What do you like best about the product?
It was straightforward and very user friendly. Dashboard is easy to navigate, scheduling posts on multiple platform is only a few clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
If editing posts after publishing is possible, that'd would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is gathering all Social Media Analytics needed for our organization to know which channel is working better, and how we could tailor content to the audience in different channels. It allows us to keep track of our performance.

Easy to use, robust reporting, great for multi person teams to collaborate. Customer service has always been great as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social serves as an excellent tool for community management by allowing me to monitor and engage with consumers across different platforms in one single place. The ability to visualize all the messages I receive is really beneficial, and the feature of scheduling my content calendar for all platforms greatly enhances my efficiency. I enjoy how easy it is to put together reports and download them in a spreadsheet or PDF format, making them simple to share with my peers. The smart inbox feature is another standout, as it allows me to create personalized inboxes and filter through messages with ease. Furthermore, the platform enables me to pull reports and analytics efficiently, providing valuable insights for competitor analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience challenges with data accuracy when it comes to Instagram Stories on Sprout Social, as there are inconsistencies compared to what I see on the Meta app. Additionally, it would be beneficial if Sprout Social could pull data from collaborator posts on Instagram, as I currently only see this data on the app, not within Sprout, unless it's my account that has posted. Another issue is the inaccuracy in the engagements generated from our Stories; specifically, interactions with stickers like poll votes or replies to a question or slider are not being accounted for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage community engagement, organize messages from multiple platforms in one place, plan and publish content, and generate easy-to-share reports, enhancing productivity and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social for its ease of use and efficiency in pre-scheduling posts, which saves me a significant amount of time and ensures that my company’s social media presence remains consistent. The feature allowing me to tag other accounts is particularly useful, as it helps in maintaining affiliations with posts related to my company. The inclusion of analytics tools is another standout feature, offering me insights into which posts perform well, and these insights are critical for refining my content strategy based on factors such as posting times and content types. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which allowed me to start benefiting from Sprout Social without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
For video posts, I am unable to tag other accounts, which limits the interactivity and collaboration aspects of my content. To achieve this, I have to request a collaboration post, which is less convenient. Additionally, I don't like that my Instagram account disconnects and needs to be reconnected occasionally, creating interruptions in my workflow and adding extra maintenance tasks.

I use Sprout Social to pre-schedule posts, saving time and maintaining consistent social media presence while utilizing analytics to optimize performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple clients from one easy-to-use workspace. Giving our team eyes on all interactions with clients' social media allows our team to respond quickly to customers of our clients with their questions or concerns, directly from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be a bit more in-depth and allow for integrations with Looker Studio and other data management software for custom reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Sprout Social's calendar feature, which allows me to easily view and organize my content schedule for the entire month. I can drag and move items across the board effortlessly, and I am able to select optimized times for posting. This level of control and visualization is invaluable for managing over 200 social posts a month across more than 20 accounts. Additionally, the social listening feature is exceptionally beneficial as it enables me to search and track where my clients' names are being mentioned in different settings. This insight not only helps in monitoring brand presence but also in engaging with new opportunities for visibility. Furthermore, the initial setup was smooth and effective; their team provided a thorough walkthrough and trained our department comprehensively, which made the transition seamless. Overall, Sprout Social offers more convenience and robust features which align perfectly with what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Sprout Social was a significant expense for our agency. Additionally, the approval process was challenging for our clients to learn, which resulted in difficulties in workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to conveniently schedule over 200 social posts monthly across 20+ accounts. The calendar and social listening features provide easy content management and client engagement insights.

I appreciate that Sprout Social effectively consolidates all necessary information into one place for social media managers, which significantly streamlines my work and makes it much easier. The smart inbox tool is particularly valuable, as it organizes all comments and inquiries from social media platforms in a way that allows for efficient review and management of interactions. This integration of various functionalities into a singular platform improves productivity, allowing me to manage social media content and customer interactions seamlessly. The ability to handle social media publishing, customer service responses, and public listening all within Sprout Social contributes greatly to maintaining a robust social media presence and proactive customer engagement. Overall, these features enhance my workflow and provide comprehensive support for our team’s social media management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the metrics provided by Sprout Social have posed challenges for us. They often do not align perfectly with the metrics shown on native platforms such as Facebook Meta Ads, leading to discrepancies. We've also experienced difficulties distinguishing between organic and paid impressions within certain metrics, which complicates our analysis and reporting. While I am not directly responsible for generating these reports, my colleagues have faced hurdles in these areas. Another issue is that mentions of our brand on platforms like Instagram Reels are not captured in our Sprout inbox. This omission is a significant blind spot for us because it means potential interactions or mentions of our brand might be missed. Although our Sprout representative suggested using the public listening tool to capture these mentions, it would be beneficial if Sprout Social could integrate this capability more seamlessly into the inbox, ensuring no missed opportunities for engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social addresses our key needs by providing drafting, scheduling, and social analytics tracking. As an agency, the platform empowers our entire social team and clients' social teams with the essential tools and information necessary for daily operations. I love the scheduling assistant and the capability to schedule a first comment, which enhances the coordination of multiple posts across several client accounts. The premium analytics are incredibly beneficial for agencies that need to deliver detailed reports to clients as they make our monthly reports rich and insightful. The transition to Sprout Social felt seamless due to its top notch customer service and onboarding processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more tailored to LinkedIn, which is the primary organic social platform we (and our clients) use. Although I'm aware this is more to do with LinkedIn's API limitations, not Sprout's.

Intuitive Platform for Managing Multiple Clients

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is to use. I like being able to manage multiple client accounts and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that you can't batch send posts for client approvals. It's a big waste of time to have to go into every single post and send for client approval. We share calendars in one month batches so it takes a while. Also, the mobile app functionality could be better. I also don't like that you can't comment externally unless the client has already commented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us manage multiple clients social accounts and send directly to them for review and approval.
