Sometimes things don't populate as easily as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great Platform, Could Be More Modern
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is great scheduling social media posts without the headache. This platform walks you through best practices and must-haves for your strategy, and works as a team member!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social should have an agency setting - here's what I want to see as a Digital Content Manager of a digital marketing agency.
- Ability to request approval for entire month all in 1 email: As an agency, we schedule "September Posts" and "October Posts" well in advance. My clients don't want indivdual emails for each post. They want to see September or October in ONE viewing window to provide feedback and approval.
- WHY... Why limit the number of approvers for the ACCOUNT vs the groups? Each group is a CLIENT - each client has 2-3 people involved who want to see the posts and approve or provide feedback. Charging more for this feature is a MAJOR point for us to consider other scheudling platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be fair, Customer Service is responsive. However, I don't feel that our problems have been resolved. It's frustrating that we are expected to pay more for the number of approvers per account vs per group. Each "group" is a client - we only use SS for 3 clients plus our own brand. We need about 8 external approvers - but alas... our ACCOUNT can only have... 4? Doesn't make sense and is CLEARLY not set up for an agency.

Powerful tool for integrating organic and paid social data
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has proven to be an invaluable asset for our ad agency, despite my limited hands-on experience. What stands out most is its ability to seamlessly combine organic and paid social data, providing a comprehensive view of our social media efforts. This integration is crucial for our team and clients, allowing us to make more informed decisions and create more effective strategies.
The tool's user-friendly interface makes it accessible for team members with varying levels of technical expertise. Our clients particularly appreciate the clear, consolidated reporting that Sprout Social offers, which helps in demonstrating the full impact of our social media campaigns across both organic and paid channels.
While I may not use the tool daily, the positive feedback from my team and the improved client satisfaction we've seen since implementing Sprout Social make it clear that it's a worthwhile investment for any agency looking to streamline their social media management and analysis.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social offers powerful functionality, its interface can be a significant pain point, especially for new or occasional users. The tool suffers from an overwhelming menu structure and a lack of clear labeling, making it difficult to navigate and find specific features efficiently. This complexity leads to a steep learning curve, potential underutilization of the platform's full capabilities, and challenges in training new team members or clients. Although the tool's ability to combine organic and paid social data is highly valuable, these interface issues can significantly impact user experience and efficiency. Simplifying the menu structure and improving feature labeling would greatly enhance the usability of Sprout Social, particularly for users who don't engage with the platform on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit overwhelming if your sole job is not social media management. For those trying to tackle insights on your own without a designated manager, it is quite a lot to try to understand and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program helps me gauge what my actual social stats are across platforms and what I can try to do to tackle any issues I've scoped out with the insights from Sprout
A powerful tool with some great insights

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sprout Social as a team enterprise and as an individual member. The tools are a great resource but mostly, the analytics and reporting capabilities are by far the best I have ever used for providing consistent deep dives and readability to share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall cost is tough to swallow. Without a dedicated funding resource to support the cost, it is not sustainable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides consistant and user-friendly reporting to develop short and long-term strategy development.
Competitive review and tagging campaigns is a great resource for reviewing and measuring results.

Sprout Social does a great job providing a platform for a company with multiple social accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a centralized location to view all social media posts across every single social media platform, especially in environment where multiple posts are going out a day across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the best time to post feature; however, if you are making multiple posts across multiple platforms you have to post individually to get the most optimal time for each platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The optimal time can only be posted individually not bulk so I have to go one by one when making mast posts.
