What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, really simple scheduling for social posts and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time I didn't use the listening function, but I wish I got to explore this for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout made social scheduling so easy.

Intuitive & Easy to Navigate

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, the guides and help articles are always useful, overall it meets our basic needs for publishing and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed with the cost to access the API. As a company who focuses on metrics and reporting, it is cumbersome to gather data from Sprout manually to provide to leadership. More accessible integration with BI systems like Power BI or access to the API would increase satisfation quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlined workflow for publishing, centralized monitoring listening, general overview of analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can preset my posts and don't have to go into multiple accounts to post or check results
What do you dislike about the product?
When I've left for holiday Sprout disconnected our social profiles and I missed several scheduled posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to view analytics from all my accounts in one place

What do you like best about the product?
We switched our CSM a few months ago and it's been a gamechanger. He is responsive and strategizes with our team. The Arb community, webinars, and resources for practitioners/Sprout admins is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening tool is OK at best. There are also no features like a quick insights function to do research previous trends, hashtag usage, content inspiration, etc. on social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place for all publishing, performance, and listening.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to more than one platform at a time. I can also keep an eye on what is scheduled when, across the platforms and by different users.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't edit the post through Sprout. You have to go to each platform. Also, if you want to delete a post, same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing social content. You can see all of them at one spot.

Lots of features for a well-rounded social media experience

What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that help you get a holistic idea of what you are doing on social media, how to improve your strategy, and how to expand on your digital footprint. I think there are more features on sprout compared to other softwares I have used in the past to give you the metrics and capabilities you are looking for. Overall, it is pretty simple to use, certainly on par with alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where there are many opportunities, there will always be a risk of too many options. For an entire organization, with individuals accessing different metrics, this is a plus. But it sometimes feels clunkier than alternatives, with it requiring a bit more from you to do the same task in other softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social's reporting tools are really fantastic. You get to do quite a bit more with them compared to other options on the market that I have used previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I do not think there are any increased positive features or experiences to share at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being more forthcoming to specific products that may impact my business and use of the platform outside of cost increases or propositions to expand our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows for social media brainstorming, approvals and postings to all happen within one platform. We previously were doing this in a project management software and then using a different platform to schedule and post, so Sprout allows us to do all of that in one place. It also has analytics which I know we have only begun to scratch the surface on all the data and reporting provided. I look forward to digging in further.

Love the smart inbox, but could be much more intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox is really good, use it almost daily for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it often overwelming and little intuitive, thats even worse in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can connect all social channels to sprout and have one area to view everything that is going on within each page/entity
I also like that there are opportunites and webinars to learn more about the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some things that I may not be utilizing as they are not super user friendly straight from the get go... It can be hard for new user to understand everything on sprout that is beneficial for their use
