What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for social publishing across different channels simultaneously. It makes it easy to publish once and post everywhere, which solves the hassle of making social media posts across each platform. The analytics module in Sprout Social has been a blessing, as it helps me understand how well the published post is performing, providing a feedback loop to understand what my audience wants. Additionally, I found the initial setup quite easy, thanks to the helpful tutorial at the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that social listening works great but sometimes there are delays. Also, it would be wonderful to have a feature to bring my own channels or 3rd party chatbots and to integrate Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me publish posts across all social platforms effortlessly. The analytics module is a blessing, providing insights into post performance and audience reaction, creating a feedback loop to understand audience preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social mainly for publishing social media content, replying to inbox messages, and reporting. I like the smart inbox the best, as well as the tag tool. It lets me manage all of my social platforms in one place, which is super convenient. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could definitely be better reporting - the custom reporting plan is way out of our budget. I would like to see more graphs and charts, rather than just tables of data, so I can copy and paste them into presentations and visualize the data better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage all my social platforms in one place. It helps with publishing, replying to inbox messages, and reporting campaigns. I really like the smart inbox and tag tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how organized and easy it makes social media management. When I worked at Foundever handling AVG and Avast customer support, Sprout Social helped us monitor messages, comments, and mentions across multiple platforms all in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use. Features like tagging, scheduling, and analytics made it simpler to manage high message volumes. It also helps teams work together effectively without missing any customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I was not really happy with is that there were times when the platform would take some time to sync messages or refresh the feed, and this happened usually during the period of high traffic. Besides that, the price may seem a little too high for small businesses, but for such teams as large ones, the cost is definitely worth it considering the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social was a great tool for handling customer conversations on various social media networks in a seamless way. The company was able to respond to customers in less time, team members were more effectively coordinated, and they received valuable insights into the engagement trends. So, essentially, it was instrumental in enabling our team to provide quick and good customer service while at the same time keeping a strong brand presence online.
User-Friendly for Social Media Reporting, Needs Better Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for paid social media reporting. I like how it aggregates paid social KPIs in one place and makes them easy to read. It's really approachable and easy to connect accounts. I appreciate that I don't need a higher level of technical abilities to grab reporting, and the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't schedule reports on a daily basis using 'date' column and there is no direct connector of data into Tableau or Data Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social aggregates paid social KPIs in one place, easy to read, approachable, and connects accounts effortlessly. I don't need advanced technical skills to grab reporting.

Firstly, tagging is a major challenge in Sprout Social. Additionally, reporting customization and flexibility could be improved to better support complex or enterprise-specific requirements.

Great interface especially on the mobile app!
Analytics are always a breeze to obtain and the tagging feature is SO SO great. I work with 6-9 lines of business and tagging is critical to how we report social content.

Enhances Social Media Management with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social useful for managing and scheduling our social media and monitoring brand health. I appreciate its collaboration, scheduling, integrated AI, and data sharing capabilities. I like the desktop and app features, and the clean user interface makes it easy to navigate. It's great for our semi-remote team; we can see work, manage projects like a jigsaw puzzle, approve entry-level employees' work, and update on the go. The initial setup was easy, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have difficulty with editing/ accessing prior posts and I'd like to see an ICS feature to export to Outlook.

I use Sprout Social to manage and schedule social media, monitor brand health, facilitate collaboration, and seamlessly share data with my team, even while remote.
Fast Setup, Comprehensive Social Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social is very fast to set up and provides good connections with major social media platforms. It's valuable because maintaining our own API to six major social media platforms across eight profiles would be time consuming and costly, so Sprout Social's business-ready connectivity is incredibly helpful. We also use the API connect function to export our data into Google Big Query, which works well for our needs. The initial setup was smooth thanks to a knowledgeable team member who helped onboard us correctly with setup calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t use the posting tools - ideally the price is split between use. We pay full price but only really use ½ the product.

Sprout Social solves the problem of collecting large amounts of data from multiple social media platforms. It provides business-ready connectivity, saving us time and cost of maintaining our own APIs.
Comprehensive Customisation and Reporting Make It a Top Social Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
On the upper-tier plans, the profile customisation plans are very comprehensive. The ability to create custom reports is also very handy, and the social listening tool is also useful for more niche situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive, but if your business can afford it, it is probably the best social management tool available. The process for post approvals being locked in each group is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we have around 30 social media pages / accounts. Sprout lets us schedule and manage everything in one place without having to log in and out of different accounts. it is also better from a security perspective when we're working with external freelancers.

I like Sprout Social's mobile app availability, which makes it easier to manage social media on the go. The quick reply feature and content management are also beneficial for staying engaged and organized. I also value the social listening and market intelligence feature.

I don't like that Sprout Social doesn't have a built-in hashtag generator.
