Great Analytics Insights That Drive Results

  • November 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Love the analytics insights. Love the ease at which I can schedule for multiple clients across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost. I wish the approval process was more conducive for content creation processes as a social media management agency with multiple contractors working on content and multiple drafts needed before final piece is ready to publish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling platform that's reliable. Analytics insights I can get all in one place.

Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Scheduling

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is well-designed, and I like how Sprout Social organizes all the different social media platforms. It’s user-friendly and makes posting straightforward, particularly with the scheduling feature that lets users plan posts in advance. This means you can keep your business pages active without needing to check Sprout every day, as posts go out automatically in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the notifications feature can be a bit cumbersome. I've found that even after disabling notifications for specific items, such as Facebook notifications, I still receive emails alerting me to new activity. For example, there was a customer who often messaged our Facebook page just to chat, and this led to over a hundred email notifications from Sprout filling up my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables our company to efficiently streamline and organize social media content, manage marketing opportunities, and engage with our clients. With offices located across Japan, South Korea, and Guam, our team benefits from having all marketing and social media materials accessible in a single platform. The ability to schedule posts is especially helpful, as it keeps our social media pages active throughout the month without requiring us to post in real time. This feature frees up valuable time, allowing us to focus on other important tasks and boost overall productivity.

User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Reporting and Scheduling

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Sprout Social is. The platform makes it easy to manage all aspects of social media in one place, especially with its robust reporting tools that provide clear insights and analytics. I also like being able to plan and schedule most of my content ahead of time—it helps streamline my workflow and keeps everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed that Sprout Social can be a bit slow to incorporate new social media features—like the ability to schedule interactive content such as polls on Instagram Stories. Additionally, accounts tend to disconnect or require reauthorization fairly often, which can interrupt workflow and scheduling efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me streamline my social media management by keeping scheduling, engagement, and analytics all in one place. The biggest benefit for me is the reporting tools—they make it easy to create clear, visually appealing reports that are accessible to colleagues and supervisors. Even for those who may not be familiar with social media metrics, Sprout’s reports present the data in a way that’s easy to understand and meaningful for decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything in one place- the scheduling tools are helpful, as are the analytics dashboards. I also really love the SproutLink functionality for IG. It's easy to get team members onboarded and using the platform.

A lot of the newer IG features seem to be useable only when publishing content natively in the platform

Powerful Analytics and Influencer Management in One Platform

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sprout Social because it is a powerful platform that offers a comprehensive set of capabilities for managing our influencer campaigns and social media activities. The ability to conduct analytic tracking all in one place is particularly invaluable as it simplifies reporting, making it much easier and efficient. The user-friendly interface for influencer activities is a significant positive, providing ease of use. I also appreciate how Sprout Social centralizes all my tasks, from managing conversations to organizing publishing schedules and monitoring analytics. This consolidation helps keep everything organized and streamlined, minimizing the need for logging into multiple platforms. The platform's analytic tools are incredibly helpful for generating detailed reports effortlessly. These tools allow me to easily pull essential data regarding impressions, engagement rates, and post dates, all in one convenient location. Moreover, Sprout Social's capability to handle both influencer and social tasks under one roof empowers us to tackle various requirements with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some challenges with Sprout Social, particularly with the social analytics side. The analytic tracking for collaborator posts is sometimes inaccurate, necessitating manual data retrieval, which can be a bit cumbersome and annoying. Additionally, on the influencer side, there is a lack of transparency regarding what influencers see on their end compared to our view. This can lead to confusion and feels duplicative, as the process of adding and hiring influencers involves multiple steps without clarity on whether influencers receive notifications or emails when actions are taken. When seeking information, the suggested solution of setting up a fake influencer profile to see what they might see does not seem to be the best approach. Moreover, during the initial setup process, the contract process was slightly unconventional, and some add-ons came with additional fees that weren't initially transparent, which wasn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage influencer campaigns and social media tasks in one place. It streamlines tracking, organizing content, and publishing schedules while simplifying analytic reviews and reporting. It centralizes data access, enhancing efficiency and ease in obtaining necessary analytics.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-network performance summary is a great quick summary that you can drill down into and automated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricey and it takes a bit to figure out all the features and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Which markets we are reaching, on which platform we are reaching those markets, and how effectively we are reaching them.

Love it!

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to tag posts by campaign, as this feature simplifies the process of delivering targeted analytics. I also especially like the new feature that allows you to customize a post per network -- so nice to be able to see the text copy for different platforms side by side, and tag them all at once!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout had been quicker in adopting Bluesky, and I wish full analytics were available. Also, @-ing accounts in Bluesky posts is often glitchy and Sprout has trouble finding the account even when I am using the exact name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to quickly schedule posts across platforms, days ahead. This is especially beneficial when I have upcoming PTO and want to make sure our social media platforms remain active while I am away.
