Great for Talent Sourcing & Detailed Analytics

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for around three years and have grown to love it. A major aspect that stands out to me is the vast amount of useful information it provides, which helps me find and evaluate talent for specific campaigns. This is critical for ensuring that the creators we engage are well-aligned with the brand's objectives and the audience we are targeting. I am particularly fond of the platform's ability to show creators that may not be available on other platforms, making it an indispensable tool for sourcing talent. I appreciate the smooth setup process, which did not present any difficulties when starting with the software. Additionally, Sprout Social is instrumental in avoiding disconnects between creators and target audiences by enabling us to accurately align creators with the intended demographic, especially by focusing on geographical attributes like targeting US-based creators for US audiences. I find the analytics features, such as growth charts of followers and posts, incredibly useful for tracking a creator's social media presence and growth over time. The ability to review audience percentage and demographic details further assists in crafting effective campaigns. A unique feature I love is the capability to look up similar creators, which I have not found in other platforms with such accuracy, making Sprout Social highly valuable in my processes. Overall, the audience growth insight and internal data provided are compelling reasons for me to consider purchasing it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find Sprout Social to be a bit messy, especially when using multiple filters simultaneously. It can be challenging to find creators that match all the applied filters, which can complicate the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social aligns our creators with brand needs and target audiences, offering growth insights and analytics to avoid disconnects. It identifies creators who fit specific community targets, enhancing campaign success.

Excellent Scheduling Tools, But YouTube Shorts Integration Needs Improvement

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling features are incredibly helpful, especially because it shows the most optimal times for posting per platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue is the integration with youtube shorts, where it gets confused and sometimes uploads is as a regular video instead of a short, or it is posted with restrictions because the platform does not seamlessly integrate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving my need to manually post across multiple platforms, allowing me to automate the process so that I can continue working forward on my scheduling.

A Decade of Innovative Social Media Management with Sprout Social

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about a decade and have found it to be a remarkable tool for managing social media accounts, creating and planning content, and performing social listening and influencer searches. Its continuous innovation and adaptability to the needs of social marketers have been impressive. The platform has evolved to become almost intuitive when setting up accounts, making it user-friendly over time. I find its time management features particularly beneficial, as they alleviate the burden of manually posting content by offering planning and reminders. The smart inbox and social listening capabilities are among the most useful features that I utilize daily. I appreciate how Sprout Social integrates with software such as Microsoft and Google, enhancing my workflow. Its accessibility and the native intuition that anticipates user needs make it a platform I'd consider purchasing again. Rating it a nine out of ten, I'm highly likely to recommend Sprout Social for its comprehensive and efficient capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would change its access to other social networks and other websites. I would advise that they have a stronger procurement team that's really, like, making deals and negotiating with other companies for their API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing time efficiently by automating content creation, planning, and posting, which streamlines my workflow and provides significant benefits in content management.

Sprout Social Platform Review: Efficiency Gains and Cost Considerations

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a critical, all-in-one platform that helps our team manage, analyze, and engage efficiently across social media channels. Sprout Social allows us to do more with less—faster, smarter, and with greater insight. It is the best-fit platform for managing multi-platform communications with strategic oversight and measurable impact. The features we rely on most—Smart Inbox, Calendar Scheduling, Team Views, Post Tagging, and Analytics—are vital to our daily operations.

Some of the features we appreciate most include:
- Enables discreet monitoring of messages for brand safety and faster response.
- Saves hours in publishing, reporting, and community management.
- Shared calendar, message tagging, and internal notes support team coordination.
- Replaces manual data pulls and Excel spreadsheets with real-time, visual performance dashboards.
- Campaign tagging enables performance evaluation at the campaign level—near impossible to replicate manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social offers an overwhelming number of features, which can make it difficult to use efficiently. The platform is not very intuitive, and it requires a significant investment of time—and a substantial marketing budget—to unlock its full potential. Many of the more advanced features are locked behind very steeply priced tier levels. Additionally, the cost per user is higher than that of most competitors, which can be especially challenging for small businesses and nonprofits. Sprout Social is also slow to adapt to updates on social media platforms, such as changes to Instagram Stories, and sometimes keeps features that are no longer necessary, like Facebook post locations. The in-app editing tools are often glitchy and unreliable. For example, even when uploading a 1080x1920 Reel, the software may reject it, incorrectly stating that the size is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is an essential tool for us, helping to manage complexity, achieve results, and clearly communicate our impact. As our communication strategy has developed, Sprout has become vital for scaling our efforts and saving our staff valuable time. It strikes a good balance between analytics, collaboration, and efficiency, which supports our team’s current needs and will continue to do so as we expand. It also allows for discreet monitoring of messages, which helps ensure brand safety and enables quicker responses.

Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Tools

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is straightforward to learn and use. It supports every part of our social media strategy, from scheduling posts to generating reports. With numerous profiles managed under our business, I appreciate how simple it is to filter and sort by profiles and tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many tools available, it can be challenging to determine which ones are most beneficial for us as a B2B company. We haven't explored all the options yet, and taking the next step to utilize more of these tools sometimes feels daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They simplify the process of managing numerous profiles, making it straightforward and easy to sort by the specific profile you need. Additionally, the option to post to multiple profiles simultaneously is extremely useful and helps save time.

Effortless Scheduling, but Integration Can Be Tricky for Large Teams

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature within Sprout Social is the publishing calendar. I like to be able to schedule out content to different platforms about two weeks at a time, and Sprout is built to be customize perfectly for my needs. It is easily navigable, and has never failed to publish what I schedule when I schedule it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have some trouble with Sprout based on platform integration. Being in a big organization with multiple brands, channels, and platforms, it is a lot of bureaucracy to get permissions on certain integrations. I have had trouble integrating my Instagram account into the platform because it integrates soley through Meta, and someone else unknown to me holds the passkey for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to be on social 24/7. It lets me essentially "set it and forget it" on some of our more mundane and evergreen content. It also saves me from having to open and post in four different platforms.
