What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social extremely valuable for its ease of use and efficiency in managing social media activities. The reporting features are a standout, as they are not only easy to read but also allow for customization, such as picking cover photos, which enhances the presentation of data. The ability to schedule posts seamlessly across multiple platforms is another aspect I appreciate, as it simplifies the management of various social media accounts. Additionally, the initial setup of Sprout Social was very easy and quite straightforward, especially when connecting profiles, which made the onboarding process smooth. Overall, these elements contribute to my high satisfaction with the service, making it a tool I am likely to recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly easy to use, which makes my workflow much more efficient. Its support for all major social media platforms is particularly beneficial, as it allows me to manage multiple accounts seamlessly without juggling between different tools. I also appreciate how effectively it tracks average reply times, which helps in monitoring and improving our customer service performance. Furthermore, Sprout Social enables me to gauge how our customers feel about us by pulling data for reporting purposes, which is invaluable for creating data-driven strategies and improving engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the APIs and I think the documentation could be improved. It took me quite a while to figure them out as not all of the fields or attributes are included in the documentation.

I use Sprout Social to pull data for reporting, gauge customer sentiment, and track reply times effectively, all while supporting major social media platforms.

Additionally, the ease of having team members review and schedule posts contributes to an effective collaborative workflow. The simplicity in its initial setup allowed us to get started quickly without any hurdles, which was incredibly convenient. I also appreciate the utility of Sprout Social's mobile app, especially for managing Instagram posts, which supports our flexibility in content management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are outages or issues with posting to certain platforms or issues with links or images showing up correctly. This is sometimes due to issues directly with the social media accounts.

Sprout Social simplifies drafting, reviewing, and scheduling social media posts, enhancing team collaboration. It facilitates analytics sharing with our board, optimizes post timing for better engagement, and automates posting, making small team management efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social to effectively manage my company's social media accounts, and it has become an invaluable tool for our organization, Colorado Ski Country USA. I find myself going directly to the social media platforms to post. For example, for Instagram, I open the app on my phone instead of posting from Sprout Social. I think this is maybe just personal preference, but I feel like posting from Sprout Social could be more streamlined and similar to the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to simplify report generation, especially for partnerships, providing precise control over timelines and metrics. It speeds up reporting significantly compared to manual processes, although posting directly to social media could be more streamlined.
