Efficient Content Scheduler with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find the publishing calendar to be very helpful. It allows us to put posts in draft mode or scheduled mode, and I can tell the difference on the calendar. It's valuable because it allows us to see at a glance what's already been scheduled and where there might be gaps or holes to fill in our content strategy. Additionally, Sprout Social allows me to review my team's content quickly and efficiently, providing a check and balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
You know, I think the listening tool could be improved or at least how we're using it. Right now, it feels like we hear everything, and we'd like to just hear information around our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage my social media team, review and approve posts efficiently, and schedule content ahead of time. The publishing calendar is helpful for seeing scheduled posts and finding strategic content gaps.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social easy to use, and it makes linking accounts and getting started very simple. It helps us publish and plan our organic social media effectively by providing insights into historical post performance and see what people are saying about us. The platform has a lot of features that enable us to level up our organic presence, which we couldn't achieve by just posting directly on the platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm on the basic plan, so don't have access to the full suite of possibilities. Also when creating a post, sometimes it auto fills in a link and I can't replace it, so have to build the post in a specific order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps plan and publish organic content, track historical posts and performance, and provides insights into audience feedback and competitive analysis. It helps compile all the data into one digestible view.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about it is that it saves time and is user-friendly. It also offers easily customizable reports and is a great listening tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API is not providing all the data I need, similar to what’s available on the X platform. Also, Tableau connectors aren’t available, so I can’t connect directly to dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track social media to get a clear sense of the overall health of my organization’s issues, including the current themes and our reputation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawbacks are the cost, which can be high for smaller teams, and limited interactions with Instagram. That limitation, however, is dictated by Meta and their API, not Sprout itself. Despite these minor issues, Sprout Social delivers strong functionality, reliability, and efficiency for teams managing multiple social accounts.

Efficient Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Sprout Social daily for my job because it's so intuitive, even though it's a big program with a lot to offer. It organizes everything in its proper place, allowing me to look at certain things without having to see everything at once. I appreciate being able to pull reports when needed with their ability to save custom reports and their pre loaded reports. This is especially handy if my boss needs something urgently.. The onboarding experience was pretty great, making it easy for me to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes Sprout Social, if you're on the Internet, it might hang or glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to track posts, pull reports, and metrics, organizing all account activities. It simplifies monitoring by letting me focus on specific areas and easily generate reports when needed.

Where reports cannot be created in Japanese.

Sprout’s Calendar View Makes Scheduling and Publishing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout’s calendar view. It makes it easy to see what we have scheduled at a glance and quickly spot any gaps. I also really appreciate how simple it is to draft and publish a post across our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting in Sprout is fairly difficult when I’m trying to find engagement for specific days. It’s helpful for looking at a post’s engagement over time, but when I need the numbers for a particular day, it feels almost impossible to track them down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the technical and low-level tasks associated with social. It is helpful with administrative tasks and monitoring.
Effortless Social Media Management Across 100+ Brands
What do you like best about the product?
We are a large radio and multi media company with over 100 brands. We use Sprout Social to post, moderate and share across all those brands. One of the key things that made us switch to sprout was the ability to add first comments and share content across multiple accounts, making it easy to replicate across multiple domains and regions and saving production time. The feature to post videos across various platforms by writing one tweet is really helpful. I also appreciate the ability to roll up dozens of accounts into one cross-platform report. The initial setup was simple and easy, allowing us to get up and running in four weeks. We are using Sprout 7 days a week to post across 100 brands, so we are posting 1000s of times a week with nearly 100 percent success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still working out some feature like the RSS integration. We are looking to ingest an RSS feed but syndicate it aros multiple domains. Support has been a huge help in setting up these feaetures and getting them online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to post a video across many accounts, automate first comments to save production time, and consolidate multiple accounts into one report, enhancing efficiency and ease in handling over 100 brands. Our previous vendor did not allow us to post the same video to multiple accountss.
