Good Social Media Scheduling and Reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great reporting tool to completely view all our corporate social media channels. The scheduling tool is efficient and intuitive for placing corporate content from our content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
An ideal future state would be a more infused relationship with the social media platforms, custom reporting functionality we self-created field and AI intelligence to provide insight

Great tools and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for my Etsy store. It's a bit of a luxury, but I find that having easy analytics across my social media channels really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you'd include hashtag searches in the basic plan, and I also use linkin.bio, which you don't support. I use Later to schedule my image posts because of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've actually kept up with my social media feeds, even though I'm a one-(wo)man-band who also has a full-time job. There are so many features that I'd like to have the time to dig into.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have the best analytics for my store, and they keep adding new features. I also appreciate how quickly their customer service staff gets back to me.

What do you like best about the product?
scheduling was sprout is super easy and I appreciate all of the reporting options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact that there’s no grid layout tool. This is a huge miss as Instagram needs to look good not only in individual posts but also as a grid!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it’s really great to have one program that works well for so many different accounts that are owned by the same company.
Time is Money, But Sprout Social Helps You Save Both
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprout Social as an agency exclusively for its auto scheduling ability and content calendar for our clients. It allows us to sit down, come up with a plan and automate tasks as much as we can. Additionally, we use the auto reports section to send weekly reports to our clients that are auto generated so we save time, and in the long turn, money!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout Social allowed us to turn off all marketing promotion email to our customers. Soliciting them should be something we can "turn off". Additionally, I wish there was more flexibility with the package options for Agencies. One additional problem is that the notifications don't always work properly in the app, so we have to rely on being logged into desktop during normal business hours for notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Agency account is completely worth it if your looking to get the best bang for your buck. You can still charge clients for access by building it into their package or charging them separately. It helps keep all your clients in one spot without needing multiple logins!
Great for competitive and social listening
What do you like best about the product?
Using the listening function to follow my company's mentions as well as tracking competitors' mentions
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to get the onboarding tutorial, either the first one or to get a second set of sessions, after several months of using the product. The tutorial was very helpful but I just wasn't as familiar with the product to make the most of it.

Scheduling social posts, identifying trending topics and mentions, understanding the sentiment of our mentions

I'd recommend that you do a demo, but come prepared with specific questions about your own use cases and company's needs.
Good Platform, needs minor improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are top notch. All of my clients are happy with them and they are very in depth. Plus they look nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a hashtag generator. You also can’t look at an asset library and quickly see what photos have been used. It’s a pain to change dates on a post, I prefer to drag and drop. Also I want to be able to see my 9 grid on Instagram easily.

Helpful tool for managing all channels
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag content to report on specific campaign performance
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't upload videos and photos into one carousel post (you have to schedule them separately) and you can't schedule pins with titles and descriptions (just descriptions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inbox/messages is a helpful tool so we don't miss comments and mentions.

Wish competitive reports were more helpful in terms of what data was accessible.
Would like to be able to further customize reports (some of the percentage calculations can be confusing to clients and it would be nice to remove them --we have already called Sprout support numerous times on this).

The scheduling and drafting content feature is a little clunky in terms of not being able to drag and drop, and the way you see or don’t see drafted posts. It would also be cool if you could see your IG grid.

Offers more features than most social media scheduling providers.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple social media postings at once. The ability to schedule a single post to several social media channels at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
having to rewrite over the meta data Sprout pulls in. It becomes time-consuming to re-enter that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. We have little time to spent on social. This helps us schedule our posts on FB, IG and LinkedIn.
Sprout is pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities of Sprout, the fact that they are always adding new features, and the customer service is incredible - I email them all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layouts are confusing. For example, I want to schedule a draft post on the calendar. There are some times that scheduler calendar will show up on my screen and sometimes it doesn't. I'm trying to utilize the post statuses to sort drafts and the flow of that is a bit unnatural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together social platforms for our clients. We also love using the reporting functions as it's very easy to screenshot and selectively share analytics with clients in a clean, visual way. Creating and editing posts with my team inside the platform is cool but needs to be more straightforward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please let me know the most efficient way to create posts in Sprout, edit and manipulate them with my team, get approval from my admin and from our client's team as well. In the past, we had been creating and editing posts in a Word doc because it was easier.
