Great tool, lots of functions, high learning curve

I really like the feature of saved responses

There is a high learning curve in learning the various functionalities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to answer social media questions on my computer, which is a huge ergonomic benefit, and is more efficient.
Sprout social has vastly improved our effiency in managing our social media channels.
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling calendar for socials is excellent to help plan ahead. It enables us to see what campaigns we have coming up and share them with our leadership team and organisation broadly. Our onboarding process was excellent and helped setting up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu is a little bit cluttered, and it can take sometime to find things. The settings menu especially is hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing everything together in one spot, rather than having to log into multiple channels. It has vastly improved efficiency of scheduling and viewing post performance.
A promising tool that we are still navigating.

The detail, yet ease in the reporting. I like the labels section! I'm hoping I end up like the social listening tool as well. I'm still navigating it...
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bumps with the advocacy program. FB / IG should not be included, as they don't work yet and it's a poor and confusing user experience.

Bringing all of our social needs under one roof.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag posts and DMs and organize them into campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to see Instagram post shares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see photo and video previews in our DMs instead of having to go to the native app to see the photo/video that was DM'd to us.
I really like the interface on Sprout social. It's easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface. Very user-friendly. I also enjoyed the analytical tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling page. It's hard to schedule multiple posts on different platforms all at once. Later.com actually has better interface for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all the upcoming posts is really beneficial to me.
Sprout is very useful, but is still missing key features
What do you like best about the product?
I can do almost everything I need to on Facebook and Twitter/X. Being able to group analytics among platforms and accounts is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to schedule posts on Instagram is a real pain point. Additionally, the app notification which is meant to copy your content doesn't always work. Another frustration with this process is when you have a video thumbnail - that doesn't appear at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and allowing employees to schedule (most) posts in advance rather than having to drop what they're doing to post a certain times.
Useful Tool, Saves us Time
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sprout is easy to use and relatively straightforward. It's more accurate in its reporting than other tools I've used. The competitor analysis report saves my team a lot of time. I also really enjoy the webinars that they've put on which I've attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say about improvements for Sprout, perhaps that our accounts sometimes become unlinked. Also the maximum file size limit for some of the LinkedIn assets is restrictive.

Sprout helps us easily do competitor analysis as well as provide easy monthly reports for our clients.

The upside is the content planning as well as the reporting aspects

I dislike the lack of TikTok reporting and the lack of training offered as onboarded

Sprout is hellping my company with my reporting aspects for clients, hwoever it would be nice to have reporting available for all platforms

Usability has been great. Connecting all the platforms has been easy.

Sometimes it can be chaotic to find certain aspects or metrics

Keeping everything in one place
A great tool for small teams, but it has room to grow.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling system and the ability to fine-tune content for different platforms! Especially as more social media platforms come onto the scene, Sprout Social is huge in making sure our clients get the best out of all of their profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to collaborate in Sprout, and the more people you add to your account, the messier workflows can become. I wish you could designate certain project teams or alter permissions from client to client to keep things more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our clients are active on a lot of different social media platforms, and it can be really tedious to post content to each of those accounts separately. With Sprout we can write content and post it to multiple accounts simultaneously, which is huge! Especially with large-scale campaigns, it takes a lot of unneccessary work out of the social side of things.
