I have tried so many social media management platforms. This one is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and posting features are excellent. The tagging feature is still a little clunky and doesnt always pull up what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the engagement features could be stronger and more organized. I would love the ability to Retweet tweets from within the platform. ie, i would like to post a tweet on one profile and retweet it with another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on tagged campaigns rather than pulling page reports has been extremely instrumental. We run numerous campaigns on each page that all have their own stakeholders and this is the only platform other than Falcon that allows me to do this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the smart inbox set up. It allows me to stay organized when going from platform to platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still not an intuitive distinction between paid and organic analytics in a way that's easily toggleable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Community management and analytics reporting. I'm able to see what content works and why. P

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the schedule ahead feature as well as the "optimal posting time" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service has been subpar and the features were somewhat limited for the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of going in and manually posting to socials each day/week. It has helped the company whose social media I run reach more people and gain new followers each month.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed the scheduling view. You could see how your post would look across all of the different channels, which is really important as each channel has different character requirements and editing. I also enjoyed how smooth the tool was. It never timed out and was very powerful to keep your work saved even if you went away for a moment to add something else to it. This may sound small but other tools tend to timeout and it can be very frustrating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the support was not as accommodating. The customer success team did not see a way to offer us any other tools (such as social listening) unless we paid the fees equal to our overall monthly amount. Overall the tool was fantastic but if you're not willing to grow with a company, I cannot work with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social was used very sparingly by myself before we switched to another tool. At the time, I did enjoy how much time it saved me with scheduling and reporting.

Yet another social media monitoring tool, with some pros and some cons

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly user interface, it's straightforward to set up. It has an API for connecting to external tools (e.g., for reporting, dashboarding, or simply storing data in a warehouse). The cost is affordable when compared to competitors. It also offers a "web listening" tool that scans social media, blogs and news websites for specific keywords, brand names or expressions (just like TalkWalker), but this feature is an add-on and it costs way more than the monitoring tool alone. You can also add extra data by importing external data sheets. It also connects with Facebook adv account: this helps to build comprehensive reports on social media activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of writing, it does not support TikTok (though support says it will be added very soon as a commercial agreement has already been found). Links to interactive dashboards can be shared with a client, but they are not whitelabel. In the end, the tool only shows data from different platforms in a nice and organized way, but it adds little to nothing insight into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sproutsocial helps reporting social media results in an easy way, with a simple interface, saving a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customise reports using premium analytics and share it with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is quite expensive on the pocket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im tracking all social media channels that my company owns and I'm able to generate insightful reports
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the budget then go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having all my social media accounts centralized; other team members also had access to the sprout suite and could check out what was going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like technically, if you didn't want to pay for this, you could monitor each account individually and use the social media site's business analytics and queue posts via each social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to queue posts through this helped me get through projects quickly and helped me not worry about whether I remembered to post something. The more you post, the more favorable the algorithm, so it's been nice getting everything out that I've intended.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Include everyone on your team and show how to look at the analytics so that everyone has a part in evaluating social media

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout is that I can easily schedule posts to go out across all social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's drafts will sometimes not display correctly or disappear from view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily manage all of our comments, mentions, likes, etc., in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how you can add all your social media platforms and pick and choose what you want to see on your dashboard. You can see direct messages, comments, likes, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Sprout Social sometimes can be difficult to navigate. Other than that, I personally never really have had any issues. I would just make sure before you start using it, that you do a little training on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving basic problems with Sprout Social, such as not having to go into each platform and like / comment / respond to messages. With Sprout, you can just do it within the program itself. It's SUPER efficient and has made my life so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend any professional with a role in marketing/advertising to utilize Sprout Social. It's such a great tool that allows for more effective and efficient social media management and anlaysis.
