A great platform that still has room to grow

What do you like best about the product?
The publisher is the most helpful for my work. The ability to schedule as many posts as needed across all platform weeks in advance takes a lot of work off my plate by allowing me to "set and forget".
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening section is great at times but it takes a tremendous amount of continuous long-term work to get the topics to a place that are manageable. If there was a way for ther platform to better filter out majority of the noise or integrate AI for listening recommendations/assistance, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization we are in the process of rebranding and trying to better understand different segments of our audience. Sprout's listening tool allows us to better follow these specific conversations or topics so that we can think about different ways of communicating pieces of content on our end.

What do you like best about the product?
I use sprout almost daily for content scheduling, but my favorite part of Sprout Social as a whole is the data analytics. The reports are so easy to tailor to my needs and even easier to share with the team when discussing insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout social is very expensive. I definitely expect it to be more expensive given the quality of the platform, but it is sometimes frustrating that the current price does not include the add ons such as social listening and additional reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule my social content helps me stay organized, and the analytics features / reporting make data analytics a breeze not only for my own reporting purposes but for sharing with the larger team as well.

Dashboards are visual and can see data easily, Publishing is user friendly, lots of Reports

Competitor analytics not available for LinkedIn, can only have 1 topic for Active Listening.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can have messages from all social media in once place! It's so easy to use as well, and the environment doesn't take a lot of time to get used to. The customer support team is always very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high. Sometimes it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us collect all messages, comments, tags in one place, so we never miss anything.
It is also helpful when scheduling posts, even if we don't use it a smuch since scheduling posts outside of Meta hurts the algorithm.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social significantly saves time when scheduling content across multiple social media platforms. The ability to manage and organize social media posts in one place is invaluable, making it a highly efficient tool for my needs. Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward and user-friendly, allowing me to get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that a lot of posts fail sometimes on different platforms when using Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule content across multiple platforms simultaneously, which saves me time managing social media postings.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, and quick snapshot views.
Fantastic support from our dedicated team.
Easy for my entire team to use, quickly get educated on the benefits of the platform, and the breadth of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all tools, there's always room for more features to be integrated. An ideal world would be we have all of our strategy and social listening tools in one comprehensive dashboard; however, not all tools easy integrate with one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to have quick snapshots of results at our fingertips whenever we need to hop on calls and talk through our content, results, reporting, engagement, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save drafts with a date attached to the. Also being able to tag people and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post PDFs. This is something we do often and can't utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to save potential post language, see exactly what a post will look like when shared, and scheduling content.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social super helpful when scheduling posts. I love the customizable reporting. The interface was easy to learn, and I find the CE webinars offered through the Arb to be especially helpful as I am a team of one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more API integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk scheduling.
