So far I'm not that impressed
What do you like best about the product?
The support chat responds quickly and is helpful. I appreciate having access to all platforms in one place, and the calendar makes it easier to follow upcoming content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many bugs when trying to write posts, many times the content cannot be displayed after posting and the smart inbox is not user-friendly.
A lot of the data is not 'clean', which I understand is not always in their control but that is a crucial part to have.
Tags are nice to have but I wish I could select multiple posts at a time instead of going one by one which is time-consuming.

It helps me set everything in order and monitor all my platforms in one space

What do you like best about the product?
When we started researching companies we only were looking for employee advocacy. We decided to go with Sprout because we could also publish on LinkedIn directly from their platform and tag employees. We do a lot of tagging which has been a limiting factor when considering other social planning platforms. So we have always published natively. I am also impressed with the analytics it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding has been rocky. We have been having issues with receiving emails from the platform for users to sign up and when sending newsletters. Turns out our spam filters wee blocking the emails because they are sent to look like they are coming from me the account holder but the actual email is not mine so it catches as spam. It has taken 3 weeks to figure this out. Support has been quick to respond however it took a lot of back and forth until we figured it out. but they couldn't give us a reason why it was happening, our IT department figured it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Sprout for employee advocacy which will help our employees share content and hopefully expand our brand awareness.
Easy to use, quite intuitive, many useful features.
What do you like best about the product?
The detail of reporting I can get from it, plus the amount of useful features that Sprout offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as it is easy to use and intuitive, it can get quite busy, confusing, and complicated, especially on a smaller screen. If the reporting tab is used frequently, but I refresh it, the settings and filters save but not the date range, which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy use of getting the data I need and learning from it - useful for settings with multiple levels of approval with the drafting feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is user-friendly and full of features our agency finds beneficial. It makes managing multiple social media accounts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the most affordable option by a long shot. It's hard to justify the cost for a small business. A more extensive free plan would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to manage multiple social media accocunts and provide great customer service with Sprout. Our agency loves the external approvals feature. It makes sharing content with clients a breeze!
Great tool for the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view is very useful for teams with several people on them. It allows us to plan content and space out posts better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could merge accounts together in a "view" function. We have two teams that work on different posts, but at times share an account. It would be nice to be able to merge our calendar with them so we can see when they plan to post. It would be nice to be able to post to Instagram and TikTok as welll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves us from having to post directly on platforms, which is very time-consuming. The tag feature also helps with analytics and assists in keeping organized.

It's great to have a platform to handle all social channels at once

Sometimes it just feels a bit unneeded – at least some of the fancier functions like scheduling posts, etc

Being able to schedule posts for different platforms. Makes life a lot eaiser.

Not being able to edit or delete posts on Instagram. Once it is published through Sprout Social you can not remove it.

Being able to post on multiple platforms at once getting engagement so our radio hosts can use for their shows.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, comprehensive social media management features, robust analytics capabilities, and excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited features in lower-tier plans: Users on lower-tier plans sometimes feel that certain advanced features are only available in higher-priced plans, which may limit the functionality they have access to.

Able to publish post in bulks, see what post is going to be out, see anatlyics from one system

I like that I can sschedule and manage all my social posts for work in one place.

It is very glitchy and sometimes unreliable
