account/message I am looking for. I LOVE the team chat function. We use it daily within our team for larger scale reviews of messages and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to posts on IG and finding the specific comment sections is a nightmare. You have to go through a million and one threads to find the one post you want to look at. The process for engaging on X in sprout is way more user friendly. I also do not like that we cannot like comments on IG from sprout but we can for TikTok. The app is helpful in some capacity but if you have the app and the web version and you are trying to reconnect or connect a new platform it glitches out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves our problem with having too many contractors logged into our platforms for community engagement. We are able to have multiple contractors on and working without giving out logins and details. It also allows us to talk about specific messages without having to screenshot and bring the question to another platform to discuss.
Reliable and easy to use, but missing a few key features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall UI. It’s clean, organized, and easy to use. The reporting tools are super helpful, especially for pulling quick analytics. The Smart Inbox makes it simple to keep up with messages without feeling overwhelmed. I also like how customizable things are when posting, like customizing copy or scheduling per network. The filtering tools are robust and thorough. Customer support has always been quick and helpful, and it was super easy to implement and integrate into our workflow. We use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pain points are the labeling system. Even after tagging posts, a few still show up as unlabeled for some reason. The file size limitations can be annoying too, especially for videos or higher quality assets. I’ve also noticed we lose some native network features when posting through Sprout, like being able to tag accounts in photos, share images on TikTok, or use IG story features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us manage multiple UCLA accounts in one place, which saves a ton of time. It keeps scheduling, monitoring, and reporting organized so our team can collaborate easily and stay consistent across channels. The reporting tools make it simple to pull data for leadership and show what’s working. Having everything centralized also helps us respond faster to messages and stay on top of engagement across different platforms.
User-Friendly and Scalable SMM Tool with Helpful Service Team
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience with many social media management tools, and Sprout continues to be the most user friendly, out-of-the box tool that can still be easily scaled for Enterprise businesses. We also utilize their services team, who are a great asset to our overall social media team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has an agressive product roadmap and has made many aquisitions in the space. I sense this is starting to dilute their original purpose of providing a single, all-in-one tool for social media teams. Additional features seem to be adding more noise, like a strong emphasis on AI that has not yet proven valuable to my team.

All-in-one, cross-platform reporting solution. Easy to use scheduling and post management. Custom report capabilities for large, Enterprise organization.
Effortless Social Management with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the transparency and ease of use with Sprout Social. We have looked into other platforms before and always come back to Sprout, mainly for the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Sprout is how many "things" there are that you can use. Though we only go very surface level with how we use Sprout so I am sure they are all useful to others! An option to simplify the dashboard could be useful to only show the things we really use. We have also had some trouble with notifications and the use of the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really appreciate that all of our DM's and comments can be funneled to one place. That is our primary reason for having the app, as we are active on multiple social media platforms.
Intuitive Tool That Centralizes Marketing Efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout Social for its intuitive and easy-to-navigate user interface. This aspect of the platform significantly saves us time, especially when training new team members. It makes it easier to locate and track post performance efficiently, which enhances our overall marketing efforts. Additionally, Sprout Social offers a centralized way to schedule and track multiple posts across different platforms simultaneously, which is a tremendous time-saver. The reasonable pricing of Sprout Social was also a compelling factor in our decision to switch from Sprinklr, and we found the initial setup to be very straightforward. The support from the staff and team during the onboarding process was exemplary and greatly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Sprout Social doesn't allow editing the copy for different platforms when scheduling the same post. This limitation means that any deviations in tagging other social handles require creating an additional draft, which adds extra steps to the process.

I find Sprout Social simplifies scheduling and tracking posts across platforms, centralizes analytics to boost marketing performance, and its intuitive interface saves training time and enhances post performance tracking.

I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly Sprout Social is. The platform makes it easy to manage multiple social profiles in one place, schedule posts, and track performance without feeling overwhelming. The reporting and analytics tools are especially valuable—they provide clear, actionable insights that help improve strategy and demonstrate ROI. Plus, the Smart Inbox feature is a game-changer for staying on top of engagement efficiently.

While reports are visually appealing, customisation options can be limited compared to tools like Hootsuite or custom dashboards.

Before Sprout, managing multiple platforms was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, I can plan, schedule, and publish content across all channels from one dashboard. This saves hours each week and ensures consistent posting.Sprout’s reporting tools give me clear insights into engagement, reach, and audience behaviour. Instead of guessing what works, I can make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is the ability to schedule my social media posts in advance and view all my planned content on a calendar. This feature really simplifies my work as a social media manager. I also find it helpful that I can use AI to come up with more creative and engaging caption ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the optimized scheduling times to be more precise, as this would better guide me on when to post in order to achieve the highest engagement.

Robust Reporting and Seamless Account Switching Make It Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
Robust reporting, ease of switching between accounts, Mobile Publisher option.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating not being able to post a mix of image + video Carousels, or scheduling a Story is only available for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've tried several other social media management tools (Hootsuite, Planoly, etc.) and Sprout Social is the best tool I've encountered.
Efficient Social Media Management, Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Sprout Social because it tremendously simplifies my work managing social media for 10 hotel properties. The bulk import feature is indispensable for me as it enables me to quickly and efficiently schedule many posts, which is invaluable given the large volume of posts required for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Crafting an entire month's content in an Excel document and uploading it with just a button press is incredibly efficient, saving me a lot of time. This feature supports my need to post three times per week on Facebook and Instagram and once a week on LinkedIn, making it a vital tool in handling many posts each month. Even though I do not frequently use the image upload feature due to the additional step of publicly linking images, having organized photo folders simplifies the scheduling process. I appreciate how Sprout Social has consistently supported my professional career over the years, with its reliable and solid performance making it a go-to tool for managing social media across different sectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the support team is very slow to respond and there is a lack of direct account support. Even with an enterprise account, not having a direct account representative makes it difficult to manage issues swiftly for my large portfolio of hotels. Additionally, the initial setup was not easy and took a considerable amount of time due to the need to import a significant number of accounts from various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.

I use Sprout Social to efficiently schedule posts, manage community interactions, and report on both paid and organic media, all within one system for my 10 hotel properties.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers simplicity in scheduling posts. It includes a wide variety of platforms and it makes reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Sprout Social. We use it regularly. If there could be a place in improve - perhaps more integration with AI?

We can upload a week of posts at one time. This saves time and energy throughout the week.
