What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, has link shortening, reports are easy to access and tagging post types helps us understand the types of posts that get the best engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is expensive compared to other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling ahead of time, getting performance reports.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for influencer campaigns and sourcing creators for niche campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search tools don't find enough creators, or the tools aren't accurate when searching for locations, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Narrowing down influencer search by applying filters. Helps me find the right creators for niche campaigns.

Effortless Onboarding and Outstanding Support with Sprout

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user friendly nature of Sprout. I can guarantee that any new employee would have an easy time onboarding with Sprout. Customer support is also superb on Sprout. I know I can always get easy, quick, and knowledgable help when I need it. Implementation has been a breeze. Sprout's team has been very thorough throughout our implementation and is very eager to help with any other needs that arise. I have worked with multiple other similar services, and Sprout has always been the most consistent and well-rounded pick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small features that are different than the previous platform I used that will take some time to get used to, but nothing major stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is streamlining all of our publishing and customer care making our workflows on multiple platforms more seamless. The reporting and listening features are very easy to use and understand and have been a great tool to look back on data and adjust future strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly helpful for collaborations with colleagues, as we are able to involve different people in specific projects. This makes our teamwork efficient and organized. Additionally, I like that I can easily view the schedules of various regions and accounts, which is crucial because we operate in many different countries. This feature allows us to maintain a cohesive workflow across geographical boundaries. Furthermore, I found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very straightforward and hassle-free, which was a great relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with the dashboard, but it might be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to collaborate with colleagues effectively, organize projects involving different people, and manage multiple regions and accounts by viewing international schedules.

Great for Customizing Email Templates, But Can Be Glitchy

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's ability to upload and customize templates, which simplifies creating attractive and consistent email marketing campaigns weekly without the need to email them ourselves. The functionality that allows me to build templates based on past ones is particularly valuable, making the workflow efficient and less time-consuming. I love the new features, such as title defaults, which further enhance the flexibility and ease of use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's glitchy, and there are many times when features don't work or don't save. Additionally, I don't like the maximum 5MB upload size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to easily distribute visually appealing emails weekly, streamlining our process and moving away from manual emailing. The upload and customize templates feature allows me to efficiently build from past templates.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is its user-friendly design. It allows me to manage all our messages from Instagram & FB in a single location thanks to the ease of integration, making it easy to spot when someone sends a table request and respond promptly. This not only saves time but also streamlines communication with our customers, making it really easy to implement all our processes. Also great for scheduling posts, specially for nights when club is going to be busy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I LOVE the web browser/website version, I feel the app itself could be slightly more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve the problem of keeping up with all our messages from different social media accounts. Instead of checking each one separately, everything comes into one inbox. This makes it easier to see table requests or customer questions and respond quickly. It saves time and helps us give better, faster service.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the reporting features of Sprout Social. Creating a custom report is incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily hover over metrics to understand what they are showing. This feature is incredibly useful for gaining deeper insights and understanding data at a glance. Additionally, the ability to compare time periods when analyzing reports is extremely beneficial in tracking and assessing performance over time. The ease of initial setup was also a highlight for me. Moving from Falcon to Sprout Social was straightforward and smooth, greatly aided by the helpful support team member who was there to assist us throughout the process. These aspects make Sprout Social a valuable tool for managing social media effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limitations in scheduling mixed-media carousels for Instagram frustrating. Additionally, the inability to schedule carousels larger than 10 images and the lack of support for scheduling Instagram Stories are significant drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling and reporting, enabling collaboration with clients, user-friendly custom reports, and valuable insights, though it lacks some advanced Instagram scheduling features.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that you can plan and schedule all your social media posts months in advance, and I find the platform very user-friendly, which is especially helpful for newcomers. I also value the reporting features, and I particularly like that Advocacy metrics are included.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even better if it offered more comprehensive Advocacy reporting features. Additionally, having the ability to manage our own tags, would be very useful. I wish it could also allow us to schedule documents directly on the platform as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been useful for managing our social media calendar.
